Added Wynaut. Added with Neutral + 228 EVs, which reaches 138 Speed, enough to outspeed 4 EV Spe Chansey, Donphan, etc.

Fixed Lanturn (was supposed to be 67 Base Speed).

Also, Sharpedo does rarely run Jolly max Speed, but it is still a viable option since you outspeed many common threats without a Speed boost. Such as, max Speed Nidoking, offensive Suicune, Kingdra, Rotom-A, all neutral Base 100s, Deoxys-D, Roserade, etc. So I included both Adamant and Jolly Sharpedo.

Jolly Nature is still a viable option, as Sharpedo doesn't need to rely on using Protect to stop common threats that outspeed its Adamant nature (listed on the Speed tier), allowing it to save a moveslot for any other option. So I'll leave it.

While with 80 EVs in Speed with neutral nature, it reaches a 246 Speed. After a Speed boost, it reaches a speed of 369, failing to outspeed Alakazam, Sceptile, or Dugtrio (base 115s). While also failing to outspeed base 100s after +2, it actually Speed ties: 246 x 2 = 492. So going with 92 Speed EVs instead to reach a 249 Speed (as well as outspeeding neutral speed Cyrogonal) would be the best option.

With 148 EVs, it reaches 263 Speed, which after a Speed bost, reaches 394. It fails to outspeed Jolteon or Aerodactyl, so it's better to go with 152 Speed EVs instead.
