contacted my opp havocknight just today since we both didnt schedule before, but told him ill be active today and can ask 1-2 more days, if he dont reply in that time I just request activity

Replays are not required this phase, nor further until Top 16. A miscommunication on my part required replays in R1 Phase 1, and for fairness' sake I did not remove that requirement for the remainder of the phase so this way everyone was treated equally. Now that we are in a new phase, we am establishing the replay rule back to where it is for almost all GC tournaments.

I'll allow this once. Spoke with ROA Tournament leadership on how to approach, since reversing this result adds an additional two 1-1 players. Their suggestion was grab a random matchup, then break it up to face one each
