Reserving Mega Venusaur

Venusaur-Mega @ Venusaurite
Ability: Thick Fat
EVs: 240 HP / 252 Def / 16 Spe
Bold Nature
IVs: NaN Atk
- Giga Drain
- Sludge Bomb
- Synthesis
- Sleep Powder / Leech Seed / Toxic

Mega-Venusaur can easily come in on any of Lopunnys moves and avoid the 2HKO, even with rocks up! It can then proceed to either put the ninja bunny to sleep, throw some seeds at it, or toxic stall it to death. The last slot is up to personal preference, Sleep Powder works better on more offensive teams, and leech seed and Toxic work better on more stall orientated teams, where your team will make better use of the passive damage.
However, It can only switch in safely once, as Return/Frustration is a guaranteed 3HKO with Rocks up, so if Lopunny switches out you might be in a bit of trouble (although this is true for every check/counter to anything really). But Venusaur should have recovered some health in one way or another in that turn anyway, so this makes Mega Venusaur a pretty safe Counter

Calcs:

Gyarados @ Leftovers
Ability: Intimidate
EVs: 148 HP / 104 Atk / 24 Def / 232 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Waterfall
- Bounce
- Dragon Dance
- Taunt / Substitute

The fish is back to stop more rabbits. It can come in on anything of Ice Punch, Fake Out Lopunny's and proceed to OHKO it with Bounce. After Stealth Rock, it will barely not fall to 2 Returns from Lopunny and can take any other combination of moves fairly comfortably. the only problem you could face against it is Bounce missing of some other hax like an Ice Punch freeze or Return crit; The random Thunder Punch could also happen. This is still a very solid check though so don't be discouraged by that.
Yes this is using base 136 Atk and 94 Def Lopunny:
-1 252 Atk Lopunny Fake Out vs. 148 HP / 24 Def Gyarados: 54-64 (14.6 - 17.3%) -- possible 9HKO after Leftovers recovery
-1 252 Atk Lopunny Ice Punch vs. 148 HP / 24 Def Gyarados: 67-79 (18.2 - 21.4%) -- possible 7HKO after Leftovers recovery
-1 252 Atk Lopunny High Jump Kick vs. 148 HP / 24 Def Gyarados: 86-102 (23.3 - 27.7%) -- possible 5HKO after Leftovers recovery
-1 252 Atk Lopunny Return vs. 148 HP / 24 Def Gyarados: 135-160 (36.6 - 43.4%) -- 99.4% chance to 3HKO after Leftovers recovery

104+ Atk Gyarados Waterfall vs. 0 HP / 0 Def Lopunny: 132-156 (48.7 - 57.5%) -- 94.1% chance to 2HKO
104+ Atk Gyarados Bounce vs. 0 HP / 0 Def Lopunny: 282-332 (104 - 122.5%) -- guaranteed OHKO

Bronzong @ Leftovers
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 248 HP / 8 Def / 252 SDef
IVs: 0 Spe
Sassy Nature
- Stealth Rock
- Earthquake
- Gyro Ball
- Protect

Bronzong can switch in, avoid a 2HKO from all of Lopunny's moves, then proceed to 2HKO it with Gyro Ball. Protect can be used to evade High Jump Kick, which would otherwise be the only move able to break through Bronzong's defenses.

However, this only works once. If High Jump Kick hits, it's a clean 3HKO. Even though the damage rolls have to be in Lopunny's favor for this to be a serious issue, Bronzong's lack of reliable recovery will leave it vulnerable to revenge killers.

Lopunny:
252 Atk Lopunny Fake Out vs. 248 HP / 8 Def Bronzong: 30-36 (8.9 - 10.6%) -- possibly the worst move ever
252 Atk Lopunny Ice Punch vs. 248 HP / 8 Def Bronzong: 37-44 (10.9 - 13%) -- possibly the worst move ever
252 Atk Lopunny Frustration vs. 248 HP / 8 Def Bronzong: 75-89 (22.2 - 26.4%) -- possible 5HKO after Leftovers recovery
252 Atk Lopunny High Jump Kick vs. 248 HP / 8 Def Bronzong: 129-152 (38.2 - 45.1%) -- guaranteed 3HKO after Leftovers recovery

Bronzong:
0 Atk Bronzong Gyro Ball (150 BP) vs. 0 HP / 4 Def Lopunny: 153-181 (56.4 - 66.7%) -- guaranteed 2HKO
0 Atk Bronzong Earthquake vs. 0 HP / 4 Def Lopunny: 68-81 (25 - 29.8%) -- 1.4% chance to 3HKO after Stealth Rock

