My decisions will be in red.
My opponent's decisions will be in blue.
Pokemon's health will be in green.
KOs will be in purple, followed by current standings.
Damage dealt, etc. will remain in black. In-battle comments will be removed. My own commentary will be in italics.

Mareep sent out Granbull (lvl 100 Granbull ?).
Objection sent out Claydol (lvl 100 Claydol).
    Granbull used Protect.
    Granbull protected itself!
    Claydol used Stealth Rock.
Pointed stones float in the air around your foe's team!
    Granbull was badly poisoned!

    Claydol - 100%
    Granbull - 100%

If this were a lead I recognised as a Fake Out lead (Persian and Hitmontop mostly), I would have used Protect. I haven't come across Granbull leads before though, so I have no idea what to expect. I decide to set up Stealth Rock while I can, since for all I knew, it might be ready to use a stat boosting move.

    Granbull used Crunch.
    It's super effective!
Claydol lost 40% of its health.
    Claydol used Psychic.
Granbull lost 46% of its health.
    Granbull is hurt by poison!
Granbull lost 6% of its health.
Claydol's leftovers restored its health a little!
Claydol restored 6% of its health.

    Claydol - 66%
    Granbull - 48%

At least Crunch wasn't an OHKO, so I managed to take some damage off of him. However, if Granbull has Toxic Orb, it'll most likely have Facade too. I don't have anything that resists normal attacks, but I do have something that might survive the blow.

Objection switched in Shrubsworth (lvl 100 Meganium ?).
    Granbull used Facade.
Shrubsworth lost 51% of its health.
    Granbull is hurt by poison!
Granbull lost 12% of its health.

    Meganium - 49%
    Granbull - 36%

I would have expected Meganium to take less damage than that. I have to set up a reflect though or else my team's going to take a heavy beating from just one pokemon. It's a risk I shall have to take and, even if it fails, poison damage should eventually kill it.

    Granbull used Facade.
Shrubsworth lost 48% of its health.
    Shrubsworth used Reflect.
    A barrier was formed!
    Granbull is hurt by poison!
Granbull lost 19% of its health.

    Meganium - 3 HP!
    Granbull - 17%

At this point, I breathe an inward sigh of relief. Meganium was able to set up Reflect after all. However, you have to admit that surviving with 3 HP is ridiculous. I know that if Granbull stays in, it's going to die from poison, so my next plan is to set up light screen as well, hoping that my opponent might switch to save his Granbull.

    Granbull used Crunch.
Shrubsworth lost 1% of its health.
    Objection's Shrubsworth fainted.
    Granbull is hurt by poison!
Granbull lost 17% of its health.
    Mareep's Granbull fainted.

    Meganium - KO'd
    Granbull - KO'd
    5-5 Tie

Although we both lost a pokemon, my loss is greater. Without Meganium, status will be the death of my team, whereas my opponent will probably have another physical sweeper or a physical tank in his team.

Mareep switched in Golduck (lvl 100 Golduck ?).
Objection switched in Crunch Time (lvl 100 Sharpedo ?).
    Pointed stones dug into Golduck.
Golduck lost 12% of its health.

Just an fyi, Sharpedo is scarfed.

    Crunch Time used Crunch.
Golduck lost 46% of its health.
    Golduck used Hidden Power.
    It's super effective!
Crunch Time lost 100% of its health.
    Objection's Crunch Time fainted.

    Sharpedo - KO'd
    Golduck - 42%
    5-4 to Mareep

There goes one of my sweepers. Unfortunately, my Sharpedo doesn't have anything to hit other water types hard. Maybe I should have made its moveset entirely physical instead of mixed.
One competitive weakness I have is that I always think Golduck is Water and Psychic.

Objection switched in Ice Ice Baby (lvl 100 Glaceon ?).

Another fyi, Glaceon has Choice Specs.

Mareep switched in Skuntank (lvl 100 Skuntank ?).
    Pointed stones dug into Skuntank.
Skuntank lost 12% of its health.
Ice Ice Baby used Hidden Power.
Skuntank lost 32% of its health.
Skuntank's leftovers restored its health a little!
Skuntank restored 6% of its health.

