BATTLE ON!

Arena:

The specific details of the arena are as follows:
You are on a field with nothing special.
To the south, there is a beach. A bit farther out you can see the ocean, where several squid reside.
To the north is a mountain with snow on it.
To the east, there is a dense forest with trees that can be ignited with a fire type attack. There are also a couple creepers in the forest.
HP: 30
Atk: Rank 2
Def: Rank 3
Spa: Rank 1
Spd: Rank 3
Spe: 50

Will use Selfdestruct if a mon gets too close. If the forest gets burnt down, the creepers will move to the center of the arena.

To the west, there is a desert with a few cacti. If you physically touch a cactus, you will take 3 damage, no matter what your defense is.

You can modify the arena to give you a better advantage, or because you feel like it. However, destroying the blocks will take a couple of actions.
Dirt: 1 action.
Sand: 1 action.
Stone: 3 actions.
Trees: 4 actions for entire tree. Burning down a tree only takes one round.
Cacti: 2 actions.
Rules:

TheWolfe:

Roy - Combusken (M)
Nature: Naive (Multiples Base Speed by 1.15 and provides a flat accuracy boost on all attacks equal to its new Base Speed squared, then divided based on its evolution stage; Subtracts One (1) Rank From Special Defense)

KOs: 3

Abilities:
Blaze: (Innate) When this Pokemon’s HP is lower than 33%, the base damage of any fire attack is increased by two.
Speed Boost: (Dream World; Innate) Pokemon with this ability increase their speed as the battle progresses, boosting it one stage at the end of each round at the cost of 2% of their energy. This overrides the normal drop in stats that ocurs at the end of each round (stats other than Speed are still affected).

KOs: 1

Abilities:

Earth Power will have three (3) less Base Attack Power. Dig and Dive can strike a Levitating Pokemon if their user is over Size Class 4, has Levitate, is 3.5m or larger, or is a Flying-type. Otherwise Dig and Dive will miss. Ground moves can still hit. Levitate Pokemon will retain the Levitate trait when they use Skill Swap on an enemy, and will steal the opponent's ability (the user can specify if they want a foe or ally to gain Levitate from a Skill Swap.) --------------------

Oh god no it's Minecraft. Oh good it's actually a POKEMON BATTLE in Minecraft, which is better! Here we have TheWolfe squaring off against Nightmare Jigglypuff; let's hope they can avoid the creepers! TheWolfe sends out Roy the Combusken and NJ answers with Dorothy the Misdreavus! Let's get going!

The Pokes match sights in the middle of an open and hilariously pixelated field! Dorothy begins the action by Taunting Roy, which sends the fighting chicken into a rage as it crashes forward with a Shadow Claw! Then Dorothy fires off a Thunderbolt that sends Roy reeling backward, but it fires back with a Flamethrower! Careful, Roy, you singed a few trees in the forest there! Dorothy, sensing an opportunity, moves over to the cusp of the forest and goads Roy with a Shadow Ball! Roy then targets Dorothy with a Fire Spin, but the wild move misses and starts the trees in a full-on blaze! As the treeline crumbles block by block, the eery scream of Creepers can be heard! I hope they don't come this way!
