If I understand correctly, this is standard of today's uber metagame.

Lugia @ Leftovers
Trait: Pressure
EVs: 252 HP / 52 Def / 204 Spd
Impish Nature (+Def, -SAtk)
- Recover
- Reflect
- Toxic
- Whirlwind

Outrunning Jolly Groudons and whatnot. Works well with Forretress.

Groudon @ Leftovers
Trait: Drought
EVs: 80 HP / 252 Atk / 176 Spd
Jolly Nature (+Spd, -SAtk)
- Earthquake
- Hidden Power [Ghost]
- Overheat
- Swords Dance

I haven't really seen enough good uber teams to judge whether Skarmory poses a threat to Groudon's sweep, but at least Overheat KOs Eggy switch-ins, and I can still do similar damage to Lugia as I would with Rock Slide. Otherwise, this'd be SD/EQ/RS/HP Bug.

Forretress (M) @ Leftovers
Trait: Sturdy
EVs: 252 HP / 4 Atk / 252 Def
Impish Nature (+Def, -SAtk)
- Explosion
- Hidden Power [Bug]
- Rapid Spin
- Spikes

Spikes. Still mad this makes a formidable appearance in ubers, but w/e. Forretress is that nigga.

Blissey (F) @ Leftovers
Trait: Natural Cure
EVs: 188 HP / 68 Def / 252 SDef
Calm Nature (+SDef, -Atk)
- Aromatherapy
- Light Screen
- Softboiled
- Toxic

Don't like this set, but don't really use Blissey too much in general.

Latios (M) @ Soul Dew
Trait: Levitate
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Spd / 252 SAtk
Modest Nature (+SAtk, -Atk)
- Dragon Claw
- Hidden Power [Fire]
- Solar Beam
- Thunder

All out attacking is fun, especially when you can hit neutral or SE on just about anything, no matter which type of weather is out.

Deoxys-F @ Choice Band
Trait: Pressure
EVs: 252 Atk / 252 Spd / 4 SAtk
Hasty Nature (+Spd, -Def)
- Extremespeed
- Ice Beam
- Shadow Ball
- Superpower

Broom and Dustpan.

Do what you do.

I think ive seen you using this team today-Looks solid enough. But i dont get enough good uber fights to really know how good it is

Do you think Thunder on Latios to be a good choice? Or would you only use it in the situation it would be SE, meaning Kyogre. Otherwise run Thunderbolt.

In the sun, Solar Beam prevails where Thunder cannot, and in the Rain, Thunder operates vice versa.

Except this is adv, where ice punch is still special. Anyways, I'd probably use fire punch over ice beam on deoxys seeing as ray will almost never switch into you directly and forry walls you completely without it. Overheat groudon is mostly pointless unless you really need to ohko forry, so sd/rs/eq/hp bug is definitly better. No attack blissey is obvious bait for so many things that I'd rather use an attack over light screen or aromatherapy, probably icy wind, and use a more defensive latias over latios. Also 252 HP / 252 SDef / 4 Def is generally a better spread for forry seeing as taking deoxys-f/blissey thunders is generally alot more important that taking random shadow balls/espeeds. Also you might want to consider hp ghost on forry, especially if you stick with attackless bliss.

why 286 speed on groudon?
Pilocus, what does hp bug hit that ghost doesn't? and what's hp ghost on forry for?

Rag

"aaaaaaaahhhh!"
hp bug hits exeggutor and celebi, while hp ghost hits lugia. when you run groudon with rock slide, hp ghost isn't really necessary.
hp bug forry is a pretty neat flamethrower-less mewtwo counter, who causes your team some trouble, especially one who runs taunt.
