Alright, for the Slate:

Welcome to a moon named 10X. This moon is quite strange, possessing one, large terrain that is made of nothing but a green, circuit board like surface. It covers everything, and has effected the many Pokemon that live in the area. The sectors seem...off.

Sector 1: A crystalline area. The crystals cannot be penetrated.
Sector 2: A digging area. Someone might have been here...
Sector 3: A lakeside. Don't go in the water, there appears to be danger...
Sector 4: The caverns. You hear odd noises coming from this area, but you're scared to investigate...
Sector 5: A societal esqe area. You don't know what's over here.

Pokemon included in the Slate: Serperior, Persian, Chandelure, Minior, Aegislash

Ability: Light Power
is a Pre-Contributor

Name: UB-10X1 Sandworm (Ultra-Serperior)
New Stats: 71 / 127 / 79 / 127 / 79 / 103
New Typing: Ground/Dark
Added Moves: Nasty Plot, Earthquake, Knock Off, Crunch, Dark Pulse, Shore Up, Focus Blast, Superpower, Dig, Magnitude, Rock Slide, Precipice Blade, Earth Power, Knock Down, Sludge Wave, Sludge Bomb, Gunk Shot, Play Rough, Vacuum Wave, Secret Sword, Bulldoze
Abilities: Beast Boost / Sniper / Technician (HA)
Appearance: Serperior had experienced the struggle through the Sector 2, forcing it to adapt through digging through the earth for nutrients and survival. It gains browner leaves and gained sharply teeth. The spikes at the tip of the tail had become a sharp, single sword instead.
Competitive Preview: Sandworm is going to be a mixed sweeper in here. While far less faster than Pheromosa and cannot hit as hard, Sandworm is capable of boosting their Attack or Special Attack significantly with Sword Dance or Nasty Plot. It also got Shore Up if it intends to recover in case of incoming switches, but not recommended if you go all-out sweeper. Beast Boost is useful for snowball effect, but there are plenty of Pokémon that can outspeed Sandworm unlike Pheromosa, and while less frail, it will still fall from Super Effective hits. Sniper will make more Critical Hits and can compliment well with Leaf Blade, and Technician can go with Vacuum Wave and Bulldoze. It also lacks anything that is U-turn and Volt Switch, and it cannot afford to switch into anything that is not an Electric-type or a Psychic-type.

Name: UB-10X2 Royalty (Ultra-Persian)
New Stats: 83 / 43 / 59 / 163 / 113 / 109
New Typing: Ice/Steel
Added Moves: Ice Beam, Blizzard, Flash Cannon, King's Shield, Autotomize, Icy Wind, Surf, Noble Roar, Charm (Non-Egg), Calm Mind, Sacred Sword,
Abilities: Beast Boost / Infiltrator / Regenerator (HA)
Appearance: Found in Sector 5, the Ultra Persian had dominated the Ultra Aegislash with their powerful glare and thus rules the Sector 5. Having the highest rank, it takes off an appearance of a lynx and its fur is light blue, with stripes of shining gold.
Competitive Preview: Want a Special Attacking Kartana-like Ultra Beast? This one will make your day if you use it well. It mighty high Special Attack can be boosted even further with Nasty Plot and le tour est joué (the trick is played in a literal term). It's Special Defense is also good, and its Speed is complementing. What prevent it from being overpowered are these; obscenely bad Defense, double weaknesses of Fighting and Fire (albeit Royalty does have coverages unlike Alolan Sandslash), and unable to recover outside of Leftover and Regenerator. It also cannot go any faster without Beast Boost (which I doubt would actually work for Royalty's Speed). Mach Punch is its worst fear among all Priority Moves.

Name: UB-10X3 Geyser (Ultra-Chandelure)
New Stats: 113 / 53 / 103 / 127 / 103 / 71
New Typing: Water/Ground
Added Moves: Hydro Pump, Surf, Scald, Waterfall (flavorwise), Dive (flavorwise), Ice Beam, Blizzard, Icy Wind, Thunderbolt, Thunder, Thunder Wave, Water Spout, Earth Power, Mud Bomb
Abilities: Storm Drain / Dazzling / Mold Breaker (HA)
Appearance: Found in Sector 3, UB-10X3 Geyser are larger than normal Chandelure and had a resemblance to a fountain bowl, but with the top constantly spewing water. It also gains a mix of blue and brown coloring.
Competitive Preview: A Special Attacking Swampert among the Ultra Beasts, or more of a stronger Gastrodon. In anyways, its bulk of 113 / 103 / 103 is mildly impressive but pale compared to bulky UBs, but this one got Storm Drain to boost its Special Attack in case of Water-type rivals, Dazzling to stop E-Speed spamming, and Mold Breaker to break through Unaware and other defensive Abilities. It also gain Scald to help out its physical bulk, and Thunder Wave to cripple rather fast Special Sweeper. It also only weak to Grass, making little place for possible counters, but not impossible.