Reseving mega heracross

Mega heracross - check

Heracross @ Heracronite
Ability: Guts
EVs: 32 HP / 252 Atk / 224 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Close Combat
- Pin Missile
- Rock Blast/Substitute
- Earthquake/Sword Dance/Bullet Seed

Mega heracross is a devasting wallbreaker and a very bulky pokemon. Only return can 2HKO and mega hera can OhKO Lopunny with Close Combat. With the given evs and jolly nature, MegaCross can outspeed stuff such as jolly mega Ttar, jolly breloom, jolly bisharp and adamant dragonite after the mega evolution. CC and pin missile for strong stab and I prefer bullest seed over EQ or SD to OhKO rotom-w after stealth rock, azumarill and quagsire.

252 Atk Lopunny Return vs. 32 HP / 0 Def Mega Heracross: 153-181 (49.5 - 58.5%) -- 99.6% chance to 2HKO
252 Atk Lopunny High Jump Kick vs. 32 HP / 0 Def Mega Heracross: 97-115 (31.3 - 37.2%) -- 84.4% chance to 3HKO

252 Atk Mega Heracross Close Combat vs. 0 HP / 0 Def Lopunny: 542-638 (200 - 235.4%) -- guaranteed OHKO

Cresselia can come in on any attack and proceed to set up a Reflect to soften physical blows for itself and its teammates. Moonlight can be used as a means of recovery all of Mega Lopunny's moves deal less damage than Moonlight heals . Cresselia can also use STAB Super Effective Psychic to hit Mega Lopunny (this will 2HKO). Ice Beam is there to hit any Dragons 4x weak to it (read: Mega Salamence).

(Note: Stats readjusted for Lopunny-M)

Celebi @ Leftovers
Ability: Natural Cure
EVs: 252 HP / 176 Def / 80 Spe
Bold Nature
- Recover
- Psychic / Giga Drain
- Baton Pass / Heal Bell
- Nasty Plot / Thunder Wave / Perish Song

Standard physically defensive Celebi. 80 Spe outspeeds Bisharps so that it can Baton Pass out before getting hit by Knock Off or Pursuit, rest into physical bulk, because it's called "physically defensive" Celebi for a reason.

Despite having a weakness to Ice, a 2x SE Ice Punch is weaker than a neutral STAB Return, and fails to 3HKO most of the time, after factoring Leftovers:
252 Atk Lopunny Return vs. 252 HP / 176+ Def Celebi: 133-157 (32.9 - 38.8%) -- 5.5% chance to 3HKO after Leftovers recovery
252 Atk Lopunny Ice Punch vs. 252 HP / 176+ Def Celebi: 130-154 (32.1 - 38.1%) -- 0.9% chance to 3HKO after Leftovers recovery

On the other hand, Giga Drain is a possible 3HKO, whereas Psychic is a solid 2HKO. Alternatively, you can heal up and go for other support options like Nasty Plot such that you can pass it on to something else after getting rid of Lopunny. Or you can go for the Thunder Wave to cripple the predicted switch-in.

Steelix @ Steelixite
Ability: Sturdy
EVs: 252 HP / 8 Atk / 248 Def
Impish Nature
- Earthquake
- Heavy Slam
- Stealth Rock
- Dragon Tail

Mega Steelix is a pretty decent check to Mega Lopunny, as the one listed is all attacking and not SD. And M-Steelix has a niche over Mega Aggron, because of both a better typing, and better defensive stats before mega evolving, allowing it to take hits much better. The reason why Mega Steelix is a check is because if it is hit with anything but High Jump Kick on the switch, it wins.

Calcs:
252 Atk Lopunny High Jump Kick vs. 252 HP / 248+ Def Steelix: 170-204 (48 - 57.6%) -- 99.6% chance to 2HKO after Stealth Rock

252 Atk Lopunny Ice Punch vs. 252 HP / 248+ Def Steelix: 34-40 (9.6 - 11.2%) -- possible 9HKO after Stealth Rock

Mew can come in on anything Mega Lopunny wants to go for and threaten it with a burn.
The EVs ensure Mew is never 2hko'd by Mega Lopunny's Return after Rocks. It also potentially cripples switch-ins as an added bonus.

Calcs:

Edit:
Changed Mew's type to Impish thanks to Firehusky. Just because of Knock Off.

Mew was my second choice for this thread :) Imo mew is a counter.

Mew has reliable recovery and isnt 2HKOed by any combination of Lopunny's moves, so he definitely classifies as a counter
Still, M-Lopunny outspeeds and can kill Mew after two healthy returns even when burnt, provided it gets max damage.
