Liquid Ooze
@Leftovers
Calm
204 HP 104 Spe 26 SP.Attack 176 Sp.Defense
-Toxic Spikes
-Surf
-Ice Beam
-Confuse Ray

Tentajiggles is my darling Jellyfish, he usually starts off by using confuse ray, which causes switches, or risk wasting a turn while I set up toxic spikes. Stealth Rock isn't a big issue, unless coupled with 3 layers of spikes and he absorbs other toxic spikes. He also isn't totally useless when he gets tricked a choice scarf from a tricker(Which seem to always be what Lead Togekisses have these days). Toxic Spikes really hurts walls, and prevents that stupid pink fat whore from staying in a long time, with confuse ray it can put some pressure on the opponent.
About the EV spread, I didnt want to waste Tentacruel's 100 base speed, and as a lead he should be able to do his job outspeeding some other pokes, help me out on this spread

Rotom-C
@Damp Rock
Calm
252 HP 252 SP.Atk
-Rain Dance
-Thunder
-Shadow Ball
-Will O Wisp/Confuse Ray/Thunder Wave

Lawnmower is bulky enough to take any hit thats not shadow ball or a boosted stab move, but not enough to make good use of leftovers making him a good rain starter for me. He blocks forretress's rapid spin so he can't help Blissey live.(Most teams I faced seem to put forretress and blissey together)
I can't decide between the last WoW/CR/TW, thunderwave cripples flying pokemon who avoid toxic spikes like zapdos, confuse ray comes in handy when the opponent is unsure whether to switch while I rain dance/attack. Will o Wisp lowers the attack power of metagross and other physical sweepers which is essential to my team which is more focused on tanking the SP.Defense side but it's risky if it hits a Heatran/Heracross.

Ludicolo
dpmfa272.png

Rain Dish
@Leftovers
Calm
252 HP 252 SP.Def
-Rain Dance
-Surf
-Leech Seed
-Energy Ball/Ice Beam

Ludicolo does he job fine, leech seeding blissey, vaporeon, and suicune(Vappy and Suicune are threats that can toxic my 'colo or take advantage of his low attack power by Calm Minding). Ice Beam can take other grass pokemon, but energy ball can take Vaporeon and Suicune so I can't decide. I didn't want to put enough EVs to onehitko Salamence, most are using bulky spreads now and if I switch in, I risk eating a huge dent or a dragon dance. With the ev spread, I have less risk with calm minders such as suicune while I rely on recovery with rain dish, lefties, and leech seed.

Omastar
dpmfa139.png

@Leftovers
Swift Swim
Timid
184 Spe 234 SP.Atk 92 HP
-Ancient Power
-Surf
-Ice Beam
-Stealth Rock/Rapid Spin/Rain Dance

This little snail is capable of ripping apart teams when their bulky pokemon are dented/killed and they don't have a scarf pokemon. Under the rain, he reaches 422 speed which is a fast number, but I dont know what sweepers I should aim to outspeed, I may need to add speed evs or lower it, so help me out on this one ;o. Ancient Power is there when he will obviously kill a low health pokemon with the chance of upping speed and special attack that can help him when the rain runs out.
The last 3 moves, like Rotom make me indescisive. Rotom is my only rain dancer with damp rock and if he dies, I'd have to rely on 3 turned rain dance from ludicolo, making him a viable rain dancer. Stealth Rock is filler but in times I send out Omastar he just sweeps, meaning that the opponent is in a situation where switching repeatedly isn't as helpful. Rapid spin might be used if I face those spikers/other stealth rockers, but meh.

Azumarill
dpmfa184.png

@Leftovers
Adamant
Huge Power
252 HP 252 Attack
-Waterfall
-Aqua Jet
-Knock Off
-Ice Punch

This little bunny is my only physical sweeper, which is why my other pokes aim to torture and destroy Blissey in case azumarril dies. Waterfall under rain can hurt many pokemon, even Bronzong, and puts a hole in suicune also. Without rain waterfall is still a worthy damager. Aqua Jet is for frail pokemon(Such as Infernape and Weavile) and near death pokes. Knock Off is to ruin bulky pokemon that can wall her while I switch to Ludicolo. Ice Punch is rarely used, but its useful for those Celebis that switch in expecting a waterfall.

Gastrodon
dpmfa423.png

Leftovers
Modest
252 HP 204 Def 92 SP.Atk
-Stockpile
-Recover
-Surf
-Toxic

Truth is, while the rest of the team are all useful, they need something to fill that hole. I have tried Deoxys-E, who while useful at revenge killing Gyarados and Salamence, he lacks power on other pokes. Jirachi with wish is useful but there wouldn't be a real reason to switch into Jirachi because if Ludicolo can't take them, Jirachi most likely wouldn't. Gastrodon is just another poke I'm trying out to see if he is useful or not.

Alright, I have a grasp of using Rain Dance teams and with Platinum I can see that you've made changes. Okay, so for starters I recommend Rotom-W over Rotom-C. Why? Rotom-W has the advantage of abusing the psuedo-STAB Hydro Pump; something that you'll find useful with your Rotom. Shadow Ball / Hydro Pump / Rain Dance / Thunder is still a brilliant use of Rotom-W and the simple 4 HP / 252 SpA / 252 Spe with a Modest or Timid nature is useful.

Confuse Ray on Tentacruel seems useless when STAB Sludge Bomb isn't horrible to consider. Ice Beam and Confuse Ray can be replaced with Slu€dge Bomb and Rapid Spin, respectively, if you wish. I don't see him useful as a lead and such.

So I like the idea of this: Substitute Azumarill. Have you tried it? Focus Punch, Aqua Jet, and possibly Ice Punch make great use of Substitute in general. I don't like the idea of Knock Off so I recommend replacing it as Azumarill should be sweeping.

I think the problem with me rating this team is having all the slashitis climbing around. If you want Stealth Rock I'd rather find a spot for Bronzong in this team. Stealth Rock / Rain Dance / Gyro Ball / Earthquake or Explosion sounds good as Bronzong is welcomed by the Fire being doused down as well as having sturdy defenses to handle other nasty threats.

No Kingdra (or Kabutops) is questionable seeing as it makes perfect sense. The Double Dance set for Kingdra is probably best in this instance if you want to try it. Also I don't see what Gastrodon is doing. I think Deoxys-S might work if you're looking for something to manhandle Gyarados, Blissey, and Salamence in one shot (Superpower will be necessary with Life Orb / Expert Belt if you decide to take on Blissey).

It's a start really and I hope with my suggestions I've helped improve the team.

Give your Ludicolo Swift Swim because it fails if it doesnt go First.
Gastrodon is slow so Surf will most likely 1HKO or energy ball.
I suggest dropping Gastrodon for Qwilfish.

No, just no. He is clearly using a defensive set which Rain Dish helps greatly.

Also you make a logic gap. How does being slow effect how much damage Gastrodon takes from a surf/energy ball?
