Pokemon: Greninja
Type:
/

BST: 80 / 130 / 65 / 103 / 65 / 127 (BST: 570)
Abilities: No Guard / Poison Touch
New Moves: Knock Off, Jump Kick, Sucker Punch
Removed Moves: Scald, Happy Hour, Water Shuriken
Justification: Greninja unveils its true assassin form! Stalker of the night, master of all corrupt arts, menac...wait, did that thing just KO my Landorus with Blizzard? Yeah, thought so. Just when you thought we ran out of ways to make Greninja amazing, you get this momentum monstrosity that greatly enjoys further switch-in opportunities and even more spammable offensive strategy without sacrificing its legendary unpredictability.
Sample Sets:
Greninja @ Life Orb / Dread Plate
Ability: No Guard
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpA / 252 Spe
Naive Nature
- Gunk Shot
- Knock Off
- Blizzard / Sucker Punch
- U-Turn / Sucker Punch / Spikes

Greninja @ Choice Band
Ability: Poison Touch / No Guard

- Shadow Sneak / Spikes

Greninja @ Focus Sash

I'll vote for PrincessGardevoir's Nidoqueen for Fairy/Ground, if it would help.

Frankly I wanted to give Serviper a more bulky approach, but its Abilities makes it redundant does to the improved Arbok, and since pure Poison is actually a good Defensive type, so I had a better idea.

Pokémon:
Seviper
Type:

BST: 100 / 135 / 100 / 60 / 100 / 75
Abilities: Multiscale | Intimidate | Corrosion
New Moves: Toxic Spikes, Recover, Gunk Shot
Justification/Niche: Unlike the Optimized Arbok, this Seviper takes on a more defensive approach and putting pressure on the opponents as a tank. Intimidate to pressure on physical threats, especially before using Coil, Multiscale for better livability, and Corrosion to put Toxic on Steel and Poison-types. Toxic Spikes for toxic spreading, Recover to heal off its damage (especially useful for tanking and Multiscale variants) and Gunk Shot for a more powerful Poison-type attack that can be benefited by Coil. It retains Earthquake to clean off Steel-type Pokémon not named Skarmory or Celesteela, and fellow Poison-type not named Crobat. It even got Dragon Tail as a phaze move, which can be also benefit by Coil's accuracy raising effect. Ground-types will put pressure on Seviper, but even they do not wanted to be affected by Toxic.

It was good on OU before the inevitable drop into UU. Why not making it bulkier and stronger while having a better Ability?

Pokémon:
Alolan Muk (Codenamed Muk-Alola)
Type:

BST: 105 / 125 / 80 / 65 / 130 / 65
Abilities: Poison Touch | Moxie | Power of Alchemy
New Moves: Bulk Up, Recover, Baneful Bunker
Justification/Niche: Enhanced and ready for OU, Alolan Muk becomes capable to tank Special Moves better and have Recover to heal itself. It also got Bulk Up for setting up and to slightly fix its comparatively low Defense, with Moxie to boost Attack each times it knocked out an opponent, and Baneful Bunker in order to put pressure on contact fighters. Going Assault Vest does not hurt, but use Moxie if you wanted fresh Attack boost. Alolan Muk is still pressured by most Steel-types and Ground-types, but you know, based on USUM's datamine (Don't worry I will not tell them here!), it be less of a case.

It seems lonely and fragile... but this Nihilego... this scares even fellow Nihilego...

Pokémon:
Nihilego
Type:

BST: 103 / 33 / 67 / 131 / 127 / 109
Abilities: Beast Boost | No Guard | Mold Breaker
New Moves: Moonblast, Focus Blast, Ice Beam
Justification/Niche: Rearranged most of the Base Stats (HP <> Speed and Sp.A <> Sp.D), while subtracting 20 Attack for a more reasonable (yet still frail) Defense of 67. Nothing new otherwise except of more coverage moves to go along with its new Psychic-type, Ice Beam in case of most Ground-type, and No Guard or Mold Breaker for more attacking efficiency. It is held back by lack of boosting moves outside of Charge Beam, but Beast Boost can solve this issue. It also do not like hanging around with Dark-type that can take a hit from any of its coverage moves such as Alolan Muk (Optimized or not).

