Mind explaining to me why Zekrom get 3 subs in a 2 sub battle? Or why you didn't post the calculations? Especially since you shafted Wailmer in the calcs?

Mild Rare Candy Wailmer has Rank 5 Attack and Rank 6 Special Attack.

Ice Beam should do: (9 + 9 - 3) * 1.5 = 22.5
Earthquake should do: (10 + 7.5 - 4.5) * 1.5 = 19.5

Fire Blast on Wailmer should do: (11 + 6 - 3) * (2/3) = 9.33333

In the event of a Speed Tie between two pokemon, the Pokemon using a lower EN cost move will move first. Ice Beam has a lower EN cost (7) than Fire Blast (8).

Therefore, the end of the round stats should be:

After a mysterious lack of flavor last round, Wailmer and Monohm are back and ready for round 2. Right off the bat, Elsy hop across the field, with an earthquake appearing in its bouncy wake. the impact is just too much for the dynamo dragon to take. In spite of its wounds, Monohm snickers. In his best Captain Falcon impression, he torments his nemisis, shouting from across the arena, "SHOW ME YA MOVES!" He gathers up all the power he can muster and, using the energy hidden within him, lauches an impressive beam of light at his adversary. These events have the bouncy beluga enraged at Monohm. She concentrates for a moment. Monohm braces himself for an incoming attack, but with the strength he had left over, he couldn't have anticipated what was to come. The room bursts open as a flood of seawater fills the room. The little cloud struggles for air, but he recoils in pain as the rising saltwater seeps into the cuts on his neck and legs. When Wailmer retracts the waters, Monohm's crumpled body is found in the corner of the room, with what's left of the brine precipitating out of its inflamed, fluffy torso.

Aqua Ninja the Froakie hops into battle, bravely staring down an enemy four times its own size. Without warning, he fires a frigid Ice Beam attack, sending Wailmer sailing backwards. It springs off the wall. Then off the floor. And another wall. And the ceiling. Before long, the big blue bouncy ball had become impossible to follow. Before long, Bates's heavy hide had slammed forcefully into the helpless toad. But beneath the layers of blubber, Aqua Ninja found the courage to avenge his fallen teammate. Wailmer suddenly felt herself getting lifted off the ground and thrown into a crater left by her prior attack. She struggled to move as she was encased with layer upon layer of stones, slowly sealing her in a rock solid tomb, which surrounded her from every side. She struggled to get used to this new arrangement. Within the cocoon of rocks, she managed to carve out a few nooks from which to strike, but the clunky encasement proved to make her a bit less zippy than usual. She prepared a nasty mess of toxic sludge to spit at her adeversary, but some rocks were sitting uncomfortably just left of her blowhole, throwing off her aim. Wailmer rolls over onto its back as the pungent blob of acid sailed over the ninja's head harmlessly, sizzling as it melted a piece of the floor away.
With the memory of the fallen Monohm still fresh in his mind, Froakie fires one more solid beam of ice at his foe. Wailmer, of course, is used to the bitter temperature, and rolled herself back over to prepare for another heavy slam. However, she suddenly feels like her once blubbery blubber has failed her. She glances down and realizes in horror that the niche between the rocks that would normally allow her to bounce has been frozen over. She makes every attempt to get into the air, but she ultimately is just left flailing on the ground like a Magikarp.

With so many things working against Wailmer, it's hard to believe that it would end up coming out ahead. Things turn around quickly here in ASB. A thick cloud of smoke fills the room, screening Froakie from view. Wailmer has, in this time, thawed herself out and slammed into the blue ninja with its entire body, flattening Froakie against the floor. He slams his webbed hand on the ground and pulls himself up. He sports out massive globs of mud, completely covering the battlefield in a fresh coat of muk. He looks at the floor, satisfied with his work, but he loses his balance and falls face first into the goop when the earthquake hits. Enraged, he gets to his feet and shoots off an Ice Beam, but it does minor damage. Wailmer shrugs it off and body slams the little amphibian one more time, doing some heavy damage to it. With both battlers seemingly out of breath by this point, will one finally triumph over the other in the oncoming round?

Froakie read the mind of his opponent, getting an understanding of how she battles, and what her plans were. When he got all the information he needed, he took the rocks that had recently collapsed from around Wailmer and constructed another tomb around her. Unbeknownst to him, Wailmer was watching him from behind the rocks, which were perfectly piled on top of a plush substitute of herself. Froakie simply grinned in satisfaction, breathed a sigh of relief, and immediately started choking and gasping for air. A thick smog had rolled over his side of the arena, preventing him from thinking clearly. With nowhere else to go, he leaped to the corner of the arena and rested, regaining valuable health in the process. Wailmer decided to heal herself as well, coating herself in an aquatic ring, dousing her thick hide, making her feel more at home in this harsh battlefield. However, with both combatants taking a breather, will the battle ever reach a conclusion? Find out next round!

Elsy had a good run.
With Froakie resting in the corner, regaining health, Wailmer had a chance to just lay there and regain her health and energy. But, in an effort to both give her remaining teammates an easier job, and to keep the battle from becoming boring, she hops up and down a few times to gather her strength. She then springs into the air, bouncing along like a deflated beach ball. She closes in on the napping toad, performing one final Heavy Slam. Froakie is left just snoring, while Wailmer remains passed out from exhaution on top of him.
