I tried hard, but I could not, for the life of me, get it to look right with Lucario's ears.

You'll find that most traces of Gulpin have been eradicated, though you can still KIND of see him. IT STILL COUNTS AS A SPLICE.

Niice gulpin/chinchou sprite.
Could be better in my opinion, if you make the antennas closer and remove the legs, because gulpin's body looks like he is "Sliming" to move.
Can't find the appropriate word.
 
I made a possible evolution for it, lol:

Scratched most of the "head" area on Swalot into Lanturn. Kept the Swalot hands to try and even out the Poke features in the fusion.

Yeah, I agree. I couldn't get the antennae to look right no matter what I did with them.
 
For Magduck, I decided that a fire tail wouldn't really be appropriate, so I used a Castform and edited out his face.

i think I should engage in mortal combat with the mod who shut it dopwn to get it back.... it was more of an avatar shop thatn a spriting shop :(
