sweeped??(my first OU RMT)

I had been wanting to make a new team for quite some time. After looking at many RMT's I decided to make my own and see how good I am. After alot of chatting with my friend, we came up with this:
TEAM OVERVIEW:

dpmfa235.png
dpmfa251.png
dpmfa248.png
dpmfa385.png

TEAM IN DEPTH:

smeargle.png

Smeargle@Focus Sash
Ability:Own Tempo
EV's:4 HP/252 Att/ 252 Spe
Nature:Jolly(+Spe -Sp Att)
-Spore
-Extreemspeed
-Endeavour
-Spikes

This guy is a really good lead as he can use all of the attacks in the poke world. Spore is for crippling thier leads and Endevour-Extreemspeed combo is to KO at least 1 Pokemon. Spikes is to inflict damage. I normally use Spore first then I use either Endeavour or Spikes then proceed on with the game.

celebi.png

Celebi@Leftovers
Ability:Natural Cure
EV's:252 HP/220 Def/ 36 Spe
Nature:Bold (+Def - Att)
-Thunder Wave
-HP Ice
-Recover
-Grass Knot

Celebi is an amazing Pokemon. With 100 all across its stats it can do almost anything. Ive made mine a crippler. She cripples all the fast sweepers with T-wave and annoy the opponent. HP Ice is for Salamance and Gliscor while Grass Knot is for Killing Bulky Waters like Vaporeon. Recover is to gain back HP.

tyranitar.png

Tyranitar@Choice Band
Ability: Sand Stream
EV's:176 HP/252 Att/80 Spe

Nature:Adamant(+Att -Sp Att)
-Crunch
-Pursuit
-Stone Edge
-Earthquake

When in the right hands, this thing is a total beast. He is my trapper and pure power attacker. He also checks the best counter preventing my Empoleon sweep-Blissey. Pursuit is obviously to trap pokes,Earthquake is just Purely powerful, Stone Edge and Crunch are STAB.

jirachi.png

Jirachi@Choice Scarf
Ability: Serene Grace
EV's:80 HP/252 Att/176 Spe
Nature:Jolly (+Spe -Sp Att)
-U-Turn
-Iron Head
-Trick
-Stealth Rock

This is basically the LeadAchi except that its not kept as a lead. I wanted a Stealth Rock setter and this is what I could think of. Jirachi is also my Tricker. I didnt make this as a lead as most Jirachi leads are quite predicatable Trickers while in Mid game or Early Mid Game, They can really take a chance on what set this one can be.

rotomheat.png

Rotom-H@Choice Specs
Ability:Levitate
EV's:4 HP/252 Spe/252 Sp Att
Nature:Modest(+Sp Att -Att)
-Trick
-Shadow Ball
-Thunder Bolt
-Overheat

He keeps on this team as a Backup Tricker and a Scizor counter. He is very useful in the Mid-Game as he can cripple many Pokemon and he can hit very hard with his STAB Shadow Ball and Thunder Bolt while Overheat is just amazingly powerful. I chose Choice Specs over Scarf as if i dont trick,I can still hit hard with My attacks

empoleon.png

Empoleon@Petaya Berry
Ability:Torrent
EV's:12 HP/252 Sp Att/232 Spe/12 Sp Def
Nature:Modest(+Sp Att -Att)
-Substitute
-Agility
-Surf
-Ice Beam

This guy no doubt is one of the best Late game sweepers in the OU category. I normally switch this guy out on one of its many resistences. Then while the other guy is switching or attacking(On resistence),I Agility and the Substitute till i have used it 3 times. Then when Torrent and Petaya Berry activate, Its just pure sweep. Its EV's are there to give some bulk on Sp Def and leveling the HP to make it Divisible by 4.

RATE IT/HATE IT/STEAL IT

All changes will be BOLDED

Hey, I am no pro but I can point some things out I think. To me, this team is too thin. You opt for two Trickers but have no bulk. I don't think Smeargle is necessary, I'd take him out for someone like Latias who is tough and counters Infernape (who runs through this team like nothing). Since you have Jirachi as a LeadAchi, make him a lead. I'd also remove Trick from Rotom-H for Will-O-Wisp to help with Fighting types (T-Tar and Empoleon don't like them) and indirectly add bulk, obviously go with Leftovers over Specs.

dude, how about changing SR over spikes on smeagle as Sr is more important and takes only 1 turn to setup.
And replace SR on jirachi with something else,or change jirachi all togethre for a more usable pokemon as scarificing a whole pokemon slot just for sr is kinda stupid and you could do good with a another sweeper.

personaly i run destany bond on my smeargle lead and it causes o many problems as 1st turn gose they SR you spore ( this stantderd btw) they switch out you destany bond they wonder what the hell should i do and possibly switch again or sacrafice something

Darkseeker: thanks for the rate. The problem without spikes is that extra damage is always useful and i almost always get a free spikes thanks to spore.

Darkvirus: Destiny Bond along with Focus Sash is quite good but Destiny Bond also kill Smeargle while Endeavour-Extreemspeed leaves it with 1 HP so it can cause at least a little damge with Extreemspeed Later.

The problem with that is destiny bond only works for the turn it's used, so after the switch they can safely kill you.

Why do you have three choice pokemon? That two of them are trickers leave you with less space for something else, like a wall, or anything else.

Tyranitar should change Crunch for Aqua Tail, because having two Dark attacks leave you with less coverage.

If you want Celebi to kill Vaporeon, change Grass Knot for Energy Ball/Leaf Storm, because Grass Knot only has 40 base power or something like that against the water dog.

Aside from that, pretty nice team ;)

ok i want to make these changes:
change lead to jirachi and smeargle to latias(to cover infernape)
change celebi's GK to Energy Ball
change T-tar's Crunch to Aqua Tail
change Rotom's Nature to Timid ,give it leftovers and:
-Will-O-Wisp
-Thunderbolt
-Thunderwave
-Shadowball

very wrong if i used it the turn before its effect remains untill you next attack meaning he SR i spore he switches i DB he attacks destany bond still in effect as i havent attacked yet he ko's me hes dead

First of all, I really like that Smeargle lead, works awesome in this metagame and gets you off to a good start. I say keep it, although Ice Shard is arguably superior in the last slot as priority due to no immunities, and Smeargle ain't gonna be damaging anything soon with Extremespeed. A matter of personal preference though.

I'd like your Jirachi to run Trick/Iron Head/Fire Punch/Ice Punch with Choice Scarf, as well as maybe a Latias or a Suicune in Rotom's slot. This gives you the Infernape counter that you need as well as a revenger killer for the dragons which you really can't switch into after a Dragon Dance. The last nitpick I have is for Aqua Tail > Earthquake on CBTar, for Hippo and Gliscor switch ins. Seriously, anything that Earthquake touches is 2HKOed at least by the other moves. Earthquake is only useful for Lucario, which Tyranitar has no business fighting anyway so yeah I highly recommend that. Gl with the team dude :)
