Heaven or Hell...

~A colorful playground extends 50 by 50 feet with small trees around the perimeter. Encircling the playground are gigantic toys, balloons, ribbons, and giant Pokedolls as far as the eye can see. The floor is draped by circular carpeting in bright colors of lime, pink, yellow, and baby blue. In the heart of the playground lies a small pond 10 by 10 feet with small lily pads and weeds growing out of it. High above is a big red present box lifted by four propellers. Littered all over the carpeting are a variety of assorted objects, ranging to the conventional to the whimsical.~

Nuzleaf (M)

Nature: Modest (Adds * to Special Attack, Subtracts * from Attack)

Type: Grass / Dark

Grass: Grass STAB; immunity to Leech Seed and Worry Seed. 50% reduction in status effect chance of oncoming "powder" attacks. More mobile in areas with strong natural light sources. Superior senses in tall grass and forest areas. Able to use Wrap and Bind without losing focus.
Dark: Dark STAB; immunity to all telepathic and telekinetic attacks, better performance in all darkened and especially twilight conditions. Can use any Dark-type attack regardless of Attraction.

Abilities:

Chlorophyll: (Innate) During bright sunlight, this Pokemon’s cells absorb more solar energy, doubling (x2) their speed.
Early Bird: (Innate) This Pokemon is used to waking up at early hours or operating in low-light conditions and subsequently sleep status is automatically reduced by one intensity level when inflicted on this Pokemon. When the Pokemon uses Rest they will gain 18 HP per action and only be asleep for two actions.
Pickpocket (DW): (Innate) (Locked) This Pokemon's mischievous nature and greed make it very effective at pawning off an opponents item. If this Pokemon has no item and either it or the opposing Pokemon strikes with a contact attack, their item is stolen and becomes the held item of this Pokemon. Pokemon with Pickpocket can be commanded to swap items with an ally, and only they will need to expend an action to do so because of their swifter sleight of hand.

Additional rules:
Since this arena is much different than other battles here at the CAPASB, I'm going to list out all the rules of the match.

General rules:
-Pokemon cannot take action by themselves. To perform their any action, they must pick up and use objects. Some objects can be augmented by their abilities and typing.
-At the end of every round, items will drop from the giant red present box. The amount varies, but it's at least three.
-The present box is immune to all forms of attack and striking it with any action will not trigger it to drop further items.

Object pickup rules:
-All objects are usable by all pokemon with roughly equal capability.
-Picking up an object always takes an action and costs 3 energy unless specified otherwise. Keep in mind that bulkier/stronger Pokemon may have an easier time picking up heavier objects than scrawnier/weaker Pokemon. However, bulkier/heavier Pokemon might break fragile objects such as those made of glass.
-If an object's description says you can pick two up in one action, you can do this and it will cost 6 energy.
-An object that has been picked up can be dropped. This takes an action but has no energy cost.

Object use rules:
-Throwing an object, swinging an object, equipping an object, shooting an object or using an object in any way always takes an action unless specified otherwise. The energy cost varies between items and commands.
-If an object can be picked up, it needs to be picked up before it can be used. If not, it can be used immediately.
-A pokemon may only hold up to two objects at once and may only equip one object at a time.
-2-handed objects (eg, a battleaxe) will take up both hold item slots.
-Equipped objects do not take up a hold item slot.
-Objects that do typed damage do not get a STAB bonus unless specified otherwise.
-Some objects have a durability rating which denotes how many times it can be used until it breaks and you can no longer use it. Discarding a broken item happens automatically and uses no action.
-Objects can be combined with other objects, however the combination must be sensible and effective. Combining an aerosol can with a lighter works, while a clothes hanger and bowling ball probably won't do much. Combining items requires you to have said items in possession and it costs 3 energy unless specified otherwise.

If you have any questions about the arena or about any actions, PM me about it and I'll let you know.

With that being said, here are the current items available.

Bowling ball: An olive bowling ball made of thick plastic. It can be picked up by any Pokemon and rolled across the ground with physical force. It has high power and durability, but it must be picked up again to use. Since it travels low to the ground, Flying Pokemon and Pokemon with the ability Levitate can avoid it.

Attack Power: 12 | Accuracy: 100% | Energy Cost: 7 | Attack Type: Physical | Effect Chance: -- | Typing: Ground | Priority: 0 | Durability: Infinite

Water balloons: A pack of filled water balloons. Can be launched in a volley, hitting 2-5 times at an opponent. It can disrupt any move that takes multiple actions to charge up. The ability Skill Link will ensure each usage will hit 5 times. Must be equipped to use.

Attack Power: 3 per hit | Accuracy: 85% | Energy Cost: 5 | Attack Type: Physical | Effect Chance: -- | Typing: Water | Priority: 0 | Durability: 6/6

Purple berry: A strange purple berry unlike any other you've seen. It's effects are unknown, whether they'd be beneficial or harmful. After pick up, the user can spend an action to eat it and it will take effect. If equipped and the user hits under 25% HP flat (or 50% HP flat with Gluttony), it will take effect immediately without consuming an action. This berry can be used with Natural Gift up to 8 times before it gets discarded. Its typing and power is unknown until the first use.