Pokemon: Vileplume
Type:

BST: 105 / 60 / 110 / 135 / 110 / 50 (BST: 570)
Abilities: Filter, Poison Point, Sheer Force
New Moves: Recover, Earth Power, Nasty Plot
Removed Moves: N/A
Justification/Niche: Mono-Poison is actually a decent defensive typing, with five resistances and two weaknesses. Vileplume here fits into the niche of a bulky special attacker, using this defensive typing and Recover to take hits while being able to boost its special attack with Nasty Plot. Filter reduces the damage from these two types which allows Vileplume to survive better against Pokemon that use them. Sheer Force capitalizes on Sludge Bomb and Earth Power which provide decent coverage. This Vileplume's low speed also makes it effective on Trick Room teams.
Sample moveset:
Vileplume @ Life Orb
Ability: Sheer Force
EVs: 248 HP / 8 Def / 252 SpA
IVs: 0 Atk / 0 Spe
Quiet Nature
- Sludge Bomb
- Earth Power
- Recover
- Nasty Plot

Pokemon: Skuntank
Type:
/

BST: 127 / 50 / 117 / 90 / 111 / 75 (BST: 570)
Abilities: Levitate, Corrosion, Regenerator
New Moves: Slack Off, Aromatherapy, Wish
Removed Moves: N/A
Justification/Niche: This type combo is a good defensive typing, with only a Ground weakness. Levitate removes this weakness, but Regenerator is a better option for a bulky Pokemon. The improved Skuntank now lives up to its name as a tanky ‘Mon with reliable recovery and plenty of support options like Memento, Aromatherapy, Defog, and Wish. Acid Spray can force switches with the SpD drops, Foul Play punishes physically oriented attackers, or Flamethrower hits Steel-types. Haze can also be used to stop set up sweepers.
Sample moveset:
Skuntank @ Black Sludge
Ability: Regenerator
EVs: 248 HP / 252 Def / 8 SpD
IVs: 0 Atk
Bold Nature
- Acid Spray / Sludge Bomb
- Foul Play / Flamethrower
- Slack Off / Wish
- Memento / Aromatherapy / Defog

Pokemon: Ariados
Type:
/

BST: 80 / 130 / 85 / 60 / 85 / 130 (BST: 570)
Abilities: Corrosion, Merciless, Levitate
New Moves: Psychic Fangs, Gunk Shot, Earthquake
Removed Moves: N/A
Justification/Niche: This type combo is missing from Pokemon, and it’s a decent typing with only three weaknesses (two if using Levitate). Ariados is a fast physical attacker with access to Sticky Web, Toxic Spikes, and Swords Dance. It has good coverage in Psychic Fangs, Gunk Shot, and Earthquake, which hits everything except Steel/Flying types and Shedinja. Merciless goes well with Toxic Spikes and Toxic, and while Ariados won’t be using Venoshock to capitalize further, it still deals plenty of damage with its previously mentioned moves. Ariados also gets moves like Leech Life and Sucker Punch which have their own niche uses.
Sample moveset:
Ariados @ Life Orb
Ability: Merciless
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Psychic Fangs
- Poison Jab / Gunk Shot
- Toxic Spikes / Toxic / Sticky Web
- Earthquake

bit rushed, but I'll update later maybe. kinda happy with these.

Pokemon:
Nidoking
Typing: Poison
Old Stats: 81 / 102 / 77 / 85 / 75 / 85 (505 BST)
New Stats: 90 (+9) / 105 (+3) / 80 (+3) / 105 (+20) / 80 (+5) / 105 (+20) (565 BST)
Abilities: Dazzling / No Guard / Sheer Force (HA)
New Moves: Gunk Shot, Meteor Mash, Swords Dance
Justification/Niche:

Why, yes, I'm doing Nidoking right after Nidoqueen! And this Nidoking hopefully reclaims its 'kingly' designation. Better mixed offenses, an actual Speed stat, and still decent bulk comparable to Marshadow combined with a better Physical movepool all help. His Special Attack is up to normal levels, and with Sheer Force he hits like a truck.

Or a train, that works too. Dazzling helps a Swords Dance set not be outmemed by Extreme Speeders, Mach punch users, and notably Hariyama, who may try to revenge with Bullet Punch. No Guard helps Special Attacking sets that want to carry inaccurate moves like Blizzard, Thunder, and Focus Miss, making them even more viable options. Sheer Force, though, is the standard, and will almost always be used, with better Physical STAB for using alongside this and a higher Special Attack to abuse all of its moves with.

