Do you need some kind of permission to join the Z-Move creation or can you just join?
No, anyone can join without having to do anything prior :) jesus Solarblade that was fast

Congratulations to Solarblade for winning with Meowth!

Solarblade is the first person to rank up to Hydro Vortex by winning 6 times!

For those of you that don't know how this works, this is the hall of fame. I doesn't really do anything special, it just ranks people based on how many times they have won.

Arbok:
charizard8888: 11
lost heros: 11

Solarblade: 7
ToadBrigade: 6

Weezing:
Solarblade: 13
lost heros: 13

ToadBrigade: 6
charizard8888: 4
Meowth:
Solarblade: 11

Reviloja753: 8
charizard8888: 5
lost heros: 5
ToadBrigade: 5

Despite the massive amount of votes, there are two ties, between charizard8888 and lost heros for Arbok, and between Solarblade and lost heros for Weezing. You can vote for one person and you can vote for yourself. Tiebreaker voting ends with this slate on Friday.

The next slate is one requested by KirbyRider1337:

Our first legendaries which should've gotten Z-Moves!

And Nebby because the great god himself needs one too

Ends April 7th. Good luck!

Pokemon Sprite/Name: Cosmog
Z-Crystal Name: Cosmogium-Z
Z-Move Name: Bag Banishment
Z-Move Type: Psychic
Z-Move Power: --
Required Move: Teleport
Z-Move Description: Cosmog floats up to the opponent, and teleports it along with it. It then teleports into a random bag, before teleporting out, leaving its opponent trapped in said bag.
Z-Move Effect: Traps the opponent, and lowers all their stats by 3 stages

Pokemon Sprite/Name: Lunala
Z-Move Name: Lunatic Laser
Z-Crystal Name: Lunalium-Z
Z-Move Type: Ghost
Z-Move Power: 200
Required Move: Moongeist Beam
Z-Move Description: Lunala charges up an absolutely massive beam of moonlight, then rains it down on it opponent full-force. It is thought that this effect distorts the very fabric of reality itself.
Z-Move Effect: Ignores abilities and stat changes

Also, why Cosmog over Necrozma? I get it's mostly because memes, but Necrozma would actually benefit from a Z-Move, because no Z-Move could make Nebby even remotely good.

Z-Move Name: Ultra Wormhop
Z-Crystal Name: Cosmogium Z
Z-Move Type: Psychic
Z-Move Power: N/A
Required Move: Teleport
Z-Move Description: Cosmog breaks open an Ultra Wormhole and summons the Beast Boost. It goes in and winds up in its Pokéball.
Z-Move Effect: Switches out Cosmog. Whoever switches in has the stat corresponding to Cosmog's highest non-HP stat buffed by 3 stages, with the other stats being buffed by 1. (So, for instance, if Cosmog's highest stat is Defense and it switches into a Blissey, Blissey gets +3 Defense and +1 to everything else.)

Z-Move Name: Superspatial Solar Smash
Z-Crystal Name: Solgalium Z
Z-Move Type: Steel
Z-Move Power: 180
Required Move: Sunsteel Strike
Z-Move Description: Solgaleo runs and summons an Ultra Wormhole, jumping into it. It then charges out of another Ultra Wormhole to hit the target.
Z-Move Effect: Ignores target's stat buffs and ability.

Z-Move Name: Interdimensional Lunar Laser
Z-Crystal Name: Lunalium Z
Z-Move Type: Ghost
Z-Move Power: 180
Required Move: Moongeist Beam
Z-Move Description: Lunala fires a deadly beam into Ultra Space, which reappears to hit the target.
Z-Move Effect: Ignores target's stat buffs and ability.

For the tiebreaker:
Arbok: lost heros
Weezing: Solarblade

Z-Move Name: Blinding Splash
Z-Crystal Name: Cosmium-Z
Z-Move Type: Normal
Z-Move Power: N/A
Required Move: Splash
Z-Move (In-Game) Description: Cosmog summons rain, creating a puddle. Sacrificing its health, it fills the puddle with a strange dust and throws it at the opponent
Z-Move Effects: Cosmog loses 50% of its health. Blinded by the smog, any moves which can miss will, and the opponent's accuracy will be decreased -2. 20% of confusing the opponent.

Z-Move Name: Solar Eclipse
Z-Crystal Name: Solgalium Z
Z-Move Type: Steel
Z-Move Power: 225
Required Move: Sunsteel Strike
Z-Move (In-Game) Description: Solgaleo roars primally, calling the sun and increasing the power of any move which is used by Solgaleo. During this time, Solgaleo charges up, radiating heat, and then uses the power of the sun to cover the sky with a metallic glance and shoots huge missile-shaped steel beams at the opponent. (If it wasn't obvious, it's a two turn move)
Z-Move Effects: In the charging turn, Solgaleo's Def and SpDef drop by one stage, but hitting it will result in a burn. Any poison moves used will not result in any damage even if not used on a Steel type and will show the message '<Attacking Pokemon's name> poison move was stopped by a metal barrier'.

Z-Move Name: Lunar Penumbra
Z-Crystal Name: Lunalium Z
Z-Move Type: Ghost
Z-Move Power: 225
Required Move: Moongeist Beam
Z-Move (In-Game) Description: Lunala flaps its wings, reflecting light and creating the illusion of a moon in the sky. Lunala then basks in moonlight for a turn as the illusion moon becomes bigger until the moon lights up the sky, and a ghostly essence appears, spirits flooding into the sky and Psychic moves become ineffective and will show this message when a Psychic attack/move used '<Attacking Pokemon's> Psychic attack was dissipated from the spirit's and ghost's aura'. After basking in moonlight for a turn, Lunala flies up to the moon, and sends a beam of moonlight to all the opposing Pokemon and attacks them with big chunks of moonlight.
Z-Move Effects: When this move is in its charging turn, Lunala loses its Psychic typing, becoming purely a ghost type. When the attack is being used, Lunala is in a state in which it cannot be hit by any attacks.

(Did I just write the longest Z-Move description of all time?) :P
