XY OU Triple Tremor Team

Here is a team meant for triple battles that i thought up, centered around airborne earthquake users:

Pinsir @Pinsirite
ability: Hyper cutter
nature: adamant
moves: EQ, storm throw, X-scissor, return

dragonite w/Leftovers
Ability: multiscale
nature: ?
moves: EQ, (insert good dragon move here), waterfall, roost

Gliscor w/Toxic Orb
Ability: poison heal
Nature: Impish
moves: toxic, protect, substitute, EQ

flygon w/Choice Band
Ability: levitate
nature: adamant/jolly
moves: EQ, U-turn, D.claw/outrage, stone edge

Altaria w/Life Orb
ability: natural cure
nature: adamant
moves: DD, D.claw, EQ, aerial ace

salmence w/Lum Berry
ability: intimidate
nature: jolly
moves: EQ, DD, S.wing, D.claw

so what changes should i make?

Don't want to be rude and hate to be that guy, but:
1) 6 Pokemon weak to Ice is not good
2) You might want to re-write the RMT according to the rules here and here
3) There is no team here to rate, just a list of 6 Pokemon with part of their sets written

i was limited to what i could use. that is why everything here is weak to ice, plus that limit is pokemon that can use earthquake and dont take damage from it