    Glaceon - 100%
    Skuntank - 62%

I used Hidden Power Fighting because I thought he would send in a dark type to absorb Shadow Ball. I was right, he did send in a dark type - one that wasn't weak to fighting. I've not faced many Skuntank before, so I'll just have to hope that Reflect will absorb its attacks and I can 3HKO with Hidden Power - I don't want to have to switch against this thing.

Ice Ice Baby used Hidden Power.
Skuntank lost 32% of its health.
    Skuntank used Rest.
    Skuntank fell asleep!
Skuntank restored 71% of its health.

    Glaceon - 100%
    Skuntank - 100%

Unfortunately, I think I will have to switch against this thing. Hidden Power isn't going to kill it any time soon, so I will have to use something else that can hit Skuntank. There's only one pokemon on my team for the job:

Objection switched in Berserker (lvl 100 Primeape ?).
    Skuntank is fast asleep!
    Skuntank used Sleep Talk.
    Skuntank used Toxic.

    Berserker was badly poisoned!
    Berserker's reflect wore off!
    Berserker is hurt by poison!
Berserker lost 6% of its health.

    Primeape - 94%
    Skuntank - 100%

With Meganium out of the picture, Primeape isn't going to live long, and the fact that Reflect has worn off now doesn't help either. Normally, I run a Sub Liechi strategy with Primeape, but this time, I think I'll have to try something slightly different to account for Toxic.

Mareep switched in Banette (lvl 100 Banette ?).
    Pointed stones dug into Banette.
Banette lost 12% of its health.
    Berserker used Substitute.
Berserker lost 25% of its health.
    Berserker made a substitute!
    Berserker is hurt by poison!
Berserker lost 12% of its health.
Banette's leftovers restored its health a little!
Banette restored 6% of its health.

    Primeape - 57%
    Banette - 94%

I still used Substitute because Toxic damage alone won't be enough to activate Liechi Berry. However, the fact that he's sent in a ghost type means I'm kind of screwed. This particular Primeape is completely walled by Rotom. Luckily, this isn't Rotom, so while I still have a sub up, I might as well hit this ghost with something.

    Berserker used Earthquake.
Banette lost 32% of its health.
    Banette used Shadow Claw.
The substitute took damage for Berserker!
    Berserker's substitute faded!
    Berserker is hurt by poison!
Berserker lost 19% of its health.
Banette's leftovers restored its health a little!
Banette restored 6% of its health.

    Primeape - 36%
    Banette - 68%

Nothing unexpected there really. Now if I leave Primeape in, it will attack once more at regular strength and then die, since it doesn't have enough HP left to use Substitute and survive the poison. However, there may be a way to get Primeape to use the Liechi Berry boost before it dies. What do I have in my party that's probably not going to be much use anymore ...

Objection switched in Claydol (lvl 100 Claydol).
    Banette used Shadow Claw.
    It's super effective!
Claydol lost 44% of its health.
Claydol's leftovers restored its health a little!
Claydol restored 6% of its health.
Banette's leftovers restored its health a little!
Banette restored 6% of its health.

    Claydol - 28%
    Banette - 74%

Yes, I plan to sacrifice Claydol to give Primeape one last chance to wipe out Banette. I'm pretty sure that there are no fighting types on Mareep's team and I doubt that he'll set up Stealth Rock at this stage.

    Claydol used Psychic.
Banette lost 40% of its health.
    Banette used Shadow Claw.
    It's super effective!
    A critical hit!
Claydol lost 28% of its health.
    Objection's Claydol fainted.
Banette's leftovers restored its health a little!
Banette restored 6% of its health.

    Claydol - KO'd
    Banette - 40%
    5-3 to Mareep

Objection switched in Berserker (lvl 100 Primeape ?).

To get Liechi Berry to activate, I must Substitute one more time. Primeape has enough health to survive the move and the poison.

