X personally thinks L absorbed one too many volts as a child and that's what made her like this, and someday those volts are going to fly out of her and she's going to become sane. There is so far no backing to this theory. L has this strange obsession with mascara, which is strange since she has no eyelashes to apply it to. Everyday she just paints it on to her eyelids (she's found the Kingdra's Ink brand is the most water-resistant) and at the end of the day, she can usually just rinse it off with a special saltwater solution (that's why L only swims in freshwater). How L applies the mascara with stubby arms that can't reach her face, no one is quite sure.
