I care for the economic growth of our Town here on Smogon, and embargoing a minor manufacturer of Mafia Games allows us to increase domestic production of our own - you, on the other hand, wish to see our economy fall to privatized Cong and Smogoff companies.

Wait I forgot DBD put himself in the scum pool kek, so yeah with that context I’d prob say it’s NAI but I do think in some contexts that wolves tend to be too focused on being consistent and thus don’t make random ass shifts like that, even at the start of the game.

I will not tolerate mischaracterization of my policies any longer. We are not prohibited from selling other reacts to Flandrs - indeed, if you are so inclined, you may sell Haha or Wow to him. I am not oppressing Flandrs. I am simply ensuring our prosperity in making Like React ourselves.