Name: UB-10X4 Quartz (Ultra-Minior)
New Shield Stats: 71 / 43 / 151 / 43 / 151 / 103
New Core Stats: 71 / 151 / 43 / 151 / 43 / 103
New Typing: Steel/Fairy
Added Moves: Iron Head, Sunsteel Strike, Flash Cannon, Aura Sphere, Moonblast, Dazzling Gleam, Play Rough, Light of Ruin, Sword Dance, Nasty Plot, Growth, Topsy-Turvy, Draining Kiss, Giga Drain
Removed Move: Shell Smash (would make it too OP in Core form).
Abilities: Shields Down
Appearance: Found in Sector 1, UB-10X4 Quartz are significantly larger and heavier than regular Minior, and their shell is colored clear cyan to match the quartz, while their Core form is almost the same aside from the size and their "spikes" being made of multiple quartzes. It is said that the quartzes are made of impenetrable crystallines.
Competitive Preview: Bulkier than Toxapex and Aegislash-Shield in Shield Form, hit harder than Pheromosa in Core form. This is what would be the bane of both worlds, does to the excellent defensive Type of Steel/Fairy and more than enough coverages. Unfortunately, the shell is so solid that not even Quartz itself can break it easily, so it cannot use Shell Smash and thus had to rely on either Sword Dance, Nasty Plot or Growth if it wants to get a boost. It also had only Giga Drain as a viable recovery move. It is also toasted if hit by any powerful moves if exposed in Core Form.

Name: UB-10X5 Dragon Sword (Ultra-Aegislash)
New Shield Stats: 83 / 103 / 131 / 103 / 131 / 19
New Blade Stats: 83 / 131 / 103 / 131 / 103 / 19
New Typing: Steel/Dragon
Added Moves: Spacial Rend, Dragon Pulse, Draco Meteor, Nasty Plot, Coil, Calm Mind, Bullet Punch, Flamethrower, Fire Punch, Flare Blitz, Fire Blast, Thunderbolt, Thunder Punch, Volt Tackle, Thunder, Thunder Wave, Ice Beam, Ice Punch, Ice Hammer, Light Screen, Leech Life, Giga Drain, Drain Punch, Roar, Dragon Claw, Outrage, Vacuum Wave
Abilities: Stance Change
Appearance: Found in Sector 4, UB-10X5 Dragon Sword had their eye more visible and the sword had a pattern of Dragon Claws. The Shield had a face of a similar Water/Dragon-type Legendary Pokémon who is known as a space deity (that's Palkia if you wanna know). Ironically, it got the same type of the deity of time, Dialga.
Competitive Preview: While morbidly slow, it can take decent damage even at Blade form and will be prominent on a Trick Room team. It also got insane coverage with various power and function and got access to Thunder Wave to spread Paralysis (although I may not recommend that). It still got King's Shield, so you may need it to get back into the slightly bulkier Shield Form. Outside of its slow Speed, it also need to take risk to set up, otherwise the risk may not worth it while.

Tell me if any of those would be too broken.

