My dream team (desperately in need of advice :( )

My team consists of pokemon im particularly fond of, or have a different flair compared to other pokemon, yea im pretty new to the competitive world of pokemon, and lots of advice and constructive criticism are greatly appreciated. :) I have not yet EV trained them(which i unfortunately have no idea how to do) and have no idea how to indicate their IV status x_x so i dont have either of those bits of info about my pokemon, some of the moves I put may not actually be taught to my pokemon yet, so ill place a star next to that move and the currently taught move in parenthesis. BTW yes, i know some of the natures are total crap, and yes, i kno these pokemon are in multipe tiers -.- In my post, im going to put more than six pokemon, because id like to know which pokemon should be on the team or which could be alternated instead of another pokemon for certain situations

Oreo(Granbull) female- Hardy(like i said i kno its crap!)
SubPunch
-Crunch*(Ice Punch)
-Return*(Facade)
-Substitute
-Focus Punch
Item: Leftovers
Ability: Intimidate

Named after my doggy (aka my baby :). I decided to go with SubPunch cause of how simple and easy it seemed for a beginner like me, the strategy should be obvious for those who are experienced, substituting so you are able to use focus punch, as leftovers slowly restores health over the long span focus punching takes, Im considering replacing ice punch w/ crunch for the better coverage, and because Im rather limited in the availability of obtaining items, for the time being im using facade instead of return.

Taylor(Umbreon) male- Jolly
-Mean Look
-Toxic
-Last Resort**
-Payback*(Sucker Punch)
Item:???(any ideas?)
Ability:Synchronize
Named after a bad memory (meaning an ex-boyfriendT.T) anyways, I know umbreon is more of a wall or support type of pokemon and with his less-than-good base atk, last resort wont be all that useful, so i really need some advice on wat i shuld do with this guy. and yea.. making a curse moveset does defeat the purpose of his jolly nature.

Hitmontop male-Sassy(not a total loss, i dont think...)
Spinner
-Close Combat*(Triple Kick)
-Stone Edge
-Rapid Spin*(Gyro Ball)
-Toxic*(Detect)
Item: Leftovers
Ability: Intimidate
As far as ive seen, Hitmontop is an awesome rapid spinner, according to most people. obviously, as you can tell ive been getting alot of reference ideas from smogon incidentally, such as the leftovers which i dont yet have for H-top.

Tikki(Togekiss) male- Serious(another crap nature...)
-Aura Sphere
-Yawn
-Grass Knot
-Air Slash
Item:???
Ability: Serene Grace

Named Tikki because togekiss is a horrible name:/. Even I can tell that Togekiss naturally have extraordinary SpA, based on his current move set, im wondering in which direction Tikki should go in, be it a Sp sweeper? or a choice set? I really need some suggestions

Pedro(Ludicolo) female (i know already, pedro is a boys name)- Sassy
Stall
-Leech Seed*
-Protect*
-Surf
-Toxic/Rain Dance*
Item: Leftovers
Ability: Rain Dish
Basically an idea of what I should do to Pedros moveset, the rest of her moves werent very decent (Hidden power [fire], Zen headbutt, and solarbeam, which i had originally used in sync with cherrim, but it turns out that since theyre both weather using pokemon, of opposite styles at that, solarbam on pedro isnt looking very realistic now since rain dance is almost manditory.) the question is.. do i increase the damage using toxic, or do i keep her health up with rain dance? what to do...

Sakura(Cherrim) female- Mild(ugh...)
-Sunny Day
-Solarbeam
-Protect*
-Grasswhistle*
Item: Heat Rock
Ability: Flower Gift

One of my favorite pokemon, if you know a little bit of japanese, it souldnt be that hard to understand the meaning of her nickname. A sunny Day set, just about the only thing feasable for cherrim to pull off impressively, pretty obvious and straightfoward from here, used grasswhistle cause cherrims hidden power becomes ghost, not fire type, tips on how i can use cherrim in a more team-oriented way would be really great! :)

Luanna(Vespiquen) female- Hasty(gawd, i know its the worst possible nature for her)
-Heal Order
-Sludge Bomb
-Power Gem
-Attack Order
Item: ???
Ability: Pressure