    Berserker used Substitute.
Berserker lost 25% of its health.
    Berserker made a substitute!
    Banette used Shadow Claw.
The substitute took damage for Berserker!
    Berserker's substitute faded!
Berserker's Liechi Berry raised its attack!
    Berserker is hurt by poison!
Berserker lost 6% of its health.
Banette's leftovers restored its health a little!
Banette restored 6% of its health.

    Primeape - 6%
    Banette - 46%

    Do me proud, Primeape!

    Berserker used Earthquake.
Banette lost 46% of its health.
    Mareep's Banette fainted.
    Berserker is hurt by poison!
Berserker lost 6% of its health.
    Objection's Berserker fainted.

    Primeape - KO'd
    Banette - KO'd
    4-2 to Mareep

At this point, I thought I had lost this battle. There is still a Golduck, a Skuntank and two others out there and all I have is a Flareon and a Glaceon. All appears to be lost for me.

Mareep switched in Golduck (lvl 100 Golduck ?).
Objection switched in Ice Ice Baby (lvl 100 Glaceon ?).
    Pointed stones dug into Golduck.
Golduck lost 12% of its health.

    Glaceon - 100%
    Golduck - 29%

    Golduck used Surf.
Ice Ice Baby lost 85% of its health.
Ice Ice Baby used Ice Beam.
    It's not very effective...
Golduck lost 29% of its health.
    Mareep's Golduck fainted.

    Glaceon - 15%
    Golduck - KO'd
    3-2 to Mareep

Of the moves that I have on my Glaceon, Ice Beam is the best one to hit Skuntank with since it's a neutral STAB hit, whereas Shadow Ball is resisted and Hidden Power is neutral and doesn't get STAB. Bear in mind that I don't know what else Mareep has in store for me.

Mareep switched in Jynx (lvl 100 Jynx ?).
    Jynx foresaw Ice Beam!
    Pointed stones dug into Jynx.
Jynx lost 25% of its health.

    Glaceon - 15%
    Jynx - 75%

And I have to switch again. At least the pokemon I have is Flareon, whose special defence will hopefully ensure survival. I just have to pray that this Jynx doesn't induce sleep or confusion, otherwise I am screwed.

Objection switched in Disco Inferno (lvl 100 Flareon ?).
    Jynx used Ice Beam.
    It's not very effective...
Disco Inferno lost 16% of its health.
Disco Inferno's leftovers restored its health a little!
Disco Inferno restored 6% of its health.

    Flareon - 90%
    Jynx - 75%

It should be noted that this Flareon is a Wish supporter and its only damaging move is Hidden Power Rock (for the likes of Ninetails). I know that this will score a super effective hit on Jynx, so out of desperation, I go on an all-out offensive.

Mareep switched in Skuntank (lvl 100 Skuntank ?).
    Pointed stones dug into Skuntank.
Skuntank lost 12% of its health.
    Disco Inferno used Hidden Power.
Skuntank lost 13% of its health.
Skuntank's leftovers restored its health a little!
Skuntank restored 6% of its health.
Disco Inferno's leftovers restored its health a little!
Disco Inferno restored 6% of its health.

    Flareon - 96%
    Skuntank - 81%

The only way I can defeat Skuntank is with Glaceon's Ice Beam, but Glaceon's not exactly healthy right now. I'm going to have to pray that I can get Wish passed onto Glaceon before Skuntank kills it.

    Skuntank is fast asleep!
    Disco Inferno used Wish.
    Disco Inferno made a wish!
Skuntank's leftovers restored its health a little!
Skuntank restored 6% of its health.
Disco Inferno's leftovers restored its health a little!
Disco Inferno restored 4% of its health.

    Flareon - 100%
    Skuntank - 87%

So far so good. Mareep must have been expecting Skuntank to wake up, which means I might just be able to pull this out of the bag!

Objection switched in Ice Ice Baby (lvl 100 Glaceon ?).
    Skuntank woke up!
    Skuntank used Toxic.
Ice Ice Baby was badly poisoned!
    The wish came true!
Ice Ice Baby restored 50% of its health.
Ice Ice Baby is hurt by poison!
Ice Ice Baby lost 6% of its health.
Skuntank's leftovers restored its health a little!
Skuntank restored 6% of its health.

