Because Eevee were never catchable in the wild of HGSS. And the fact that no Pokemon in Apricorn Balls can have H/A.

I didn't know that lol That Sylveon is kalos born though, the guy who gave me it said it was 100% legit... is it possible to use cheat in pokémon x/y?

Apart from force-shinification with Powersaves, there’s no way to “cheat” the IVs of Kalos born Pokemon. However, if the parents were hacked (which the parents of your Sylveon would have to be) all offspring are treated as hacks (distinguishable with Apricorn Balls on certain Pokemon, abilities, etc.)

I’m not going to post anymore as I don’t want to clog up Mr. Eppies thread.

Yes. Powersave(XY cheating device) can change ball of pokemon.