UV-497 Firedrake (Serperior)
Base Stats: 109/17/97/137/97/113 (570)
Type: Fire/Dragon
Abilities: Contrary, White Smoke (HA: Berserk)
Removed Moves: Vine Whip, Leaf Tornado, Leech Seed, Leaf Blade, Mega Drain, Giga Drain, Leaf Storm, Aerial Ace, Grass Knot, Magical Leaf, Grassy Terrain, Grass Pledge, Frenzy Plant, Aqua Tail, Seed Bomb, Worry Seed, Sweet Scent, Synthesis
Added Moves: Draco Meteor, Overheat, Hurricane, Dragon Breath, Flamethrower, Fire Blast, Heat Wave, Roost
Description: Serperior live in the caverns of Sector 4 and are often seen in Sector 2 as well due to some caves connecting the two sectors. It has evolved to subsist on coal and precious minerals, which it uses as fuel for its internal fire and to plate its scales respectively. It can use jets of fire to fly, blast its enemies with scorching heat or even create tornadoes by flying into the stratosphere and generating heat to mix with the cold atmospheric air. Its immense power has given it an inflated ego which (along with said immense power) makes it very difficult to train. It hoards precious minerals, using them as sustenance and to fortify and decorate its scales; Serperior can frequently be found in the mineshafts of Sector 2 seeking said precious minerals.
Competitive Analysis: With good defenses, great Speed and an excellent Sp. Atk backed by powerful STAB in Contrary Draco Meteor and Overheat and coverage in the form of Hurricane and Energy Ball, Serperior is a terrifyingly powerful addition to any offensively-oriented team. The four aforementioned moves grant perfect unresisted coverage (aside from Heatran), are all very powerful and even boost your stats in the case of the STAB moves. This is the kind of special nuke you'll definitely want to be packing a Chansey or Unaware Clefable for. However, it suffers somewhat from having basically no viable options outside of the set mentioned, struggling against special walls due to its pathetic Attack stat and sporting a Stealth Rock weakness that limits the viability of running Choice items on it. Chansey and Unaware Clefable are the bane of its existence, the former tanking anything Serperior can throw at it and wearing it down with Toxic and/or Seismic Toss and the latter ignoring Serperior's Sp. Atk boosts altogether. Toxapex is also useful against Serperior, as it can withstand its attacks and fire back with Haze, making Serperior lose all its hard-earned boosts. Finally, Heatran is an excellent answer to Serperior, as Serperior can only do significant damage to it with niche sets like HP-Ground before being Roared out.

UV-053 Cheshire (Persian)
Base Stats: 109/83/83/61/61/173 (570)
Type: Poison/Dark
Abilities: Fur Coat, Huge Power (HA: Tough Claws)
NOTE: Removed and added moves are relative to Persian's Alolan Form.
Removed Moves: Power Gem
Added Moves: Poison Fang, Cross Poison, Gunk Shot, Poison Jab, Extreme Speed, Hone Claws, Knock Off, Shadow Sneak, Sucker Punch, Toxic Spikes
Description: Persian has been found living in all five sectors, but its preferred home is in the marshlands between Sectors 3 and 4. It hides in shadow and stalks its prey, then strikes with blinding speed. It uses its great strength to take down most prey, but particularly large or powerful creatures are instead left alone after a single bite or scratch is inflicted. This is due to the potent venom found in Persian's claws and fangs, which can fell all but the strongest of creatures. Its thick coat of fur is as hard as bulletproof armor but does not impede Persian's mobility. This form of Persian is highly intelligent, demonstrating advanced problem-solving capabilities and even, in some cases, the ability to communicate with other species. It can also move faster than the human eye can follow, seemingly disappearing and leaving an afterimage of its bared teeth when threatened. Despite being predatory and highly venomous in the wild, Persian are easy to train and befriend and are therefore popular pets. Due to their high intelligence, power and potent venom, they are extremely capable as guard animals or attack animals and are often used by law enforcement in Sector 5.
Competitive Analysis: Persian is unique in that it can serve as a wall or a wallbreaker. With Fur Coat, a typing weak only to Ground and a Toxic immunity on top of one of the highest Speed stats in the game, Persian serves as an excellent physical wall, with moves like Hypnosis, Toxic Spikes, Knock Off, Taunt or Switcheroo to help its teammates and hinder its enemy. Alternatively, Huge Power and access to Fake Out and Extreme Speed makes Persian the world's most terrifying wallbreaker, with STAB like Knock Off and Gunk Shot to back it up. (Also, if this monster ever makes it to Other Metas, it's preemptively quickbanned from Pokébilities. Fur Coat and Huge Power at the same time with 173 Speed is beyond broken.)

