Reserving a Girafarig for King Serperior.

Right. Catch yourself a Girafarig and name him Oddball.
This Girafarig is completely unable to decide what he wants to do in life.
If you have an even number of badges, he decides to be a zen master.
He can only use Psychic-type moves.
He cannot be healed by healing items, because he disdains the material objects of the physical world.
When you have an odd number of badges, he decides to be a bare-knuckle hoof brawler.
He can't use Psychic-type moves, because he wants to fight fair.
He cannot switch out, because he isn't a coward.
He must solo one trainer in every gym after his capture unless this interferes with a different solo.

EDIT: Yes, after gym 8 he's only going to be able to use Psychic-type moves.
During the Elite Four, feel free to use Revives and Max Revives. Just no potions.

@KS Well according to Bulbapedia, Ice Shard and Secret Power do not force the user to make contact with the opposing Pokemon.
This, But I've always been around...
Fling doesn't contact the opponent either. There are very few non-contact Physical options for the Sneasel. O.o And since its' Sp. Attack is non-existent, you've got very few options.
Ok, looks like Sneasel is learning the following:
- Ice Shard
- Surf
- Dark Pulse
- Secret Power
High power moves, weakened by low Sp.Atk........I have had worse, I suppose >.>

It'll depend on who KS chooses. Basically, if he chooses the Riolu to be the Sneasel's partner, the Sneasel will need to tank attacks for him while he heals if he's at half-health or lower.
Any male Pokemon on KS's Team at the time of Sneasel's capture.
Since when does Sneasel/Weavile Tank attacks?

And riolu can't switch out unless it's under 1/2 HP
