[OVERVIEW]

Wigglytuff is barely viable in PU due to its ability to set up Stealth Rock and pressure Defog users with its ability Competitive and its wide movepool that gives it a plethora of good coverage, like Fire Blast, to choose from. Though Wigglytuff boasts a great HP stat, its defenses are low, which means it is easy to wear down and revenge kill. It also has a mediocre Speed stat, which makes it hard for it to function as an offensive Pokemon and causes it to be outsped and checked by common threats such as Stoutland and Leafeon. In general, there are better options for bulky attackers and Stealth Rock setters, but Wigglytuff plays a unique role by being a bulky special attacker and Stealth Rock setter with the ability to boost its Special Attack thanks to Competitive.

Moves
========

Stealth Rock allows Wigglytuff to provide support for its teammates in the form of consistent damage to switch-ins and breaking any potential Sturdy or Focus Sash. Hyper Voice is boosted by STAB and provides Wigglytuff with good neutral coverage. Dazzling Gleam, when used in tandem with Hyper Voice, lets Wigglytuff hit every type bar Steel for at least neutral damage, and it lets Wigglytuff heavily damage Dark-, Dragon-, and Fighting-types such as Vullaby, Fraxure, and Machoke. Fire Blast allows Wigglytuff to hit most Steel-types such as Mawile. Moreover, it can be used to hit Metang and Roselia super effectively as they attempt to switch into Wigglytuff's STAB moves. Focus Blast is an alternative that, unlike Fire Blast, can OHKO Probopass. Additionally, Focus Blast still gives Wigglytuff a way to hit Steel-types such as Klang, as well as Ice-, Normal-, and Rock-types such as Rotom-F, Bouffalant, and Relicanth.

Set Details
========

Maximum Special Attack and Speed investment, as well as a Timid nature and Life Orb, lets Wigglytuff hit hard and outspeed as much as possible. A Modest nature can be used instead of a Timid one to let Wigglytuff hit even harder, giving it a chance to OHKO offensive Machoke with Stealth Rock damage factored in. Competitive lets Wigglytuff take advantage of Defog and generally discourages the use of said move.

Usage Tips
========

Use Wigglytuff as a switch-in to Defoggers to gain a free Special Attack boost. Try to set up Stealth Rock early-game to deal as much residual damage as possible throughout the match; this is used in tandem with Competitive to either discourage Defoggers from coming in and using the move or to bait them into using Defog and thus providing Wigglytuff with a free Special Attack boost. Wigglytuff can potentially switch into or check Pokemon such as Dragon- and Ghost-types which it has a type advantage over, stronger Pokemon such as Fraxure and Gabite can potentially 2HKO Wigglytuff with coverage moves. Switch out of strong physical attackers such as Stoutland, as they can easily outspeed and OHKO Wigglytuff, unless Wigglytuff is no longer needed to set up Stealth Rock, as then it should be death foddered to allow a teammate to switch in.

Team Options
========

Wigglytuff normally fits best on offensively oriented teams. Pokemon that easily take care of Steel-types, such as Machoke and Monferno, as well as Pokemon that take care of Poison-types, such as Metang and Gabite, are ideal partners. Ghost- and Psychic-types such as Grumpig, Mr. Mime, and Gourgeist-XL appreciate Wigglytuff's ability to check Ghost-types. Baton Pass, U-turn, and Volt Switch users such as Jumpluff and Zebstrika help Wigglytuff get in safely and provide boosts in momentum for the entire team. Spikes setters such as Roselia and Quilladin are good teammates because Wigglytuff deters the use of Defog, allowing entry hazards to stay on the field for as long as possible. Similarly, other entry hazard setters like Leavanny are good team options for the same reason, and in return, Leavanny's Sticky Web can patch up Wigglytuff's low Speed stat.

