Pickup

After each battle, there is a 10% chance that a Pokémon with this ability may find an item. A Pokémon already holding an item cannot pick up another.

In Ruby and Sapphire, items that could be found by Pickup were the same regardless of the level of the user.

30%:: Super Potion
10%:: Ultra Ball, Full Restore, Full Heal, Nugget, Revive, Rare Candy
5%:: Protein
4%:: PP Up
1%:: King's Rock

In Leaf Green and Fire Red, items were also found regardless of the level of the user.

15%:: Oran Berry
10%:: Aspear Berry, Cheri Berry, Chesto Berry, Pecha Berry, Persim Berry, Rawst Berry
5%:: Nugget, PP Up, Rare Candy, TM 10 (Hidden Power)
1%:: Belue Berry, Durin Berry, Pamtre Berry, Spelon Berry, Watmel Berry

In Emerald, the probability of finding specific items changes with the user's level. A higher level user will have a better chance of receiving a rare item, as follows:
