IF Mudkip uses Mirror Coat when you are about to use Thunderbolt, THEN replace that action with Wild Charge. IF Mudkip uses Bide A1, THEN execute action string Tickle~Nasty Plot~Tickle. IF Mudkip is about to use Yawn AND Lightning did not use Protect last action AND Lightning is not Yawning already, THEN push back actions and use Protect.
I'm assuming I have three subs since it's nowhere in the rules... if not I'd like to reorder.

After a bit of technical difficulties, we're back on air! These two little guys are raring to go, so I'll spare you the rhetoric.
Lightning, in the context of this matchup, could very well be as fast as his namesake. Instead of using it for offense immediately, though, he uses it to disrupt Sally with a Charm attack that sharply drops Sally's Attack! Seeing as Sally's Attack is her strongest stat, this is a sound strategy for the long run. Sally goes a different route, though; a rather defensive tactic from Vanillish Wafer results in a Mud-Slap flying into Lightning's face, lowering his Accuracy. This will require a bit of luck to pull off, but if it works, Sally gets some massive advantage in the rounds to come.
For right now, though, Sally really is regretting her lack of Ground-typing. A Thunderbolt crashes down for sizable damage, and while Sally responds with a mighty Rock Slide, her Attack drops make it...not so mighty.
With Sally locked down, it's time for Lightning to lay on the damage. Another Thunderbolt strikes cleanly, but Sally luckily avoids paralysis both times. Another Mud-Slap comes out a bit too late, but now Lightning's Accuracy is really taking a hit. Can a roll of the dice prove fatal for Earth Traveler?

Sally and Lightning continue to stare each other down, though Lightning has quite a bit of mud in his face and might not be staring in the right direction. Either way, this battle is far from over.
Lightning coats himself in electricity and lunges forward for a Wild Charge attack, but can't quite see right and trips on a stray pebble, missing completely. Seeing that the accuracy drops might be paying off, Sally decides to Mud-Slap a third time, dropping Lightning's accuracy even lower.
Lightning then throws up a Protect barrier in response to Sally's Yawn, nullifying it and moving on.
With three accuracy drops, you'd think Lightning would miss again, but he actually manages to land this Wild Charge, shocking Sally pretty hard and dealing some recoil damage to himself in the process. Sally shakes the stadium for another Rock Slide, but, like last round, its damage is pretty mediocre.
Due to an attack missing, Sally has the upper hand this round. With the ever-present threat of more misses, Lightning needs to stay on his toes.

Not wanting to waste further actions, Lightning forgoes a second Protect to unleash a devastating Thunderbolt.
