Checking Vikavolt offensively is probably one of the easier ways to deal with this behemoth of a pokemon. Looking for defensive answers almost led me to post something like Spdef Camerupt but it's probably better to post something viable and reliable in the current meta. Emboar can switch in on a Bug Buzz relatively safely and OHKO back with Flare Blitz. Pressuring Vikavolt with Stealth Rock while forcing it out with doubles to Emboar definitely works.

Switches in on any Vikavolt's attack besides the non-existent HP Fire, even with rocks up. From there it can chip stuff with its decent STAB combo or heal off the damage, similarly to Vileplume. Leech Seed can also find its place on the set, but I like Toxic more for wearing down fat stuff and Abomasnow without one of its STABs is a crime. Synthesis is a must to heal off the potential hazard damage.

Sneasel is faster than Sigilyph and forces it out with both STABs. Sneasel also has has the option of trapping Sigilyph with Pursuit. That said, it needs to be wary of the mindgame that comes with this, as if Sneasel uses Pursuit and Sigilyph stays in to take the hit it could result in Sneasel being chunked by Heat Wave.

Vanilluxe is faster than sigilyph thanks to the scarf set; that allows Vanilluxe to hit hard with Blizzard, and it can't miss because of Snow Warning. It has to be careful switching in though, since Sigilyph hits do a lot, and Vanilluxe can't trap it like Sneasel or Houndoom.

Skuntank is a check to Haunter. It can come in on both of Haunter's STAB moves and Pursuit trap it relatively easily. LO Haunter cannot 2HKO Skuntank unless it's using HP Ground which isn't very common. Taunt can be used to dodge a Destiny Bond if need be.

Sneasel is faster than Haunter and OHKOs it with an unboosted Pursuit, meaning that it can remove it without needing to mindgame it, and it doesn’t risk being caught by a last-ditch DBond like is the case with slower Pursuit users like Skuntank and Absol. That said, it can’t come in on Haunter directly because it really doesn’t appreciate taking a Sludge Wave.

Hariyama can handle Haunter decently well, being able to even not get 2HKOed by LO Dazzling Gleam. Hariyama must be careful with Destiny Bond mindgames, but you can make use of BP, which can get rid of Haunter if you BP two times and get decent rolls, beating Haunter 1v1 after 2 LO recoils or Stealth Rocks + LO recoil.