[STRATEGY COMMENTS]
Other Options
=============

Ice Beam can be used as the coverage move to hit Flying- and Ground-types such as Jumpluff and Stunfisk super effectively, and Thunderbolt is an option to hit Water-types like Politoed. You can also use Flamethrower instead of Fire Blast if you're afraid of Wigglytuff missing, but the move is not as strong and therefore doesn't get nearly as many KOs. Shadow Ball is also a choice to hit Psychic- and Ghost-types such as Grumpig and Misdreavus super effectively. Thunder Wave is an option to let Wigglytuff cripple fast Pokemon for it and its teammates to outspeed more easily. Sing is another choice to cripple nearly any Pokemon and force switches, but it is unreliable due to its low accuracy. Knock Off can be used to cripple Eviolite users such as Clefairy and other bulky Pokemon such as Roselia, as they tend to switch into Wigglytuff often. Toxic also cripples specially bulky Pokemon like Regice and Audino, whose bulk allows them to switch into Wigglytuff. A defensive set running Wish can be used to let Wigglytuff restore health to stay on the field longer and pass large chunks of health to its teammates; however, this is role outclassed by Audino and Clefairy due to their higher defensive stats and better defensive abilities. Finally, Magic Coat is an option to deflect Taunt or opposing entry hazards.

Checks and Counters
===================

**Steel-types**: Steel-types such as Klang, Metang, and Probopass can all 2HKO Wigglytuff with their Steel-type STAB moves, and Pawniard can OHKO it with Iron Head; however, because Wigglytuff can survive a hit from most of them, it can easily retaliate with Focus Blast or Fire Blast.

**Poison-types**: Poison-types such as Arbok and Roselia can OHKO Wigglytuff with Gunk Shot and Sludge Bomb, respectively, but Wigglytuff can retaliate with Fire Blast if it does somehow survive a hit or Gunk Shot misses. Swalot, however, completely counters Wigglytuff.

**Special Walls**: Special walls such as Audino and Clefairy are both not even 3HKOed by Hyper Voice, not to mention that they both have decent forms of recovery in Wish and Soft-Boiled, respectively.

**Strong Physical Attackers**: Strong physical attackers such as Stoutland and Golem both outspeed or Speed tie with and can easily KO Wigglytuff with their strong STAB moves in Return and Earthquake. However, neither of them can reliably switch in.

**Faster Attackers**: Even though they can't directly switch in reliably, faster attackers such as Simisage and Floatzel can easily KO Wigglytuff.

imma try out comments in reply this time
[OVERVIEW]

- normal / fairy typing gives it an immunity to two common types in ghost and dragon dragon isn't common and ghost is barely more common than that, if anything its defensive typing is a drawback not a boon
- great ability in competitive lets it take advantage of sticky web and defog and discourage use of said moves
- wide movepool gives it a plethora of coverage moves and utility moves to choose from
- boasts a great base 140 HP stat, but is hindered with 45 / 50 defenses
- mediocre speed makes it hard to function as an offensive attacker
- outclassed by audino as a bulky pokemon and crustle and golem as stealth rock setters not really, they do different things. nothing rocks like it does, make it more clear that there are better options but it has a unique setup, but plays a custom role in being a bulky special attacker AND stealth rock setter with a self-special attack-boosting ability

Moves
========

- stealth rock allows wigglytuff to annoy the foes with constant damage while switching in, and provides it and its teammates with easier ways of KOing foes
- hyper voice hits almost every Pokemon for strong neutral damage and provides wigglytuff with a strong almost unresisted move to use
- dazzling gleam, when used in tandem with hyper voice, hits every type for at least neutral damage, bar steel, and lets Wigglytuff heavily damage Dark-, Dragon-, and Fighting-types such as Vullaby, Fraxure, and Machoke
- focus blast takes care of the lack of a way of hitting Steel-types such as Klang and easily takes care of Ice-, Normal-, Rock-types such as Rotom-F, Bouffalant, and Relicanth, and unlike Fire Blast, it can OHKO Probopass
- fire blast is an alternative to Focus Blast, as it can still hit Steel- and Ice-types such as Klang and Rotom-F and also takes care of Grass- and Bug-types such as Roselia and Ninjask; however, it gives Wigglytuff no way of reliably hitting Probopass fire blast does hit this stuff but focus blast hits most of it, its main niche is 2hkoing roselia and metang (gourgeist maybe, 2 lazy to calc) and everything else is just overlap

