    Abilities:

    Pickpocket (DW UNLOCKED): (Innate) This Pokemon's mischievous nature and greed make it very effective at pawning off an opponents item. If this Pokemon has no item and either it or the opposing Pokemon strikes with a contact attack, their item is stolen and becomes the held item of this Pokemon. Pokemon with Pickpocket can be commanded to swap items with an ally, and only they will need to expend an action to do so because of their swifter sleight of hand.

If a Pokemon has a type immunity to Electric attacks, Lightning Rod will not activate.

    TWO BROTHERS.

    YEARS HAD PASSED SINCE THE AZURE BROTHERS HAD ACHIEVED THEIR VICTORY, BUT THE EMERALD BROTHERS - AND REMNANTS OF THEIR ARMY - SURVIVED. AND THEIR THIRST FOR REVENGE WAS UNQUENCHABLE. IN A SURPRISE ATTACK, THEY HAD GAINED CONTROL OF THE EDEN WHICH THE AZURE BANNER HELD FOR SO LONG, AND USED IT AGAINST THEM. OF COURSE, THE AZURE BROTHERS WOULD HAVE NONE OF IT. IN A DESPERATE STRUGGLE, THEY FACED OFF WITH THE EMERALD BROTHERS IN A DUEL TO THE DEATH.

    BOTH ARMIES WERE ANNIHILATED IN THAT APOCALYPTIC CLASH. IT IS UNKNOWN WHAT HAPPENED TO THE BROTHERS OF THE TWO BANNERS, BUT THERE ARE RECORDS THAT THEY HAD DESCENDANTS. DESCENDANTS WHO HAVE COME ACROSS THE MAGIC LAND WHERE THAT CATACLYSMIC BATTLE WAS FOUGHT. DESCENDANTS WHO DECIDED TO HAVE A POKEMON BATTLE.

    THE WAR OF THE BROTHERS BEGINS ANEW.

    Round 1: It begins
    ♫Revolt

    And the brothers of the Azure and Emerald banners begin their battle once again. The Royal Guard opens up with Lionheart the Lucario, while Alex backs him up with his Fidgit, Ryversha. On the other end of the battlefield, C$FP sends out Swamp Thing the Swampert, while Rickheg releases his mighty washing machine Rotom, Plasma Moto.

    Channeling energy into her many, many hands, Ryversha releases a force that intensifies the Gravity of the surrounding area, slowing everyone down and dragging Plasma Moto to the ground. However, despite losing its advantage in the air, the Rotom takes advantage of everyone's collective sluggishness and calls down a bolt of Thunder to strike Lionheart! Meanwhile, Swamp Thing stomps upon the ground violently and triggers an Earthquake, unfortunately dealing damage to his partner as well as the Azure banner, thanks to the increase in gravity. To make matters worse, Lionheart's been anticipating this and unleashes his Counterattack upon the unsuspecting Swampert!

    Swamp Thing's tectonic thrashing has become Ryversha's cue to make things worse for him, and wildly applauds his efforts, flattering him into doing an Encore. Moto, quite upset about this, opens up its loader and Hydro Pumps her with a stream of pain. Forced to continue shaking the ground, Swamp Thing triggers another Earthquake, and Lionheart once again gives the Swampert a punishing Counterattack.

    At this point, Alex's Fidgit has taken quite a beating, and attempts to avoid further damage by building a Substitute out of rocks and various plants. Moto ignores her, however, and smites Royal's Lucario with another bolt of Thunder! Combined with a third Earthquake from Swamp Thing, this proves too much for poor Lionheart, and he collapses from his wounds!

    Not only have the Emerald brothers achieved first blood, they also lead in terms of health - albeit battered themselves. However, the Azure banner seems to have something up their sleeve...wait, what are they doing?

    Round 2: Death by Leaves

    With Lionheart fallen, The Royal Guard has sent out his Serperior Eirlasdar. Swamp thing, sensing impending doom, braces himself to Endure any incoming attacks - a wise move, as the Serperior conjures a Storm of Leaves upon him for massive damage as well as a boost to Eirlasdar's own offenses. Meanwhile, Ryversha gives a hearty Encore to Plasma Moto, enticing the Rotom to drop heavenly judgment once again...but the fall of Lionheart has left it unsure of whom to bring the Thunder on, so it strikes Ryversha at random...for nothing at all. Oops.

    The Azure army begins to fortify itself, Eirlasdar encasing his partner and himself in a Screen of golden Light while Ryversha does the same with a Safeguarding veil. All the while, the air is beginning to chill, as Swamp Thing rains a Blizzard of ice crystals upon his nemeses, doing a fair amount of damage to Eirlasdar, and Ryversha would have been taken down if not for her substitute. Unfortunately, Swamp Thing's life orb claims what little vitality he retains, and collapses. To make matters worse, Plasma Moto randomly strikes Ryversha with a bolt of Thunder again, to no avail.

    As Alex's Fidgit lets loose a Healing Pulse upon her partner, Eirlasdar strikes Moto down with another torrential Leaf Storm. The Azure army has clearly turned the tables on this one - will the Emerald brothers be able to negate it?

    Round 3: Slaughter of the Shrimp

    The Emerald brothers have sent out their last respective pokemon - a crafty Krillowatt named Fried and a mighty Rhyperior known as Ryback. While Eirlasdar prepares for a deadly attack, Ryversha lends the Serperior a Helping Hand, doubling the incoming move's power. Fried prepares a few moves of his own, cooling the air to conjure a Hailstorm, while Ryback throws an Icy Punch at Alex's wounded Fidgit, taking her down. It's at this point that Eirlasdar lets loose the fruits of his labor - an all-flaying Leaf Hurricane upon Fried! The blow is devastating, but the shrimp barely survives.

    However, with Ryversha down, this leaves Royal's Serperior completely vulnerable to the Emerald army's attacks. Fried brings out the fruits of his own labor and rains a Blizzard of glaciers upon Eirlasdar, while Ryback delivers a Fiery Punch to his face! As their assault continues, the Serperior finally regains his bearings enough to attack, throwing Magical Leaves at Ryback, who retaliates by Blasting Rocks, while Fried's Blizzard continues.

    The Azure army has suffered massive damage, but their plan has worked. Can the Emerald brothers power through this predicament?
