Custom Pokemon Online build, with a VGC timer

Thanks to Antar, we are pleased to introduce a custom version of Pokemon Online 1.0.53 that includes a VGC-style timer to be used in VGC battles. This entails enforcement of the overall 15-minute battle time limit and the 1-minute-per-move time limit, and is sure to be helpful for those practicing for competition. We are, as of now, the only server to have a faithful VGC timer scripted!