Effects unknown | Activation: Once at <=25% HP | Natural Gift: ??? BAP, Type unknown

With Natural Gift:
Attack Power: ??? | Accuracy: 100% | Energy Cost: 6 | Attack Type: Physical | Effect Chance: -- | Typing: Depends | Priority: 0 | Durability: 8/8

Megaphone: A cone-shaped megaphone which can be used in conjunction with any sound move. Sound attacks gain +2 BAP (to those that deal direct damage), +15 accuracy, and +15 effect chance. Must be equipped to use.

Attack Power: 2 + BAP of move | Accuracy: 15 + accuracy of move | Energy Cost: 3 + Energy Cost of original move | Attack Type: Based off of original move| Effect Chance: 15 + effect chance of move | Typing: Based off of original move| Priority: 0 | Durability: Infinite

-Three daggers pointing downward
-An orange flower with a bright green stem.
-A pair of spotlights.
-Several swirling lines parallel and curled at the ends
-A bunch of cupcakes, candy, and cake
-An angry sun

Once thrown, there will be a one in six chance it will land with one of the images facing up, which will then take effect. The actual effects are unknown until triggered. The actual dice will deal no damage even if struck on a foe. This object can be thrown immediately without spending an action to pick it up.

Attack Power: -- | Accuracy: -- | Energy Cost: 5 | Attack Type: Other | Effect Chance: -- | Typing: Normal | Priority: 0 | Durability: Infinite

Spear: A dangerous-looking spear. Can be used to stab opponents for solid damage. It is light enough to be held with any Pokemon without difficulty. It can also be thrown at any opponent giving it an increase in priority level, but it must be picked up again. Equipping the spear requires two hands to wield. Must be equipped to use.

Attack Power: 10 | Accuracy: 90 | Energy Cost: 7 | Attack Type: Other | Effect Chance: -- | Typing: Steel | Priority: 0 (1 if thrown) | Durability: Infinite

Taser: A device that emits a painful electric shock. Has a high chance of inflicting paralysis on an opponent. Effects of Electrical STAB apply. Must be equipped to use.

Attack Power: 6 | Accuracy: 100% | Energy Cost: 4 | Attack Type: Special | Effect Chance: 30% | Typing: Electric | Priority: 0 | Durability: 5/5

Nuzleaf: Pick up water balloons ~ Pick up purple berry ~ Equip water balloons
Riolu: Throw dice ~ Pick up spear ~ Pick up berry

LET'S ROCK!

Both S and Libra get the match started by scrounging around for weapons and other useful objects. Libra begins by launching a giant dice on the field where it rolls and tumbles all over the park until finally landing on...a picture of delicious-looking pastry treats. On cue, several cute pink cupcakes, candy, and cake rain from the giant present box followed with ribbons and confetti. Meanwhile, S manages to get himself a pack of water balloons and a strange purple berry. Libra returns and gets himself a vicious spear and for the strange berry in question. Unfortunately, not only S beaten him to the punch, he wouldn't be able to pick it up due to the spear consuming both his hands.

Weather Generator: A mechanical device of unknown origin. As its name states, it can produce a variety of weather conditions if it's struck by an attack at the end of a round. Attacks that cause a wide area of effect will strike the generator, while attacks that miss will have a 1/3 chance of hitting the generator itself. The weather will be chosen at random; each weather condition apart from the current one has an equal chance of being selected. All weather conditions will last until the machine is hit again or if another object's effect changes it. It can produce one of seven weathers:
-Clear (default): No effect.
-Sun: Same effect as Sunny Day.
-Rain: Same effect as Rain Dance.
-Sandstorm: Same effect as Sandstorm.
-Hail: Same effect as Hail.
-Snow: Same effect as Hail except does not damage non-ice-types and does not heal pokemon with Ice Body. Also increases the base power of Powder Snow by 3.
-Fog: Reduces the base accuracy of all moves by 25%. The move Defog will clear the fog, changing the weather to clear.
-Acid Rain: Does 2 damage per action to all pokemon except poison-types. Weather Ball is poison-type.
-Thunderstorm: Does 5 damage per action to all pokemon except electric- and ground-types and pokemon with Lightningrod, Volt Absorb and/or Motor Drive. Electric-type moves have their base power increased by 3. Thunder and Hurricane are 100% accurate. Weather Ball is electric-type.

Due to its immense size, the Weather Generator cannot be picked up by any Pokemon.

Gillyweed: A strange plant with aquatic properties. Eating this plant will turn the user into the Water type, eliminating their current typing, and will remain until the end of the battle unless cleared by a dispelling or phazing effect. The Gillyweed must be picked up to be eaten. Has no effect on Pokemon already Water-type or part Water-type.

Transforms user into Water-type | Durability: 1/1

Slappy Hand: A giant purple hand at the end of a long stick. By striking a target with this object, you can knock off one of their unequipped items. You can specify which item to target. Due to the huge amount of items in the arena (not to mention it'd be tiring if I drew up descriptions of new items), I'm reducing the amount of new items coming in per round from 0-3

Arena: Objection's Park of Imagination. New items have arrived!

