Hello, I've done some quick searching here and haven't been able to find what I'm looking for, so I'm going to ask whether it exists. Is there an HTTP/SOAP API one can use to get Smogon tier usage data? I'm not looking for a statistics UI or tool, I'm looking for a way to get at the raw usage data. If something like this doesn't exist, I'd like to help create one. I'm a programmer experienced in creating such applications, so if someone would be willing to point me in the right direction to get started I'd appreciate it :)
