Wait, what? This Charamander is from a giveaway by Sb4ll4t0. If he's giving away hacked pokemon, then blacklist him. (AND THE ONLY POKEMON i EVER CHECKED ON THAT THREAD WAS PIKACHU(hacked) and Darkrai) Sorry had my caps lock on.