UV-609 Sublimation (Chandelure)
Base Stats: 109/67/71/151/71/101 (570)
Type: Ice/Fire
Abilities: Steam Power - Raises power of Fire-type moves when hit with a Water-type move (clone of Flash Fire), Steam Veil - Protects Fire-type Pokémon from stat drops and status conditions (clone of Flower Veil) (HA: Coal Burner - Raises Sp. Atk when hit with a Rock-type move; unaffected by Stealth Rock and removes Stealth Rock when entering battle [clone of Sap Sipper; the Stealth Rock thing is how I expect it would work with Sap Sipper if there was a Grass entry hazard])
Removed Moves: Pain Split, Confuse Ray, Hex, Psychic, Shadow Ball, Embargo, Payback, Dream Eater, Trick Room, Dark Pulse, Acid Armor, Acid, Power Split, Astonish, Minimize, Night Shade, Imprison, Memento, Curse, Shock Wave, Spite, Trick, Telekinesis
Added Moves: Scald, Steam Eruption, Aurora Beam, Ice Beam, Blizzard, Flash Cannon, Freeze-Dry, Power Gem, Hail, Aurora Veil, Mist, Misty Terrain
Description: Chandelure lives in the coldest areas of Sector 3, where the lake has partially frozen over and ice floes and icebergs are common but the souls that regular Chandelure uses for fuel are completely absent. To adapt, Chandelure now burns ice instead of souls, using the resulting steam to power its movements and using all its telekinetic powers to sustain its flames. As a result, Chandelure from Ultra Space do not use any telekinesis in battle, but they gain the use of ice and boiling water. Their beautiful appearance, resembling a chandelier composed of unmelting ice crystals filled with flames and boiling water, has made them popular with the inhabitants of Sector 5, where they are used as both heating and decoration.
Competitive Analysis: A huge Sp. Atk stat combined with a respectable Speed, OK defenses and excellent Abilities make Chandelure a top-tier threat. With Freeze-Dry granting insane amounts of coverage, combined with powerful STAB in Flamethrower and Fire Blast and great non-STAB coverage in Steam Eruption, Energy Ball, Flash Cannon and Power Gem, not to mention either being protected from status conditions and stat drops or having an immunity to Water or Rock, this is a Pokémon that's as difficult to predict as it is to defeat.

UV-774 Hive (Minior)
Base Stats: 97/97/107/89/97/83 (570)
Type: Bug/Steel
Abilities: Swarm, Shell Armor (HA: Simple)
Removed Moves: Stone Edge, Rock Slide, Power Gem, Roost, Ancient Power, Self-Destruct, Explosion, Cosmic Power, Rock Tomb, Rock Polish
Added Moves: Quiver Dance, Bug Buzz, Bug Bite, Lunge, Attack Order, Defend Order, Heal Order, Iron Head, Silver Wind, Sunsteel Strike (honestly it's mostly because its Japanese name is METEOR DRIVE), Sleep Powder, Rage Powder, Powder
Description: When Minior crash-landed in Sector 1, its shell shattered and it was severely injured. On the brink of death, it was saved by a colony of semi-sentient insectoid creatures who revered it as a god that had fallen from the heavens. The insects nursed Minior back to health, bringing it scraps of metal from Sector 2 and rebuilding its shell into a large, complex structure which could easily host the entire colony as well as Minior. Minior issues commands to the colony, which carries out its orders as one. The colony will attack foes, destroy or rebuild the hive, or form a defensive swarm around Minior on command.
Competitive Analysis: Its stats might not look like much, but with access to Simple Shell Smash combined with a White Herb and Acrobatics, plus access to powerful STAB in Sunsteel Strike and Attack Order, Minior is definitely a force to be reckoned with. It can be used defensively as well, with Simple Defend Order giving it +2 to both defenses and Powder preventing foes from exploiting Minior's only weakness.

UV-681 Durandal (Aegislash)
Base Stats: 59/179/131/17/71/113 (570)
Type: Steel/Psychic
Abilities: Sharp Edge - Boosts the power of cutting/blade moves used by this Pokémon by 1.5x (clone of Strong Jaw and similar variants), Holy Blade (Super Luck clone) (HA: Evil's Bane - This Pokémon can hit Dark-type Pokémon with Psychic-type moves [clone of Scrappy])
Removed Moves: Pursuit, Shadow Sneak, Power Trick, Head Smash, Destiny Bond, Wide Guard, Spite, Retaliate
Added Moves: Psycho Cut, Leaf Blade
Description: While it honed its blade in solitude and sharpened itself on the crystals of Sector 1, Aegislash was imbued with power from an unknown otherworldly force. Now a constantly shining white and gold longsword, it has abandoned its shield as it can never break nor can its blade be dulled. It is sharp enough to cut through any known material. Aegislash is commonly used in courts in Sector 5 for determining innocence, as it cannot harm an innocent person and it burns the flesh of any evildoer who touches it.
Competitive Analysis: Ever looked at Kartana and said, "What if it were even better?" Well, Aegislash is here to answer your prayers. Outspeeding Pokémon like Gengar, the Latis, Mega Diancie, Mega Metagross (RIP), Mega Gallade and Thundurus, as well as Kartana itself, and sporting a base Attack stat only a little lower than its origami cousin, Aegislash is truly a force to be reckoned with. It's just as physically bulky as Kartana, and it can take special hits fairly well too, making it significantly harder to take out. Factor in an Ability that boosts moves like Psycho Cut, Sacred Sword, Leaf Blade, Night Slash and Shadow Claw, and you've got yourself a definite threat. Alternatively, you could boost your critical-hit ratio in conjunction with Scope Lens and moves like Night Slash, Psycho Cut, Shadow Claw and Leaf Blade, or opt for the ability to hit Dark-types with Psycho Cut. And of course, you still have King's Shield to play around with if you feel like it.

