Wynaut, an undiscovered force in NU ?

A first look at Wynaut it seems hopeless and awful, because look at those stats how can this thing even possibly be viable at all ? Well first of all look at his ability, he has Shadow Tag, next up look at his typing hes probably the best Sawk revenger in the whole meta. And he also has a great HP stat of 95 letting him beat a lot of the physical attackers in this tier due to Shadow Tag + Destiny Bond, but how can he Destiny Bond anything with his low speed stat when hes getting 2hko'd before even getting his Destiny Bond up? Ill come too that later. Also with moves like Couner and Mirror Coat he can beat both special attackers and physical attacker provided having a lot of his health left he can easely tank a hit and smash the opposing threath too oblivion. The next thing I know will probably be the best and the most huge thing about Wynaut, and that is ENCORE, this little guy will now be a menace too Stealth Rockers and slow setup sweepers as when this guy comes in they have 2 choices, attack and die, or setup hazards and give the opposing teams sweeper a free setup opportunity, when this starts it's becoming a mindgame.​

This set is simple, removing maby the most fearsome wallbreaker/late game cleaner in the game Sawk. This little fellow also beats pokemon like Skuntank, Golurk, Tauros etc. Due too counter and his decent bulk he will always survive Skuntanks Adamant lefties Pursuit and ko back with Counter, he will also always survive Golurks Adamant Lefties Shadow Punch and beat it with Destiny Bond, this is very good for a Psychic pokemon, but this not only what it does, this guy serves a key role in revenge killing extremely dangerous threaths and gives his team free setup opportunities. Not even the great wall Musharna can setup freely at all, it's now setup bait and can't really switch in on anything in case it gets trapped. The EV spread is made too live Skuntanks Pursuit and Golurks Shadow Punch so Custap Berry activates and can beat them with Counter and Destiny Bond, it is also made too have great bulk overall and too outspeed Musharna.

Ok first of all you are not killing anyone. AND please read description before asking question just do it..

So I will say it again, 56 Spd EVs are there for outspeeding CM Musharna so it can't freely CM and then hit you with a Signal Beam before you can Encore it. And no dude none of these attacks have negative priority ...

Actually, Counter and Mirror Coat do have negative priority. Outspeeding Musharna is pretty important though, as Musharna's unboosted attacks and huge HP means Mirror Coat won't do much to the pink blob (Yeah, I went there), while a faster Encore can lock Musharna into a set up move for your teammates to exploit or prepare for an also faster Destiny Bond, should Custap not activate.

wynaut is a mini wobbuffet, except its horrible stats just make it die, compared to wobbufett's incredible health. 95 base health is nothing when the opponent decides to give their pokemon life orb/expert belt/bands/specs. And what if they decide to start buffing their pokemon using moves like nasty plot or swords dance? You can't encore it because of wynaut's speed. Wynaut needs incredible skill and a lot of luck to pull off correctly.

Did you guys even read the set? Ally451, there should be some proof to your statements, like damage calcs, to prove that it will die from a neutral attack. It most likely would not. Encore is there for the sole purpose of pokemon trying to set up on wynaut, and based on the set, once you can figure it out, which generally isn't that difficult to do, can pick the appropriate move.

Eviolite is a very good option on Wynaut, but this set can almost guarentee a ko on a poke. Once it uses a custap berry destiny bond, the poke either can kill it or use a set up move. If it kills it, both are dead. If it attacks the second turn, bth are dead because destiny bond's affects dissipate once the pokemon that used destiny bonds uses a second move. If it sets up twice, wynaut can just destiny bond or use encore. It's really a win-win situation (minus a status move).

Outclassed by Gothorita in overall which can setupp with Calm Mind or just killing walls with a "strong" Choice Specs or clipping this walls with Trick if you cant beat these.

Wynaut is only if you REALLY need stop some hard hitters like strong Specs / CB users, also if you're running Tickle needs a few of Support (Pursuit mostly).

Does gothorita OHKO every single thing it comes in on with it's choice specs'd attack? And with it's fairly lack-luster bulk it's not setting up on much without dying. Even with eviolite it will fail at a set up sweep since it has no way to recover back health.

Look at that, and then look at wynuat, who, unless it comes up against something particularly powerful, always gets at least one KO in the fight.

Gothorita out-classes wynaut offensively (kind of easy, since wynaut can't attack) and that is about it.
