Which one of these Ubers has the best chance of getting ino OU?

Let's look at some Ubers and see if they can be OU!

Mew:
There is a chance that Mew may be OU, but it has too many moves. It has like 110. It has amazing type coverage, and can BP lots of stat boost, which is the main selling point. In OU I could see Mew as the same rank as, say, Gyarados, but Mew is better than Gyarados at most times. Mew is still a little too powerful for OU, but it may be worth a testing.

Darkrai:
Darkrai is this Pokemon that has average HP and defences, but very good offences. It OHKOs alot of think, even in Ubers, and its ability just adds to that. It is just way too powerful for OU, and it would just be too powerful. Like someone said, it is like every Uber is just knocking on Smogon's door and asking for a testing. Darkrai is good in Ubers, and should stay there.

Arceus:
I don't know why people were asking if the Pokemon GOD could be in OU. I am serious. People are actually think that Arceus is weak enough for OU. It is banned in Ubers. I remember someone saying that there are 1000000 reasons why Arceus is too powerful for UU, and so there are 100000 reasons why Arceus is too powerful OU. Judgement is like a OHKO on anything weak to it. Arceus would destroy OU as we know it!

Ho-Oh:
Ho-Oh has high stats, but it needs better defences It stil can be debated, but its high attack rivals even Snorax's. It probably will need to stay in Ubers for a while before anyone really tries it out, and is for right now we shuld probably forget about it.

Deoxys-D:
Thi thing has to much defence. Blissey can try to stall it, and Toxic is pretty much the end, but for thigs like Infernape, Deoxys-D can really be a threat. It is just like Ho-Oh. It does not deserve a test.

I don't know, just felt like starting off with this as I like Uber battling, and I am tying to make a point.

Know what? We should just get rid of the uber tier! Then no more of these stupid topics!
 
Dude, I was TOTALLY going to have a poll saying that we should have Rayquaza in OU. Who cares if he doesn't even have any Uber counters outside of Arceus?

Uh, yeah, can we PLEASE just drop this discussion? It's annoying.
 
Yeah... unfortunately this thread has no purpose. Even if it did produce a good idea of what people think will end up in OU, that in no way effects what actually will.
 
I think we should push for Kyogre in OU. There's no way the pokemon that centralizes the uber tier couldn't be passable in OU. Really.

edit2: edited out most of my post because in retrospect, it was just too stupid and not at all productive. Anyway, this doesn't seem like the topic for a first post, and I am 100% certain that the comments about Arceus in the Mew thread were purely to point out the wrongmindedness about making sweeping generalizations about the value of a movepool by comparing it to a case of another balanced, versatile, wide-movepooled pokemon (arceus). In other words, no one was actually saying arceus should be tested in OU. Anyway, like other's said, there's nothing to talk about in this thread.

Darkrai would totally over-centralize how cool an OU pokemon should look. I mean, look at it? It's like a smexy Black DS.

The current poster-boy of OU, Garchomp, is no where near as cool cooling. I mean, how cool is a pokemon with a star on its nose?

edit: I voted mew because it was the only one out of the 3 that has a shot at being in OU based on how retarded it looks. I mean, it's pink. Like a Pink DS. No one wants a pink DS.

ok so i can keep this open and infract everyone who breaks this rule:

or i can lock it. i'd prefer the latter because it will save about half a dozen of you infractions before the thread actually hits rock bottom but some of you may be able to add something intelligible to this thread
 
Why not just have a tourney? It could be one Uber pokemon vs. another OU Pokemon . This would help us determine how Ubers would fare against OU Pokemon. For example Gyarados vs. Mew. I know that that wouldn't be the best idea, but it could give us a rough image of what a battle situation would look like.
 
Just saying you missed some of the much more debatable Ubers, like Lati@s, Deoxys-D, Manaphy, Ho-oh.
Not saying any of those will ever make it to OU, but really Arceus?

Maybe you should have to ask a mod before starting any Ubers>OU threads? Or have 500+ posts or something to stop every new member making one. Allowing some threads is good, but most of these threads are not useful.
 
I'm locking this thread because the poll is horrible. If you are going to include a poll, include every possible option. If you cannot include every possible option, don't include a poll.