Named after my own mother :P. I havent any idea wat to do about her set x_x (I'm actually just already tired of constructing possible sets)

And those are most of the pokemon i intend on using in competitive play, specific tips on how to EV train would really be appreciated, and thank you for your patience. any advice on who to use with who and better ideas for my pokemons movesets are also accepted :)

hmmm.....
im not sure about cherrim. Theres a lot of better pokes with similar typing.Vespiquen aint the best either but its not bad. Also try giving your granbull flame/toxic orb to activate guts/quick feet, close combat instead of focus punch and fling so you can burn/poison yor opponents.Facade is good choice with this set.
I hoped i helped.

First off, welcome to the world of competitive play. With that said, I'd advise you to start learning how to breed for natures and IVs. There are plenty of guides on how to do those around the internet and such. Essentially, get a Ditto and breed the heck out of it until you get the desired results. Another key factor in learning how to play competitively is learning how to EV train. I'd advise you to get a Pokemon with Pokerus, a Macho Brace (or any other "Power" item), and/or a combination of the two. Using Google, I've found a pretty elementary guide to EV training, http://www.wikihow.com/EV-Train-Your-Pokemon

Another nice place to look for movesets would be the Smogon database, http://www.smogon.com/dp/

There you can find some helpful tips on what sets could work best for your team and how your team mates can work together to keep each other's threats in check.

Now on to your team, Deccy's suggestion on Granbull seems like a pretty solid one. Granbull is, to me at least, a slower and slightly weaker Ursaring. Even with Quick Feet activated he won't be outpacing much anything. For her, I'd suggest this set:

@Choice Band
Intimdate
Adamant (Atk+ /SpA-)
172 HP / 252 Atk / 16 Def / 12 SpD / 56 Spe
  • Return
  • Close Combat
  • Crunch
  • Eathquake/Ice Fang
Got that straight from the Smogon StrategyDex.

A few other suggestions; Umbreon should be playing a support role for your team with Wish (if you have access to it) or by playing as a special wall while poisoning other walls with Toxic. And the conflicting weather users: choose one and replace the other based on your choice. If you choose Ludicolo with Rain Dance, I'd choose something like Kingdra or Kabutops to come in and abuse the Swift Swim speed boost or Jolteon with Thunder to abuse its 100 base accuracy in the rain. If you go with Cherrim, use a fire pokemon like Typhlosion and use its speedy Eruptions with a Sunny Day boost (because it's a fire type attack), or a Chlorophyll sweeper set in the form of Swords Dance Tangrowth or Exeggutor.

Long story short, do some more research into competitive play (lurk moar), be able to EV train and Nature/Hidden Power breed, and then come back once you're able to actual create the team. It also doesn't hurt to test the team out on Shoddy Battle. Again, if you don't know what it is, Google is your friend :p

Best of luck :)

Despite the fact ursaring does this set better, I don't see any problems here, though most OU leads will take this down easily.

Don't bother with cherrim, it clashes with ludicolo and sunny day isn't helping your team much (albeit neither is rain dance)

Why are there 7 pokemon?
Anyway, this team will get absolutely devistated in competitive play, as there's no real synergy and you have weaknesses to electric, ice, fire, and flying but no resistors (and most teams carry moves of those types).
Marrilands team building app can help you balance your team out a little (Here) and smogon analysis will help you with EV's/Natures/Sets more than I can.

Looking at other RMTs also helps you get an idea of what the standard metagame is meaning you'll be able to build a team that's up to those standards (which i can't do for you right now since my brain melted from alcohol abuse last night)

As for your RMT structure...

There is no point putting "this nature sucks" next to your pokemon, sort them out or post a better nature instead.
It might just be me who gets annoyed by this, but I hate it when people talk about their pokemon's nicknames.

thanks for the help! looks like i need to breed completely new pkmn :( oh well! time for a new experience! thanks for all the links and references, and most of all, ur patience, since i just realized i misused the RMT forum, sry about that! anyways im going to create a true RMT someday when i truly assemble my team and actually test it out, so again, thank you!