Set Details
========

- maximum Special Attack and Speed EVs, combined with a Modest nature and Life Orb, let Wigglytuff hit as hard as possible and outspeed and KO other strong threats such as Probopass
- Competitive lets Wigglytuff take advantage of Sticky Web and Defoggers, plays mindgames on the opponent, and generally discourages the use of both moves
- life orb lets Wigglytuff hit extremely hard

Usage Tips
========

- use as a switch-in to defoggers to gain free Special Attack boosts, and switch in if sticky web is up on your side to get a free competitive boost
- try to set up stealth rock early-game to get as much damage off as possible throughout the game and to discourage defoggers from switching in
- switch in on Dragon- and Ghost-types such as Gabite and Misdreavus to force them out
- avoid Poison-types such as Roselia and Arbok because even though Arbok can run Intimidate to boost Wigglytuff's Special Attack, both have strong Poison-type STAB moves that easily KO it this and the below are just really obvious avoid things that hit you for SE damage, something more useful might be avoiding strong physical attackers like stoutland since that's not automatically a "duh"
- avoid Pawniard, as it outspeeds and can easily KO Wigglytuff
I'd make some sort of note about how you really want to spam strong coverage options and use its offensive presence as much as possible, it has nice pressure once inside which you don't want to let up easily

Team Options
========

- Pokemon that resist steel-type moves, such as Pawniard, and Pokemon that easily take care of steel-types, such as Machoke and Monferno pawniard doesn't really beat steels, the second part is all you need
- Pokemon that resist or are immune to Poison-type moves, such as Stunfisk and Pawniard, and Pokemon that can take care of poison-types, such as Stunfisk again the phrasing is odd and neither stunfisk nor pawniard are great vs arbok and roselia when there's plenty of more reliable things you could mention like metang
- spinners such as Cryogonal and Armaldo are good for removing hazards just so that Wigglytuff can keep as much HP as possible throughout the match and so that it doesnt get the rocks set up by it cleared with a defogger honestly wiggly just doesnt need to stay chip free that much, it's really more of an early game mon
- Ghost- and Psychic-types such as Grumpig, Mr. Mime, and Gourgeist-XL appreciate Wigglytuff's ability to easily switch in on Ghost-types
- Baton Pass / U-turn / Volt Switch users such as Floatzel, Zebstrika, and Jumpluff help get Wigglytuff in safely and provide boosts in momentum for the entire team
pokemon that punish special walls like audino, pokemon that like wiggly's ability to break up defensive cores, checks to strong physical attackers. also make a note of how wigglytuff only fits on more offensive teams

[STRATEGY COMMENTS]
Other Options
=============

- ice beam could be used to hit flying- and ground-types such as Altaria and Stunfisk
- thunderbolt can be used to hit flying- and water-types such as Dodrio and Politoed
- cute charm shouldnt be used to cripple physical attackers, as it is heavily outclassed by Competitive and relies on the foe's gender to be useful just don't bother mentioning this
- you can also use flamethrower if youre afraid of wigglytuff missing, but it's weaker and doesnt get nearly as many KOs as fire blast
- shadow ball to hit psychic- and ghost-types such as grumpig and misdreavus
defensive set, twave, sing, knock off cripples clefairy and audino and other shit

Checks and Counters
===================

**Steel-types**: Steel-types such as Klang, Metang, Probopass and Pawniard can all2HKO Wigglytuff with their Steel-type STAB moves; however, because Wigglytuff can live a hit from all of them, it can easily retaliate with Focus Blast. or fire blast, also wiggly is faster than all but pawniard, also wiggly doesnt survive a single hit from pawniard also they cant safely switch in also missing space between all and 2hko

**Poison-types**: Poison-types such as Arbok and Roselia can OHKO Wigglytuff with Gunk Shot and Sludge Bomb respectively, and Wigglytuff has no way of hitting them back even if it does live a hit. hyper voice and fire blast do a ton so that's not true. also since this is pretty short, it's probably worth mentioning that swalot is incredibly rare but does totally counter wiggly

**Special Walls**: Special walls such as Audino and Clefairy are both not even 3HKOed by Hyper Voice, not to mention that they both have decent forms of recovery in Wish and Soft-Boiled respectively.

