Weatherless team

Blissey (F) @ Leftovers
Natural Cure / Calm
EVs: 252 Sp. Atk. / 252 Sp. Def. / 4 HP
-Flamethrower
-Ice Beam
-Protect
-Toxic

Blissey is on the team as the special defensive tank. With the move set I gave her she can take down any dragon, flying, grass, steel or ice type Pokemon. Already with extremely high HP, gave her 252 Sp. Atk. so flamethrower and ice beam do well against most special attackers. Protect is for when a Fighting type is sent out. Toxic is for those long, drawn out battles.

Skarmory (M) @ Leftovers
Sturdy / Impish
EVs: 252 Def / 252 Hp / 4 Atk
-Stealth Rock
-Roost
-Brave Bird
-Spikes

Skarmory is the lead pokemon. With good physical defense, resistance to psychic, grass and ghost help. First turn stealth rock, then lay down the three layers of spikes. Brave bird is for any pesky fighting or grass types that are sent out to cause problems. Roost is for healing incase of an electric or fire type attack. It is slow, but has a good move set for a leadoff pokemon.

Breloom (M) @ Leftovers
Technician / Adamant
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Atk / 4 Sp. Def.
-Spore
-Mach Punch
-Sword Dance
-Bullet Seed

Breloom is my physical sweeper. Can take down very bulky opponents like Blissey, Snorlax, cloyser and others. First move spore, throw in a sword dance or two, then either Mach Punch for the priority hit, or bullet seed for the multiple hit for the STAB and attack bonus and they should be down. The only weaknesses I can see are flying, fire and psychic types against Breloom.

Gardevior (F) @ Leftovers
Synchronize / Hasty
EVs: 252 Spd / 252 Sp. Atk. / 4 HP
-Calm Mind
-Psychic
-Shadow Ball
-Thunderbolt

Gardevior is my Special sweeper. With the hasty nature, gives a little extra speed boost to use against a gengar or alakazam. Psychic is a great move due to STAB, Shadow Ball takes out any ghost or psychic pokemon that threatens it. Thunderbolt is the change-up to take out any flying or bulky water types that Breloom couldn't. Calm mind to raise special attack and defense to make this an even stronger sweeper.

Terrakion (M) @ Choice Scarf
Justified / Jolly
EVs: 252 Spd. / 252 Atk. / 4 Sp. Def.
-Close Combat
-Stone Edge
-Iron Head
-X-Scissor

Terrakion is mainly used for the revenge kills. The choice scarf allows for 1.5x speed boost, but the first move is locked in. With it's high attack and speed, makes this a threat to any pokemon weak to rock or fighting. Moves like Close Combat and Stone Edge have STAB, and are strong moves. Generally in for one or two turns before Terrakion is pulled.

Gliscor (M) @ Toxic Orb
Poison Heal / Impish
EVs: 252 Def. / 252 HP / 4 Atk.
-Earthquake
-Ice Fang
-Roost
-Substitute

Gliscor is another physical tank. Poison heal / Toxic Orb combo heals more than leftovers would. The typing makes it so electric moves do no damage, taking away one of its biggest weaknesses. Ice fang is a second choice to Blissey's Ice beam for dealing with the pesky dragon types, while earthquake should make short work of any electric type sent out. Substitue and roost are a good combo to heal and take no damage.

Any rates and suggestions will be taken. :D

How is that? Does it need to be 3 full lines?
It's ok now.
for Blissey, you should stick to the standard:
Code:
Chansey @ Eviolite
Ability: Natural Cure
EVs: 252 Def / 240 HP / 16 SDef
Bold Nature
- Seismic Toss
- Softboiled
- Wish
- Toxic
Also, for Skarmory use the Custap lead set:
Code:
Skarmory @ Custap Berry
Ability: Sturdy
EVs: 232 Def / 252 HP / 24 Spd
Impish Nature
- Brave Bird
- Spikes
- Stealth Rock
- Whirlwind
to get a free Stealth rock and layer of spikes.
Your Gliscor set is quite weird, so standard:
Code:
Gliscor @ Toxic Orb
Ability: Poison Heal
EVs: 184 Def / 252 HP / 72 Spd
Bold Nature
- Protect
- Roost
- Substitute
- Toxic
On Gardevior, you should use Focus Miss Blast instead of Thunderbolt since you have Terrakion to deal with flying types and Blissey for water.