Slash, Night Slash, Fury Cutter, Sacred Sword, Aerial Ace, Leaf Blade, Air Slash, Spacial Rend, Air Cutter, Razor Leaf, Razor Wind, Cut, Crush Claw, Metal Claw, Psycho Cut, False Swipe, Shadow Claw, Razor Shell, Cross Poison, Dragon Claw, Secret Sword, Scratch, X-Scissor, Solar Blade

Well, your Ultra Persain will be painfully broken anyway does to Huge Power/Fur Coat + Insane Speed, since no official Pokémon could survive any of its attacks except the best walls and no effective potential counters can outsped it.

This one still has potential though, yet it does not attract much people...

Name: UB Persian
New Stats: 109 / 131 / 103 / 53 / 47 / 127
New Typing: Water / Dark
Added Moves:
Aqua Jet, Aqua Tail, Dive, Liquidation, Waterfall, Sucker Punch, Pursuit, Crunch, X-Sciscor
Removed: All Electric-Type moves, Sunny Day, Seed Bomb, Power Gem, Play Rough,
Abilities: Hydration / Hyper Cutter / Stakeout
Appearance: They live in Sector C of Planet 10X. They act as the so called danger in the water due to their nature in hunting. They wait patiently for anything, and I mean literally anything edible that moves into it's eysight. Once something does, it quickly leaps out of the water and catches that moving object with it's claws. Then it goes back into the water and eats it. It's now sky blue, as to Camouflage with the water.
Competitive: A Stakeout user who can actually use the ability. The Special Defense being low balanced
Possible moveset(s):
Persian @ Life Orb
Ability: Stakeout
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Liquidation
- Aqua Jet

Name: UB Aegislash
New Stats: 71 / 71 / 83 / 173 / 83 / 89
New Typing: Ghost / Normal
Added Moves:
Echoed Voice, Hyper Voice, Boomburst, Vacuum Wave, Aura Sphere, Focus Blast
Removed: All Steel-Type moves, Sacred Sword, Brick Break, Head Smash, Rock Slide, Night Slash, False Swipe, Retaliate
Abilities: Levitate / Cursed Body / Scrappy
Appearance: They live in Sector D of Planet 10X. There they have became complete spirits in the same old shape, but without the shield. They make very noisy ear-splitting screams, possibly because they are in pain, but nobody was brave enough to go investigate.
Competitive: It's Boomburst off of a 173 attack, With Scrappy! The other stats are highly medicine though.
Possible moveset(s):
Aegislash @ Choice Specs
Ability: Scrappy
EVs: 252 HP / 252 SpA / 4 SpD
Modest Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Boomburst

Name: UB Chandelure
New Stats: 59 / 31 / 109 / 131 / 181 / 59
New Typing: Fire / Poison
Added Moves:
Sludge Bomb, Sludge Wave, Thunderbolt, Thunder, Focus Blast
Removed: Astonish, Night Shade, Curse, Energy Ball, Solar Beam, Psychic, Dream Eater
Abilities: White Smoke / Flash Fire / Levitate
Appearance: They live in Sector E of Planet 10X. There, they form from all the trash and garbage lit on fire. They roam around this social area and cause mischief for people there (if there are, that is). It's also highly flammable and one spark not made from the Pokémon will ignite it and cause an Explosion. It's main black body is covered with trash of sorts, and the flames are now properly orange.
Competitive: Removing a 4x weakness sounds amazing, but it leaves you with not a whole lot. For instance, Chandelure lacks any notable support moves and usually doesn't have space to run them.
Possible moveset(s):
Chandelure @ Choice Specs
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 248 HP / 252 SpA / 8 SpD
Modest Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Fire Blast