**Strong Physical Attackers**: Strong physical attackers such as Stoutland and Golem both outspeed and can easily KO Wigglytuff with their strong STAB moves in Return and Earthquake respectively. but cant switch in etc etc

**Spinners**: Spinners such as Cryogonal and Armaldo both have decent special bulk to life hits from Wigglytuff, and Rapid Spin lets them bypass Competitive. the term is "rapid spinners" but really armaldo is just outsped and 2hkod and cryo takes a ton from focus/fire blast. ik it's in the last analysis but I don't think this needs a section. will confirm with other qc but i don't think it's needed e: apparently it was Dundies, he says he doesnt mind removing

For Team Options, you can mention Spikes setters as Wigglytuff deters Defog (Toxic Spikes Roselia wears down bulkier Pokemon for Wigglytuff, same could be said of Stick Web leads which can make up for Wigglytuff's Speed. Add Faster Pokemon into Checks and Counters at the end as while they can't directly switch in, stuff like Simisage and Floatzel can make quick work of Wigglytuff.

Stealth Rock allows Wigglytuff to annoy the foes with constant residual damage while switching and provides it and its teammates with easier KOsthis is okay, but it might be more concise to say (while also including the info that SR deactivates Focus Sash + Sturdy): 'Stealth Rock provides support for Wigglytuff's teammates by damaging switch-ins and possibly deactivating Sturdy and Focus Sashes.' Hyper Voice lets Wigglytuff hit almost every Pokemon for strong neutral coverage and provides it with a strong almost unresisted move to use.Talk about Hyper Voice's ability to hit Pokemon behind Substitutes / Hyper Voice is boosted by STAB. Dazzling Gleam, when used in tandem with Hyper Voice, lets Wigglytuff hit every type for at least neutral damage, bar Steel, and lets Wigglytuff heavily damage Dark-, Dragon-, and Fighting-types such as Vullaby, Fraxure, and Machoke. Focus Blast takes care of the lack of a way to hit Steel-types such as Klang and easily takes care of Ice-, Normal-, and Rock-types such as Rotom-F, Bouffalant, and Relicanth, and unlike Fire Blast, it can OHKO Probopass. Fire Blast is an alternative to Focus Blast, as unlike Focus Blast, Fire Blast can hit Metang and Roselia super effectively; however, it prevents Wigglytuff from hitting Probopass as hard.

Set Details
========

Maximum Special Attack and Speed investment, as well as a Modest nature and Life Orb, let Wigglytuff hit as hard as possible and outspeed and KO other strong threats such as Probopass. The damage increase from Life Orb lets Modest Wigglytuff OHKO Vullaby after Stealth Rock damage has been factored in, so you could mention that here when speaking about Life Orb's effects. Competitive lets Wigglytuff take advantage of Sticky Web and Defoggers, plays mind games with the opponent, and generally discourages the use of both moves.

Usage Tips
========

Use Wigglytuff as a switch-in to Defoggers to gain free Special Attack boosts, and switch in on Sticky Web if it's set up on your side to get a free boost from Competitive as well. Try to set up Stealth Rock early-game to deal as much residual damage as possible throughout the match; this is used in tandem with Competitive to discourage Defoggers from coming in and using the move. Switch in on Dragon- and Ghost-types such as Gabite and Misdreavus to force them out, as they normally have no reliable way of hitting Wigglytuff. Avoid strong physical attackers such as Stoutland, as they can easily outspeed and OHKO Wigglytuff. Spam the strong coverage options to flaunt Wigglytuff's offensive presence as much as possible, as it gives off good offensive pressure that you don't want to give up easily.

