It'd get banned right away, so it wouldn't be a problem.
Kingdra's and Dialga's typings are probably the best for that.
Still, Dragon is one of the least explored typing in terms of combinations with others.
Dragon Fighting, for example, would be pretty brutal dual STABs on par with Dragon Ground.
I'm pretty sure what Berserker Lord said still holds true for that.

Setting up toxic spikes is pointless in LC. Even a wall can deal more damage than they would.
There's a REASON almost all the OU Dragons are flying or ground. Dragon is a hugely powerful type that covers a lot of weaknesses and gives a devastating neutral STAB, all while having only two weaknesses: Ice and itself. That's why Dragons are so limited: so they can be checked by any kind of Ice move. So don't be surprised by a Grass/Bug Dragon, but don't be expecting a Fire/Dragon any time soon.
Just posting as an LC player to say Shuckle in LC might not be all that bad. Instant ban would be stupid, look at Wynaut, its big brother was horrendously broken in OU, and it seems likeit would be Uber, but the hyper-offensiveness of LC keeps it at bay. Shuckle might actually be nice in LC, who knows.

Hmm I wonder what will be the new goodies in Gen V? I mean Gen IV introduced a snowy region and the Distortion World. What i'm interested is how they will incorporate the Legendaries into the story plot and region's geography. I kinda hope the water routes increase ;)
Water routes really aren't my favorite, because I'm a bit of a perfectionist and it's absolute hell to make certain you've explored all of a water route, what with the wild Pokemon appearing every two steps, the slow movespeed, and the inability to watch landmarks.
I'd like seeing some more optional dungeons. It always rung false to me to see almost all the Pokemon you'd want to be catching chilling on the road from town to town.
I'd guess this region will have either a balance or significantly more sand/woodland. Gen 1: even spread. Gen 2: even spread. Gen 3: Water emphasis. Gen 4: Snow emphasis. Gen 5: Sand/forest emphasis?

I'd like it if you could leave notes on each pokemon, like "HP Fire, Timid" and such.
Yeah I'd really like this... Markings just aren't enough.
A notepad or counting system that doesn't disappear would also be nice for tracking EVs and stuff.
They are willing to make ones that aren't Ice weak though, provided they're Legendaries (Palkia, Dialga) or have less than 600 BST (Kingdra).
With three non-Legendary Dragon/Flying lines, and two Dragon/Grounds, I think it's time for some different type combos.