Bowling Ball: An olive bowling ball made of thick plastic. It can be picked up by any Pokemon and rolled across the ground with physical force. It has high power, but it must be picked up again to use. Since it travels low to the ground, Flying Pokemon and Pokemon with the ability Levitate can avoid it. It must first be picked up to be rolled.

Attack Power: 12 | Accuracy: 100% | Energy Cost: 7 | Attack Type: Physical | Effect Chance: -- | Typing: Ground | Priority: 0 | Durability: Infinite

Six Sided Dice: A giant six sided dice with various pictures on each side. The pictures are the following:

Taser: A device that emits a painful electric shock. Has a good chance of inflicting paralysis on an opponent. Effects of Electrical STAB apply. Must be equipped to use.

Attack Power: 6 | Accuracy: 100% | Energy Cost: 4 | Attack Type: Special | Effect Chance: 30% | Typing: Electric | Priority: 0 | Durability: 5/5

Megaphone: A cone-shaped object you can shout in. Delivers a powerful sound blast that causes damage can has a good chance of flinching an opponent. Effects of Normal STAB apply. Must be equipped to use. Has no effect against Pokemon with the ability Soundproof.

Attack Power: 9 | Accuracy: 100% | Energy Cost: 6 | Attack Type: Special | Effect Chance: 30% | Typing: Normal | Priority: 0 | Durability: 3/3

Cupcakes, Candy, and Cake: Delicious pastry treats with pink frosting. Eating these will restore some energy. You can eat them without spending an action to pick them up. There are five of this object on the field. Eating one will consume one action.

Restores 5 energy | Durability: 1/1

Marbles: Round marbles in a bag that can be released on the field. If the opponent attacks the user with a contact move, the opponent will suffer a 20% chance of falling over and failing their move. Must be picked up to use.

Attack Power: -- | Accuracy: -- | Energy Cost: 10 | Attack Type: Other | Effect Chance: -- | Typing: Normal | Priority: 0 | Durability: 1/1

Rusted Lamp: A rusted lamp of unknown origin. Rubbing it will produce a special effect, but it is uncertain of what it is, for good or ill. It must be picked up to use.

Attack Power: -- | Accuracy: 100% | Energy Cost: 5 | Attack Type: Other | Effect Chance: -- | Typing: Normal | Priority: 0 | Durability: 1/1

Slappy Hand: A giant purple hand at the end of a long stick. By striking a target with this object, you can knock off one of their unequipped items. You can specify which item to target. If you don't select an item to knock off, the Slappy Hand will remove a random one. The Slappy Hand cannot knock off items that are equipped and on any Pokemon with the ability Sticky Hold. The Slappy Hand must be equipped to use.

Attack Power: 4 | Accuracy: 100% | Energy Cost: 2 | Attack Type: Physical | Effect Chance: -- | Typing: Dark | Priority: 0 | Durability: 5/5

Imperial Stormtrooper Blaster Rifle: A heavy and powerful blaster rifle used by the Stormtroopers of the Galactic Empire. Incredibly powerful and its piercing blasts increase the probability of a critical hit. However, saying its accuracy is spotty is like saying the Sahara Desert is a little arid. Must be equipped to use. This item requires two hands to pick up.

Attack Power: 14 | Accuracy: 40% | Energy Cost: 8 | Attack Type: Special | Effect Chance: -- | Typing: Electric | Priority: 0 | Durability: 5/5

Bob-omb: A small black bomb with a pair of white eyes, legs, and a wind up mechanism in the back. The Bob-omb can be launched at an opponent which can randomly destroy one of their items. It can also be wound up to follow any target for 4 actions and detonate. The Bob-omb's path can be disrupted by any attack if it is tracking a target. The Bob-omb will destroy two random items on the field once it blows up, or three if it misses its foe. Must be picked up to be wound up or thrown.

Attack Power: 15 | Accuracy: 70% (if thrown); 100% (if wound up) | Energy Cost: 8 | Attack Type: Special | Effect Chance: -- | Typing: Fire | Priority: 0 | Durability: 1/1

Nuzleaf: Rose Whip ~ Equip Slappy Hand ~ Slappy Hand
Riolu: Fist of Tulkas ~ Bob-omb ~ Fist of Tulkas

LET'S ROCK!

Libra unleashes a horrific five-hit combo upon S, significantly battering him to make up for lost ground in last round. S cracks back with the last stroke of his whip, marking the Riolu for more good damage. Libra piles on the tempo even further with a devastating Bom-omb that sends S flying sky high and obliterates not only his Water Balloons, but also the nearby Bowling Ball and Imperial Stormtrooper Rifle. Now teetering, S wields the Slappy Hand and knocks off Libra's Gillyweed while Libra wiffs once again with Tulkas' Fist.

The weather will be chosen at random; each weather condition apart from the current one has an equal chance of being selected.