Team Options
========

Wigglytuff normally fits best on offensively-oriented teams. Pokemon that easily take care of Steel-types, such as Machoke and Monferno, as well as Pokemon that take care of Poison-types, such as Metang and Gabite, are ideal partners. Metang and Gabite are also able to set Stealth Rock, which Wigglytuff can help prevent from being removed by deterring Defog via its ability Competitive. Ghost- and Psychic-types such as Grumpig, Mr. Mime, and Gourgeist-XL appreciate Wigglytuff's ability to easily switch in on Ghost-types. Baton Pass, U-turn, and Volt Switch users such as Floatzel, Jumpluff, and Zebstrika help Wigglytuff get in safely and provide boosts in momentum for the entire team. Pokemon that special walls like Audino, such as StoutlandStrong wallbreakers like Stoutland are beneficial teammates, as they are able to break down specially defensive walls like Audino for Wigglytuff., are good so that Wigglytuff doesn't have as difficult of a time dealing with them. Pokemon that appreciate Wigglytuff's ability to break defensive cores, such as Grumpig, like having it as a teammate so that they can KO frailer Pokemon more easily. (Pokemon that take care of strong physical attackers, such as Floatzel, are good teammates as well.) This sentence in parentheses is pretty vague, could you clarify and give an example? Spikes setters such as Roselia and Quilladin are good teammates because Wigglytuff deters the use of Defog, allowing entry hazards to stay on the field for as long as possible. Similarly, other entry hazard setters like Leavanny are good team options for the same reason, and in return, Leavanny's Sticky Web can patch up Wigglytuff's low Speed stat.

Ice Beam can be used as the coverage move to hit Flying- and Ground-types such as Altaria (Altaria is a shaky example here since Modest Dazzling Gleam has a chance to OHKO offensive Altaria without SR anyway) Stunfisk super effectively, and Thunderbolt to hit Water-types like Politoed instead. Thunder Wave is also an option to let Wigglytuff cripple fast Pokemon for it and its teammates to outspeed more easily. Sing is another choice to cripple nearly any Pokemon and force switches, but its low accuracy prevents Sing from being reliable. Knock Off can be used to cripple Eviolite users such as Clefairy and other bulky Pokemon such as AudinoRoselia as they switch into Wigglytuff. Toxic also cripples specially bulky Pokemon like Regice and Audino whose bulk allows them to switch into Wigglytuff. A defensive set that has Wish in the moveset can be used to let Wigglytuff restore health to stay on the field longer and pass large chunks of health to its teammates; however, it's outclassed by Audino as a WishPasser.Magic Coat - bounces back Taunt and allows Wigglytuff to set Stealth Rock reliably. Timid Nature - allows Wigglytuff to outspeed Mawile and OHKO it with Fire Blast --> more on this at the end

Checks and Counters
===================

**Steel-types**: Steel-types such as Klang, Metang, and Probopass can all 2HKO Wigglytuff with their Steel-type STAB moves, and Pawniard can OHKO it with Iron Head; however, because Wigglytuff can live a hit from all of them, it can easily retaliate with Focus Blast or Fire Blast.

**Poison-types**: Poison-types such as Arbok and Roselia can OHKO Wigglytuff with Gunk Shot and Sludge Bomb respectively, but Wigglytuff can retaliate with Hyper Voice and Fire Blast even if it does live a hit. Arbok's Gunk Shot always OHKOes Swalot, however, completely counters Wigglytuff.

**Special Walls**: Special walls such as Audino and Clefairy are both not even 3HKOed by Hyper Voice, not to mention that they both have decent forms of recovery in Wish and Soft-Boiled respectively.

**Strong Physical Attackers**: Strong physical attackers such as Stoutland and Golem both outspeedGolem speed-ties with Wigglytuff and can easily KO Wigglytuff with their strong STAB moves in Return and Earthquake respectively. However, neither of them can reliably switch in.

**Faster Attackers**: Even though they can't directly switch in reliably, faster attackers such as Simisage and Floatzel can easily KO Wigglytuff.
So, I have two things for other QC to comment on: Given Metang is more popular than Probopass at the moment, and the analysis' main justification for using Focus Blast over Fire Blast is Probopass, should we use Fire Blast as its first slash?

And another question: if Fire Blast is used alongside Timid, Wigglytuff would gain the ability to check and OHKO Mawile (Wiggly's Speed with Timid is 207, whereas Adamant Mawile's Speed is 199), so Timid could be slashed here. But, Timid misses the guaranteed OHKO on Vullaby after SR damage is factored in and has a 56% chance to OHKO: 252 SpA Life Orb Wigglytuff Dazzling Gleam vs. 248 HP / 8 SpD Eviolite Vullaby: 242-283 (70.5 - 82.5%) -- 56.3% chance to OHKO after Stealth Rock. So, something to keep in mind.