Pokemon: Toxicroak
Typing: Poison/Dark
Old Stats: 83 / 106 / 65 / 86 / 65 / 85 (490 BST)
New Stats: 75 (-8) / 125 (+19) / 65 / 125 (+39) / 65 / 115 (+30) (570 BST)
Abilities: Dry Skin / Technician / Infiltrator (HA)
New Moves: Fire Punch, Stealth Rock, Parting Shot
Justification/Niche:

In stark contrast to the seemingly endless waves of Dark/Poison Levitaters I can already see climbing the horizon, Toxicroak aims to abuse its good STABs, mixed potential, and ability to force switches to its advantage. By whacking things with Technician boosted moves like Mach Punch or Infiltrating past Aurora Veil and Substitutes with Gunk Shot or Knock Off, you can put on quick pressure alongside Toxicroak's already good coverage movepool. Stealth Rock helps it put more pressure up, forcing Defoggers in which choose to survive or take a Gunk to the face, while Parting Shot gives Toxicroak a nice pivoting move. Fire Punch hits Ferrothorn, but not much else, due to the removed Fighting STAB. Stats are made nicer for modern-day meta too, sporting good offenses but piss defenses, meaning he plays akin to a Tapu Koko: Pick which battles you take, then if you dislike a situation, just pivot out.

Pokemon: Claydol
Typing: Poison/Psychic
Old Stats: 60 / 70 / 105 / 70 / 120 / 75 (500 BST)
New Stats: 100 (+40) / 40 (-30) / 125 (+20) / 80 (+10) / 135 (+15) / 90 (+20) (570 BST)
Abilities: Levitate / Cloud Nine
New Moves: Sludge Bomb, Recover, Spikes
Removed Moves: Earthquake, Signal Beam
Justification/Niche:

An odd typing fits this odd... Doll thing, giving it a few better niches than its previous incarnation. Levitate alongside Poison/Psychic leaves only Dark and Bug, much more managable than the extra Ice and Water weaknesses its standard typing befalls upon it. Cloud Nine can help survive against weather teams in a pinch, although will generally see less use than Levitate. Sludge Bomb exists as a STAB option, something I feel every Pokemon must come with if it has a secondary typing, Recover provides Claydol with a much-needed buff into the sustain, and Spikes helps it become even further into utility. Its Special Attack is a bit less bad, its Speed tier is now cactching up to modern day Pokemon, and its defenses are incredibly tedious to break without hitting it with a Knock Off.

js i'm pretty sure the optimized type replaces the original 'mon so keep that in mind

Pokemon: Weezing
Type: Poison
BST: 90/90/140/90/100/60 (570)
Abilities: Levitate / Corrosion
New Moves: Recover, Defog
Removed Moves: (optional, if you don't feel it makes sense with new typing)
Justification/Niche: A S U P R E M E physical wall that can also clear hazards.
Sample moveset: (optional)

Reserving Poison/Psychic Reuniclus, Poison/Dark Drapion and Poison Swalot.

Also, Solarblade, Gojiratar did not submit Ghost/Psychic Girafarig, I did.

Finally, Stoutland gets my vote

Reserving Dark/Poison Scolipede and Psychic/Poison Musharna.

Type: Poison/Dark
BST:
80 HP (+20)/130 Atk (+30)/90 Def (+1)/50 SpA (-5)/90 SpD (+21)/130 Spe (+18)
=570 BST (+85)
Abilities:
Defiant/Speed Boost/Tough Claws
New Moves: Knock Off & Gunk Shot.
Removed Moves: N/A
Justification/Niche: When i was younger i used to love this mon: the design, the name , the pokedex description, etc. But when i started to use it i saw that it was SHIT: Its typing is shit, its attack it's shit and it didn't do well against the top threads of the meta. Well, with the new upgrades, this killer centipede (wich aren't insects, the reason of the dark type) can be the sweeper/wallbreaker its supposed to be: its buffed attack stat lets it to hit hard even without a boost, its new typing and bulk lets it to have more opprtunities to set up and, thanks to its better speed, to abuse its other abilies Defiant (look all those new defoggers incoming) and Tough Claws (look at the Pokedex descriptions and you'll see why it has it). It will probably miss having STAB on Megahorn, but it's shit compared to STAB Gunk Shot and Tough Claws boosted Knock Offs and Poison Jabs.
Scolipede @ Waterium Z/Darkinium Z
Ability: Speed Boost
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 Def / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Swords Dance
- Knock Off
- Aqua Tail
- Earthquake/Gunk Shot

