Why cant i use hidden power grass with zapdos?

when you choose zapdos in the shoddy battle team builder,
the Iv's is marked with red.
when i try to save my team its says the zapdos iv's are invaild (when hidden power is grass) and i need to choose some IV to get down.
when i choose one, any one, its changing my hidden power to something else,
and i am not able to use hidden power grass.

This happened to my many times. I just usually do it before saving. So I would change the Atk stat for example to idk 28 and if it doesn't worry I would keep lowering it until it's not red.

Lower your IVs by 4 at a time to keep the same Type and Power and to find a valid one.

hp grass zapdos need 14 atack ivs has far i know, if is not 14 then just follow what RBG said, you cant go wrong.
