The Wills Warlord and Warrior (UllarWarlord vs. waterwarrior)

On this fine day at the ASB Arena, two trainers will put their faith in a single Pokémon and fight to claim victory. Will it be UllerWarlord and his Deadly Duck, Drake the Farfetch'd? Or will it be the challenger, waterwarrior and the will of his Weavile Dovahkinn, who is standing at the top of the podium? Let's the battle begin!

Quick, while I'm still in line!

Yeah ok.

I'll be using Weavile, all things standard if Ullar missed anything.
UllarWarlord's Team:

<Farfetch’d> [Drake] (Male)
Nature: Adamant (+Attack, -Sp. Att.)
Type: Normal/Flying
Normal: Normal STAB; adapt comfortably to any surrounding after 3 actions. Able to use Outrage without losing focus.

Flying: Flying STAB; immunity to Ground attacks except under the effects of Smack Down and Gravity, even for ground-based flying Pokemon. Will always hit foes with Dig (except other Flying types) and Dive. Cannot be hit by Dive unless the attacking Pokemon has a size class greater than four (4). Immune to Spikes and Toxic Spikes. Enhanced aerial mobility. Superior senses in open air arenas.

Abilities:
Keen Eye (Type: Innate)
This Pokemon has extremely good vision and cannot have its accuracy lowered by an opponent through any means (including accuracy lowering attacks, Smogs, Hazes, Fog, etc.). Its attacks are still affected by an opponent’s evasion and the Pokemon's own accuracy.

Inner Focus (Type: Innate)
When an opponent attempts to flinch this Pokemon, it stands firm and continues its attack. If it has another ability that would be activated by flinching, that ability activates.

Defiant (Type: Innate) [DW, Unlocked]
The Pokemon has a deep sense of honor, and whenever one of its stats are decreased by an opponent's Attack or Ability, its Attack increases by two (2) stages. Attack Boosts gained this way are not subject to deterioration that round.

waterwarrior's Team:

Weavile (Dovahkiin) Male
Nature: Adamant (+Atk, -SpA)
Type: Dark/Ice
Dark STAB; immunity to all telepathic and telekinetic attacks, better performance in all darkened and especially twilight conditions. Can use any Dark-type attack regardless of Attraction.
Ice STAB; immune to freezing and Sheer Cold, no vision loss or damage in Hail or snowstorm conditions, perfectly accurate and 30% Protect breaking Blizzard in Hail. Superior senses and mobility in frozen caves and other frigid arenas.

Abilities:
Pressure: (Innate) This Pokemon’s presence fills the air with intense anxiety, and any damaging or status attack launched at this Pokemon costs the opposing Pokemon two (2) more energy to perform.
Pickpocket (DW ability- UNLOCKED): (Innate) This Pokemon's mischievous nature and greed make it very effective at pawning off an opponents item. If this Pokemon has no item and either it or the opposing Pokemon strikes with a contact attack, their item is stolen and becomes the held item of this Pokemon. Pokemon with Pickpocket can be commanded to swap items with an ally, and only they will need to expend an action to do so because of their swifter sleight of hand.

Ah yes, the Stick, turning Farfetch'd into a reasonable Pokemon... Well, we can't be left out of the signature move fun! Take your Razor Claw, Dovahkiin!

Ice Punch -> Night Slash -> Ice Punch
If Revenge, Fake Out the first time, Agility (evasive) the second, and Torment the third

Go do your evasive shenanigans, since you just had to screw me over with that one sub thing...

"Both trainers send out their Pokémon and it looks like it'll be an interesting match, folks! We have Weavile, with blistering speed and Type Advantage STAB, but can Farfetch'd, armed with his signature stick, break through and seize victory? Let's see!"

And Weavile jets out of the starting gates with the first attack. It's claw shines brightly blue- it's Ice Punch. The attack wallops Farfetch'd for massive damage! Weavile's Razor Claw doesn't make matters any easier for Farfetch'd. But wait, what's this? Farfetch'd counters with Knock Off! The attack does measly damage, but it successfully knocks away the aforementioned Razor Claw, putting a slight dent into Weavile's offense. How will they react to that?

To conserve energy, Weavile then attacks with a powerful Night Slash. The dark aura enveloping its claws score another clean hit and do a decent amount of damage, but miss their Critical Hit window. Farfetch'd finally takes a more offensive stand and crashes into Weavile with a Brave Bird! The combination of STAB, the Stick, and Farfetch'd strength are enough to top the amount of damage Weavile dealt this action, but Farfetch'd takes some nasty recoil damage in the process.

Back on the offense, Weavile launches another Ice Punch at Farfetch'd. The poor bird must have forgotten to fly south for the winter, because again it gets slammed with a Super-Effective move. But on the recovery, Farfetch'd soars up and spirals around to hit Weavile with a Steel Wing. The Super-Effective hit deals a good amount of damage, but it misses the Defense boost that could have been an Arceus-send due to Farfetch'd's low HP and recoil damage. Can UllarWarlord and Drake turn this around? Drake looks a little tired, but Weavile isn't looking too hot either. Then again, that's probably because he's an Ice-Type! ba dum, tsh!"

You guys may want to look over my calculations quickly. They were painstakingly slow as they were my first real calculations, so just let me know if I messed up anywhere.

Drake: Endure > Steel Wing > Steel Wing

Yes it is.

Toxic -> Ice Punch -> Fake Out
If Toxic misses, rage and change A2 to Toxic and A3 to Ice Punch

gg Ullar, and thanks for reffing Ventus :)

And quick to move, Farfetch'd throws up an Endure to defend itself. Good strategy, because it may be able to out muscle Weavile in the long run. But wait, waterwarrior senses the shift and commands a Toxic. Weavile poisons its opponent, leaving the Duck Pokémon as a ticking time bomb.
To finish the damage dealing Weavile jumps into another Ice Punch, reducing Farfetch'd's HP to 1. Look at that apostrophe usage there... Farfetch'd struggles to score a KO before its time runs out, and while it does land a beautiful Steel Wing, it's too little too late as it succumbs to Poison.
Farfetch'd used Endure! (-15 EN)
Farfetch'd is enduring.

And with that, the winner is waterwarrior! Great game to all, and I'm annoyed that I didn't get a chance to make a sword pun during the match (Weavile's "blades" and Farfetch'd's Stick). And to the victor goes the spoils, and also to the opponent, and I guess myself too. In that case, just ignore the last statement.

Rewards:

waterwarrior gets 1 CC
Weavile gets 1 KOC, 3 MC

UllarWarlord gets 1 CC
Drake gets 3 MC

I get 2 UC.

See you guys around the Battle Tower!

If a mon has full EC and DC, they receive 3 MC per match, not 2. Also, you should change the thread's prefix to Completed. You can do that by hitting edit on the OP, then selecting "Go Advanced." Besides that, great job for your first reffing Ventus :D