Scolipede @ Darkinium Z/Waterium Z
Ability: Defiant/Tough Claws
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 Def / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Pursuit
- Knock Off
- Gunk Shot/Poison Jab/Aqua Tail
- Earthquake

Type: Poison/Psychic
BST:
130 Hp (+12)/50 Atk (-5)/110 Def (+25)/110 SpA (+3)/110 SpD (+15)/60 Spe (+31)=570 BST (+81)
Abilities:
Levitate/Unaware/Regenerator
New Moves: Sludge Bomb, Haze & Toxic Spikes.
Removed Moves: N/A
Justification/Niche: The dream mist is based on a japonese insect repellent incense, that's the reason of the new typing. Well, now this weird sleeping, fetus, lunar, magical thing can be the bulky support mon that it was supposed to be, with a great defensive typing wich leaves it weak only to 3 types (2 with levitate), access to VERY useful abilities (seriously, yuo'll have problems to pick one) and new utilty moves on Haze and Toxic Spikes.
Sample moveset:IDK

Seviper

Stats: 81 / 129 / 81 / 81 / 81 / 92 (545 BST)
Abilities: Shed Skin, Multiscale, Poison Touch
New Moves: Dragon Dance, Gunk Shot, Extreme Speed
Justification/Niche: Now with two great abilities to support it, Seviper can be a deadly Dragon Dance user, a bulky Coil user, or a powerful Swords Dance Wallbreaker. Shed Skin prevents status such as Burn and Paralysis from bothering it, while Multiscale, the prefered ability, gives it countless set up opportunitites. It's great coverage and typing also helps it considerably, while access to Extreme Speed makes Swords Dance and Coil sets much more threatening.
Skuntank

Stats: 113 / 113 / 93 / 73 / 79 / 99 (570 BST)
Abilities: Stentch, Aftermath, Poison Touch
New Moves: Slack Off, Toxic Spikes, Clear Smog
Justification/Niche: With improves bulk, Attack, and Speed, Skuntank is finally able to make great use of its typing. Poison / Dark is outstanding for a wall and access to reliable recovery in Slack Off and support moves such as Toxic Spikes, Defog, and Haze makes Skuntank a premier wall. Aftermath is also a very unexplored ability capable of ending set up sweepers on low health such as Hawlucha, for instance.

Swalot

Stats: 146 / 46 / 69 / 119 / 94 / 46 (520 BST)
Abilities: Liquid Ooze, Corrosion, Gluttony
New Moves: Recover, Psychic, Calm Mind
Justification/Niche: With outstanding 146 / 64 / 94 bulk, Swalot can be a dangerous Calm Mind Sweeper, with some interesting techs such as Gluttony + Wiki Berry or Corrosion + Toxic on it's arsenal Swalot can overcome would be checks and make use of it's decent typing to sweep.

Pokémon: Swalot
Typing: Poison
Stats: 133 HP / 113 Atk / 63 Def / 73 SpA / 103 SpD / 57 Spe [BST:542]
Abilities: Thick Fat / Corrosion [HA: Gluttony]
New Moves: Toxic Spikes, Lovely Kiss, Recover
Justification / Niche: Swalot is now a niche hazard setter with access to fun tools like Lovely Kiss, Corrosion + Toxic and other stuff. Also it not gaining Toxic Spikes before is criminal. Just saying GF.

Pokémon: Drapion
Typing: Poison/Dark
Stats: 80 HP / 127 Atk / 120 Def / 50 SpA / 77 SpD / 97 Spe [BST:551]
Ability: Defiant / Intimidate [HA: Poison Touch]
New Moves: Gunk Shot, Spikes, Sucker Punch
Justification / Niche: Drapion is now a sophisticated monstrosity, with it being the best Spiker in the tier, thanks to easily beating the tier's Rapid Spinners and Defiant turning it into a Defog deterrent. If its not running Defiant, it can run Intimidate and be a very tough Pursuit trapper.

Pokémon: Reuniclus
Typing: Poison/Psychic
Stats: 110 HP / 65 Atk / 80 Def / 145 SpA / 95 SpD / 40 Spe [BST:535]
Ability: Levitate / Magic Bounce [HA: Regenerator]
New Moves: Toxic Spikes, Sludge Wave, Venom Drench
Justification / Niche: Reuniclus hits way harder, with powerful secondary STAB and fantastic new abilities in Magic Bounce and Levitate.