    Glaceon - 59%
    Skuntank - 93%

That's sort of a relief. The poison's not very helpful, but at least Glaceon survived and is now somewhat able to fight back. Ice Beam still won't be a OHKO, so I've got to hope that whatever the Skuntank does won't KO Glaceon either.

Ice Ice Baby used Ice Beam.
Skuntank lost 58% of its health.
    Skuntank used Payback.
Ice Ice Baby lost 37% of its health.
Ice Ice Baby is hurt by poison!
Ice Ice Baby lost 12% of its health.
Skuntank's leftovers restored its health a little!
Skuntank restored 6% of its health.

    Glaceon - 9%
    Skuntank - 41%

Bearing in mind what my opponent's team is, even though I don't know about his Chatot yet, this is Mareep's last opportunity to secure victory. If he sends in either of his other two pokemon, Skuntank will just wall Flareon and win him the battle. If he leaves Skuntank in, however, he is screwed. Bear in mind also that he doesn't yet realise that Flareon has Hidden Power Rock.

Ice Ice Baby used Ice Beam.
Skuntank lost 41% of its health.
    Mareep's Skuntank fainted.
Ice Ice Baby is hurt by poison!
Ice Ice Baby lost 9% of its health.
    Objection's Ice Ice Baby fainted.

    Glaceon - KO'd
    Skuntank - KO'd
    2-1 to Mareep

I know Flareon can handle Jynx, but what is that last pokemon of his?

Mareep switched in Chatot (lvl 100 Chatot ?).
Objection switched in Disco Inferno (lvl 100 Flareon ?).
    Pointed stones dug into Chatot.
Chatot lost 25% of its health.

    Flareon - 100%
    Chatot - 75%

I've not come across Chatot in UU play before either, but I know that its defences aren't good, so Hidden Power will surely KO it ... if I can land a hit with it.

    Chatot used Hidden Power.
    It's super effective!
Disco Inferno lost 37% of its health.
Chatot lost 10% of its health.
    Disco Inferno used Hidden Power.
    It's super effective!
Chatot lost 65% of its health.
    Mareep's Chatot fainted.
Disco Inferno's leftovers restored its health a little!
Disco Inferno restored 6% of its health.

    Flareon - 69%
    Chatot - KO'd
    1-1 Tie

I don't know what Hidden Power that was - although I suspect it was Hidden Power Ground - but the fact that it has hit Flareon somewhat has made me shaky again. It all comes down to how powerful Jynx's moves are.

Mareep switched in Jynx (lvl 100 Jynx ?).
    Jynx foresaw Hidden Power!
    Pointed stones dug into Jynx.
Jynx lost 25% of its health.

    Flareon - 69%

Disco Inferno's leftovers restored its health a little!
Disco Inferno restored 6% of its health.

    Flareon - 44%

    It'll be close!

    Jynx used Psychic.

    Disco Inferno used Hidden Power.
    It's super effective!
    A critical hit!
Jynx lost 9% of its health.
    Mareep's Jynx fainted.
    Objection wins!

    Flareon - 10%
    Jynx - KO'd
    1-0 victory to Objection

I have been battling in UU for quite some time but never have I won a battle this close. In fact, I didn't expect to win since the Sharpedo in my team hadn't yet been tested.

    Pros
    Not a lot of hax
    Strategic sacrifice of Claydol
    Good close finish

    Cons
    Almost completely walled by Skuntank
    Meganium survivial hax
Me not knowing what to expect from half of Mareep's team

Good battle, nice to see some unorthodox pokemon and movesets.

But next time, don't give away the ending of the battle in the title and then go and say 'this is Mareep's last chance to secure a victory'. It does detract a bit from the reading experience.

A good read nevertheless. Well done on your first warstory =).

good job on your first warstory. The Eeveelution sweep in the end was pretty nice to read. The title does detract a little from the read, however.

It was good, and I liked the format. Nice battle, especially with the use of Flareon.

Yes. I got the idea for that after my friend's Ninetails raped my team.
