"Alright men! Or opponent is the the Pokemon with the lowest BST in the game and a rabbit that probably has down syndrome. I think we can win this one if we are aggressive enough. Let's be bold!"

Sun WuKong: Fire Spin @ Mendel ~ Brick Break @ WHY CAN'T I FLY ~ Fire Blast @ Mendel
If your target uses a protective move use Nasty Plot and push actions back.
If you are Taunted and your target uses a protective move then attack the other Pokemon.

Lenore: Toxic @ WHY CAN'T I FLY ~ Fake Tears @ WHY CAN'T I FLY ~ Powder Snow @ WHY CAN'T I FLY
If WHY CAN'T I FLY uses Substitute, use Blizzard instead.
If WHY CAN'T I FLY uses a protective move, attack Mendel instead.
If you are Taunted use Powder Snow until you aren't Taunted.

(It's Down's Syndrome, not Down Syndrome, and in ASB Mendel is tied for lowest BST in the game))
I forgot to adjust the stats for my Sunkern b/c of the nature, thx Flora. It should have 3 Spa and 1 Atk.
WHY CAN'T I FLY: Helping Hand Mendel*3
Mendel: Solar Beam Lenore*3

Just a note to start this post, I will not be using your Pokémons' nicknames. Thank you for your understanding.

Round Two
Chimchar scratched at the ground rapidly until a hole big enough for him to fit down was opened. He scuttled down, digging as he protected himself from any possible attacks by disappearing from the battlefield.

Snorunt blew a frosty wind across the battlefield, not wide enough to hit both opposing pokemon. Togepi shivered as shards of ice formed in the air and pelted the small pokemon's body.

[Blizzard deals 12.5 damage to Togepi]
[-7 Energy to Snorunt]

A ring of white light floated up from the ground and surrounded Sunkern. A second ring followed it, stopping halfway down the pokemon's body. Finally, a third white ring rose and settled just underneath the second. Finally, these rings of energy from the ground flew out at a speed faster than the eye could follow and smashed into Chimchar.

[Hidden power deals 13.5 damage to Chimchar]
[-4 Energy to Sunkern]

Togepi pulled rapidly melting shards of ice from its body and piled them with the dirt from the ground to make a mound of mud in front of herself. She imbued her own health into the mud to animate it and give it life. The substitute Togepi took a moment, but started moving unitl it took the focus off the real Togepi and became the target of future attacks.

[Substitute cost 15 HP to Togepi]
[-12 Energy to Togepi]
[Substitute has 15 HP]

Chimchar burst through the ground and clawed up at Togepi. The pokemon didn't react to the pain as the monkey pokemon disappeared back into the hole in the ground.

[Dig deals 8 damage to Substitute]
[Poison deals 2 damage to Togepi]
[-10 Energy to Chimchar]

Chimchar jumped from the ground and flipped, spitting flames from its mouth. It used these flames to keep it in the air and started spinning more rapidly. At a certain velocity, the Chimchar started creeping forwards, towards the substitute Togepi. The flaming, rolling monkey picked up speed until it hit the substitute at a rough 40km/h. The substitute fell to the ground and shattered back into the dust from which it was made.

[Flame Wheel deals 9 damage to Substitute]
[-3 Energy to Chimchar]
[Substitute was broken!]

Snorunt blew another burst of cold air, this wider than the previous. However, this ice cold wind did not freeze the water vapour in the air and only made the two pokemon shiver.

[Icy Wind deals 7.5 damage to Togepi]
[Icy Wind deals 15.75 damage to Sunkern]
[-1Spe to Togepi and Sunkern]
[-4 Energy to Snorunt]

Togepi watched the battle and rather than move, she sat down and focused on regaining energy.

[Togepi chilled!]
[+12 Energy to Togepi]

A ring of white light floated up from the ground and surrounded Sunkern. A second ring followed it, stopping halfway down the pokemon's body. Finally, a third white ring rose and settled just underneath the second. Finally, these rings of energy from the ground flew out at a speed faster than the eye could follow and smashed into Chimchar.

[Hidden power deals 13.5 damage to Chimchar]
[Poison deals 2 damage to Togepi]
[-8 Energy to Sunkern]

Snorunt set up a glossy sheen in front of itself to prevent damage from attacks this action.

[Snorunt is Protected!]
[-8 Energy to Snorunt]

Togepi used its raised stats to effect it's opponent. The glossy sheen in front of Snorunt and no damage was done.

[Snorunt was protected!]
[-7 Energy to Togepi]

Chimchar conjured the hottest flames it could and spat them out of its mouth in a five pronged star. The flames moved slowly towards Sunkern, hitting directly.

[Fire Blast deals 21 damage to Sunkern]
[-7 Energy to Chimchar]

A ring of white light floated up from the ground and surrounded Sunkern. A second ring followed it, stopping halfway down the pokemon's body. Finally, a third white ring rose and settled just underneath the second. Finally, these rings of energy from the ground flew out at a speed faster than the eye could follow and smashed into Chimchar.

We got this guys. We are so close. I appreciate the hard work you put in so far, but we must push a little harder. If we win, I'll buy you all ice cream.

Sun WuKong: Flame Wheel @ Mendel ~ Brick Break @ WHY CAN'T I FLY ~ Fire Blast @ WHY CAN'T I FLY
If Mendel uses a Protective Move or Evasive move a1, attack WHY CAN'T I FLY instead.
If Mendel isn't K.O.ed a2 and it isn't using a protective move, use Flame Wheel on Mendel action two instead and push actions back.
If WHY CAN'T I FLY uses Hidden Power on you and Mendel IS K.O.ed, then use Dig to avoid it and still inflict damage.

Lenore the Snorunt: Icy Wind ~ Blizzard ~ Icy Wind
The first time Mendel uses Hidden Power, use Disable on Hidden Power that action.

You only get two subs per pokemon, not four in total. You can reorder if you want as you have three subs on Sun WuKong.

When Mendel used Hidden Power A1, it should have triggered Lenore's sub, but because of Follow Me it would have hit Togepi. Sun WuKong's 2nd sub should have then activated, as Endure is not a protective move. Additionally, unless I'm missing something Follow Me only lasts one action. I don't know how this causes the round to turn out, and if I'm wrong please say.

The description of Follow Me in the Data Audit tables is vague, leaving it up to the ref to determine the duration of Follow Me. Lenore's sub should have triggered, I just didn't read it, however, as Blizzard didn't damage either Togepi or Sunkern, the results of the round will stay the same. Finally, Chimchar's sub did trigger, which is shown through the round two calculations

data audit said:
The Pokémon creates a distraction, forcing all opponents to target the user with their attacks instead of their intended targets. If a contact attack is redirected towards this Pokemon from another target, it will have half its usual BAP.
EDIT: due to Lenore's sub, Sunkern was forced to use struggle in action three, leaving Chimchar with 10HP more than original calculations.
