Moves such as Sand Attack and Kinesis fail against a Pokémon with Keen Eye. Any move that lowers Accuracy as a secondary effect will work, but never lower Accuracy.

When a Pokémon with this ability is first in the party, wild encounters have a lower chance of occurring.
