psWait what’s your homesite again
shhhFwiw aligning has some NOC experience asw, he’s played on my homesite, though there is no meta you can track here.
Better odds of being Mafia than a pure rand. Only a lean, but it's more than anyone else right now.AG when you catch up, please give me your read on sunny
Neither? I am calling people's D1 reads rand for the purposes of D1. But they can be useful afterwards when we can relate them with a flip.sunny004 time to address the fact you’re simultaneously calling d1 reads fully rand while trying to vote a player so you can sheep their d1 reads, which is it?
How, I don’t understand? If their d1 reads are random it will be random whether they are flipped or notNeither? I am calling people's D1 reads rand for the purposes of D1. But they can be useful afterwards when we can relate them with a flip.
The reason why it's a rand for D1 is because WE DON'T KNOW who any role is. So it's basically a rand for D1 because at best we have pairings / reads, but nothing tangible to back them up besides vibes. E.g. Aligning thinking that I am scummy is one thing, but that info is more helpful when there is a flip to back that up if that makes sense.Wolves immediately early posts are different to towns via tmi, oftentimes wolves actually have too correct reads and confidence because town are like “ugh this is so random early”
But a wolf can oftentimes see a town make a post, think it looks townier than it is because they know it’s town and start clearing people they shouldn’t be, or sometimes newer wolves even to the same to their partners and start finding things scummy when they really aren’t but they just are too on the nose because they know the plan
there is much more to scum reading d1 then "vibes". Its how u itneract with slots and how you push (wild) agendas and how u push slots and look into wagons.Ok so my rationale is similar to what you said here below: a lot of towny players take a lot of time and bumble around but essentially come to a coherent worldview of who they TR / SR, etc. While scummy players tend to do like what you said below.

I don't think I am explaining it that well but I am NOT saying that it's a complete rand for the entire game--the reads info is still useful in future days. But without any verifiable info to back it up it is essentially random.
I would have to disagree based off of the games I have spectated but we can agree to disagree on this point ig.there is much more to scum reading d1 then "vibes". Its how u itneract with slots and how you push (wild) agendas and how u push slots and look into wagons.

Ok let me continue to try and clarifyYes but
If we vote someone d1, we don’t have their d2 reads etc we have their d1 reads
You’re right, reads should become more accurate as the game goes on however, your plans seems to go about applying someone’s day 1 reads to day 2. Day 2 reads are better sure, but just because we will be on day 2 tomorrow doesn’t suddenly make what I said on day 1 a day 2 read.
If you say day 1 reads are rand, you would be wrong however at least you’re in a camp. Right now you’re sitting in two camps of it’s rand but also we should vote someone to sheep the reads that you are assuming are rand, because it was on day 1.
Contrasting this w/ Aligning who actually has been pushing the envelope forward while questioning my stuffFinally Tommy I'm curious what your ideal strategy would be then because all you've done is criticize mine w/o proposing alternatives. My NE admitted angleshoot was mainly to try and get the policy discussion going but it seems we have sidetracked into ideal D1 gameplay (without actually doing said gameplay!)
They are the easiest miselims generally, so it’s good to give them a foothold before deciding and also it fosters the community a bit and makes it less of a circle jerkI feel like not voting new players is just out of pity

Why is this part a reason for Sunny to be scummy? I don't get why it makes you want to vote him. It feels like you're pushing a terminology disagreement here. The post CK quoted, involving d1 vote being a rand. We already have enough that it won't quite be randing.
