And so we finally come to the first round of the match. It looks reasonably uneven, but perhaps Zarator can pull through despite the EC difference. The match begins with Bahamut the Monohm, who starts off the match by directing a powerful Thunderbolt at Armaldo, electrocuting it but not hurting it too badly (6 Energy, 15 Damage). Meanwhile, Armaldo simply Swords Dances to boost his attacking prowess for the upcoming battle, leaving him looking quite deadly (7 Energy). Then, Monohm takes aim once again and this time launches a Hydro Pump at Armaldo, which hits it very hard, although not badly enough to distract it from the heavy blow it is now readies (8 Energy, 20 Damage). It gathers up many rocks from around the area, and launches them forcefully in a Rock Blast at Monohm. It hits it four times, which means it does a huge amount of damage (5 Energy, 22 Damage). Finally, Monohm finishes his round by delivering another Thunderbolt to Armaldo (6 Energy, 15 Damage), and Armaldo responds by hitting Monohm hard with an X-Scissor attack (5 Energy, 18 Damage). This leaves the round over, and looking reasonably even. Your turn, DW.

We come back to the second round, and Zarator is already claiming victory, so lets make this fast(er) and cut to the chase. Monohn looses another Thunderbolt (10 Energy, 15 Damage) at Armaldo, and Armaldo responds with another Rock Blast, this time aiming five rocks, but unfortunately the attack misses, leaving Bahamut unharmed (5 Energy). Sensing a victory possible by the end of the round, Bahamut then takes the chance to jump in and let off another huge Hydro Pump at Armaldo, which hits him super effectively, and basically cements the win for Zarator and Monohm (8 Energy, 20 Damage). Then, Armaldo, with his final attack, lets off another Rock Blast at Monohm, this time managing to make contact four times (9 Energy, 21 Damage). Finally, this leaves Monohm open to let off the finishing blow, which it does, in the form of yet another Thunderbolt (6 Energy, 15 Damage). This makes Armaldo faint, meaning that Monohm is the only Pokemon able to battle and Zarator Wins! gg and wp. I'm sure you can work out your own prizes.
