I meant to ask do you require flawless or would a spitback be fine for the 12.5%, but just wanted you to be aware it may take longer to get the flawless (especially since I don't believe a have a flawless parent). Thanks!

Spitback is fine, whatever makes it easier. So I take it that the eevee is the only problem right?

It's female :) and it also has the Flawless IV Spread for HP Fire :)