I'd like some input before moving to this to GP, but for now, you can take care of the edits in bold, Rhythms. Let me know once that's done and I'll stamp for 3/3

I'm gonna agree with tap on this one. Timid should be the primary slash over Modest as well as Fire Blast > Focus Blast on the main set as in Wigglytuff's case it would like to outspeed Adamant Mawile and OHKO with Fire Blast before getting OHKOed in return with Iron Head plus you still hit Probopass for some decent damage. Also don't forget to mention said Mawile in Steel-types in C&C.

Minor detail, but in Set Details, Fire Blast's main target is Mawile which is also the reason you're running Timid over Modest on Wigglytuff, so replace the Probopass mention with Mawile.

Wigglytuff also boasts a great HP stat, but it is hindered by its lackluster defenses, which means that it gets checked by common threats like Pawniard . It also has a mediocre Speed stat, which makes it hard for it to function as an offensive Pokemon and causes it to be outsped and checked by common threats such as Pawniard don't use Pawniard twice within two sentences, think of another example (Arbok, Stoutland, Simisage, etc.) and Roselia. In general, there are better options for bulky attackers and Stealth Rock setters, but Wigglytuff plays a unique role by being a bulky special attacker and Stealth Rock setter with the ability to boost its Special Attack with Competitive.

Moves

Stealth Rock allows Wigglytuff to provide support for its teammates, resulting in constant damage for switch-ins and breaking any potential Sturdy or Focus Sashes. Hyper Voice is boosted by STAB and lets Wigglytuff hit almost every Pokemon for strong neutral coverage and provides it with a strong almost unresisted move to use andthis is redundant because of what you just said ('strong neutral coverage' is very similar to 'strong almost unresisted move', pretty much) also provides it with the ability to hit Pokemon that are behind a Substitute. Fire Blast, when used with a Timid nature, allows Wigglytuff to outspeed and OHKO Mawile. Moreover, it can be used to hit Metang and Roselia super effectively as they attempt to switch into Wigglytuff's dual STAB moves.Focus Blast takes care of the lack of a way to hit Steel-types such as Klang and easily takes care of Ice-, Normal-, and Rock-types such as Rotom-F, Bouffalant, and Relicanth, and unlike Fire Blast, it can OHKO Probopass. Fire Blast is an alternative to Focus BlastFocus Blast is an alternative to Fire Blast, and unlike Fire Blast, it can OHKO Probopass. Additionally, Focus Blast still gives Wigglytuff a way to hit Steel-types such as Klang, as well as Ice-, Normal-, and Rock-types such as Rotom-F, Bouffalant, and Relicanth.

I switched and rewrote those two sentences to accommodate for Fire Blast being first slash over Focus Blast.

Set Details
========

Maximum Special Attack and Speed investment, as well as a Timid nature and Life Orb, let Wigglytuff hit as hard as possible and outspeed and KO other strong threats such as ProbopassMawile (we increased its Speed to check Mawile, so use that as an example here instead of Probopass), and the boost from Life Orb also lets Wigglytuff OHKO Vullaby after it takes Stealth Rock damage. A Modest nature can be used instead of a Timid one to let Wigglytuff hit even Pokemon harder, and gives it a chance to OHKO All-out Attacker Machoke with Stealth Rock damage factored in. Competitive lets Wigglytuff take advantage of Sticky Web and Defoggers, plays mind games with the opponent,(don't need this; it's pretty clear to any opponent that setting Sticky Web or using Defog may be detrimental when there's a Wigglytuff on the other side and so it isn't a mind game really) and generally discourages the use of bothsaid moves.

