Togekiss: body slam or thunder wave

I recently am training a nearly perfect IV togekiss (252 HP, 80 Sp.Def., 178 Def.)
Si I'm wondering if I should teach it thunder wave or another attack to make it a paraflincher...

BTW how do you learn body slam, tri attack to togekiss

See Smogon Togekiss analysis, which says that TWave might be a problem with Electrvire and all those Ground types.