Usage Tips
========

Use Wigglytuff as a switch-in to Defoggers to gain free Special Attack boosts, and switch in on Sticky Web if it's set up on your side to get a free boost from Competitive as well. Try to set up Stealth Rock early-game to deal as much residual damage as possible throughout the match; this is used in tandem with Competitive to discourage Defoggers from coming in and using the move.'(using SR actually baits the Defog, letting Wigglytuff potentially boost off of the entry hazard it set itself if it's switched into Defog' might be a better way to phrase that last clause.) Use Wigglytuff's Normal and Fairy typing to absorb Ghost- and Dragon-type moves, especially Misdreavus's Hex or Shadow Ball. However, doing this against Dragon-types like Fraxure and Gabite can sometimes be risky, as they are able to 2HKO Wigglytuff with strong coverage moves like Poison Jab and Earthquake, respectively. Avoid Switch out of strong physical attackers such as Stoutland, as they can easily outspeed and OHKO Wigglytuff. Spam strong coverage options to flaunt Wigglytuff's offensive presence as much as possible, as it gives off good offensive pressure that you don't want to give up easily.

Team Options
========

Wigglytuff normally fits best on offensively oriented teams. Pokemon that easily take care of Steel-types, such as Machoke and Monferno, as well as Pokemon that take care of Poison-types, such as Metang and Gabite, are ideal partners. Metang and Gabite are also able to set Stealth Rock, which Wigglytuff can help prevent from being removed by deterring Defog via Competitive. Strong wallbreakers like Stoutland are beneficial teammates, as they are able to break down specially defensive wallsPokemon like Audino and Roselia for Wigglytuff. Pokemon that appreciate Wigglytuff's ability to break defensive cores, such as Grumpig, like having it as a teammate so that they can KO frailer Pokemon more easily. Pokemon that take care of strong physical attackers, such as Floatzel, are good teammates as well because they help Wigglytuff stay alive longer and not have to risk giving up its offensive pressurethis is again too vague; you could say that about any offensive Pokemon (keeps up offensive pressure for Wigglytuff); what does Floatzel help remove for Wigglytuff? Or what does Floatzel bring in that Wigglytuff beats? Spikes setters such as Roselia and Quilladin are good teammates because Wigglytuff deters the use of Defog, allowing entry hazards to stay on the field for as long as possible. Similarly, other entry hazard setters like Leavanny are good team options for the same reason, and in return, Leavanny's Sticky Web can patch up Wigglytuff's low Speed stat.

[STRATEGY COMMENTS]
Other Options
=============

Ice Beam can be used as the coverage move to hit Flying- and Ground-types such as Jumpluff and Stunfisk super effectively, and Thunderbolt to hit Water-types like Politoed instead. Thunder Wave is also an option to let Wigglytuff cripple fast Pokemon for it and its teammates to outspeed more easily. Sing is another choice to cripple nearly any Pokemon and force switches, but is hindered unreliable due to its low accuracy. Knock Off can be used to cripple Eviolite users such as Clefairy and other bulky Pokemon such as Roselia, as they switch into Wigglytuff. Toxic also cripples specially bulky Pokemon like Regice and Audino, whose bulk allows them to switch into Wigglytuff. A defensive set that has Wish in the moveset can be used to let Wigglytuff restore health to stay on the field longer and pass large chunks of health to its teammates; however, a set using Wish is outclassed by Audino due its access to Regenerator. Magic Coat is an option to deflect Taunt in order to allow Wigglytuff to set up Stealth Rock more reliably, and a Timid nature to let Wigglytuff outspeed and OHKO Adamant Mawile with Fire Blast; (You forgot to delete this after we moved Fire Blast and Timid to first slash)however, it's outclassed by Audino as a WishPasser.(just move this up where I bolded it)

GP will catch this, but saying "can be used / can also be used" multiple times should be stated a bit differently so it's not so repetitive

Checks and Counters
===================

**Poison-types**: Poison-types such as Arbok and Roselia can OHKO Wigglytuff with Gunk Shot and Sludge Bomb respectively, but Wigglytuff can retaliate with Fire Blast even if it does live a hit. Swalot, however, completely counters Wigglytuff.

**Special Walls**: Special walls such as Audino and Clefairy are both not even 3HKOed by Hyper Voice, not to mention that they both have decent forms of recovery in Wish and Soft-Boiled respectively.

**Strong Physical Attackers**: Strong physical attackers such as Stoutland and Golem both outspeed or Speed tie with and can easily KO Wigglytuff with their strong STAB moves in Return and Earthquake respectively. However, neither of them can reliably switch in.

**Faster Attackers**: Even though they can't directly switch in reliably, faster attackers such as Simisage and Floatzel can easily KO Wigglytuff.
There is still more to do since there were things not fully implemented (Fire Blast and Timid were still in OO for example); I crossed out a few sentences that were repetitive and bolded new edits for you to make. Do this and it'll be 3/3, Rhythms

I don't think you should say "it's a decent pokemon" in the overview, that's misleading. It certainly isn't decent, more like mediocre/bad :/

"Niche" would be a good replacement

Some last stuff to clean up a bit

UT:

Reword these sentences:

this is used in tandem with Competitive to either discourage Defoggers from coming in and using the move or bait Defoggers into using the move and providing Wigglytuff with a free boost in Special Attack.

Switch out of Avoid strong physical attackers such as Stoutland, as they can easily outspeed and OHKO Wigglytuff. Spam strong coverage options to flaunt Wigglytuff's offensive presence as much as possible, as it gives off good offensive pressure that you don't want to give up easily.

- I can't really picture how these bolded portions translate to teambuilder, even after all these edits, and so you should just delete this small bolded section. 'Keeping up offensive pressure so Wigglytuff doesn't die' isn't something that should go here; it should be more specific - for example, the following sentence provides the reader with a much better idea of how to teambuild using Wigglytuff (ex. use Competitive with entry hazards to find extra opportunities to boost Wigglytuff's SpA by catching Defogs, so entry hazard setters like Quilladin/Roselia are good partners).

A defensive set that has Wish in the moveset can be used to let Wigglytuff restore health to stay on the field longer and pass large chunks of health to its teammates; however, a set using Wish is outclassed by Audino due its access to Regenerator. Finally, Magic Coat is an option to deflect Taunt in order to allow Wigglytuff to set up Stealth Rock more reliably.

I'm just gonna stamp this now, Rhythms, but please implement these final changes before sending to GP 3/3

Use Wigglytuff as a switch-in to Defoggers to gain a free Special Attack boosts, or switch it in on Sticky Web if it's set up on your side to get a free boost from Competitive as well. Try to set up Stealth Rock early-game to deal as much residual damage as possible throughout the match; this is used in tandem with Competitive to either discourage Defoggers from coming in and using the move or to bait them into using Defog and thus providing Wigglytuff with a free Special Attack boost. Use Wigglytuff's Normal / Fairy typing to absorb Ghost- and Dragon-type moves, especially Misdreavus's Hex or Shadow Ball. However, doing this against Dragon-types like Fraxure and Gabite can sometimes be risky, as they are able to 2HKO Wigglytuff with strong moves like Poison Jab and Earthquake, respectively. Switch out of strong physical attackers such as Stoutland, as they can easily outspeed and OHKO Wigglytuff. Spam strong coverage options to flaunt Wigglytuff's offensive presence as much as possible, as it gives off good offensive pressure that you don't want to give up easily.

Team Options
========

Strong wallbreakers like Stoutland are beneficial teammates, as they are able to break down specially defensive Pokemon like Roselia and Audino for Wigglytuff.

Other Options
=============

A defensive set running Wish can be used to let Wigglytuff restore health to stay on the field longer and pass large chunks of health to its teammates; however, this is outclassed by Audino due its access to Regenerator. Finally, Magic Coat is an option to deflect Taunt in order to allow Wigglytuff to set up Stealth Rock more reliably.

Checks and Counters
===================

**Steel-types**: Steel-types such as Klang, Metang, and Probopass can all 2HKO Wigglytuff with their Steel-type STAB moves, and Pawniard can OHKO it with Iron Head; however, because Wigglytuff can live survive a hit from all most of them, it can easily retaliate with Focus Blast or Fire Blast.

**Poison-types**: Poison-types such as Arbok and Roselia can OHKO Wigglytuff with Gunk Shot and Sludge Bomb, respectively, but Wigglytuff can retaliate with Fire Blast if it does somehow live survive a hit or Gunk Shot misses.
