Straight Foward OU 1v1

i actually just started on this rmt here in Smogon, so if i do bad just know its my first time. You will Notice that all of my EV Spreads are focused into either Atk/Sp.Atk and Speed with the leftovers going to HP.

Jolteon (Nicknamed: CyroJolt) @ Air Balloon
Trait: Volt Absorb
Timid Nature 252 speed/252 Sp.Atk/6 HP

-Volt Switch
-Thunder
-Hidden Power Ice
-Shadow Ball

Team Synergy:
Ground: Gyarados, Gengar (Should the Balloon Pop)

My Jolteon is usually Leading in most matches, then again most of my pkmon can be a lead as i am a straight forward battler, its meant to bait in some ground atk's and respond with HP Ice and also take in some Elec moves due to Volt Absorb. At the same time,
-Volt Switch is used to scout out any huge threats to Jolteons fragileness and also deal some damage before making Synergy with my team (as long as it isnt countered by a ground type or Volt Absorb pkmon). Also, should the Air Balloon pop, i can lure in the Ground pkmon to my Gengar's Levitate and Gyarados' Flying type attribute.
-Thunder is my man STAB move even though it isn't very reliable. But like my pkmon Love me i barely ever miss that shot, it's like Ninetails using Fire Blast for Target Practice.
-HP Ice is used to cripple MANY if not All flying types, and also to be used on Dragons while they think that I am Speced.
-Shadow Ball is his Secondary Atk that is used is there are any pkmon that can resist both Elec and Ice moves.
This Gives Jolteon a special spot in my Team, it's what I Usually start with, but i also use another pkmon to start things off also, my Gen 1 Ace is ready to wreck some teams with this set. (Yes this is a Smogon Set, i used to run an Original Jolt i breeded, but seeing i got my hands on this Jolteon, i figured i may as well use it).

Gyarados (Nicknamed: Largelady) @ Expert Belt
Trait: Moxie
Jolly Nature 252 Speed/252 Atk/6 HP

-Waterfall
-Earthquake
-Thrash
-Dragon Dance

Team Synergy:
Elec: Jolteon
Rock: Scrafty

-D-Dance is usually its main set up, as ONLY 1 D-Dance outspeeds even my Jolteon instantly, and it's all it usually needs to take control of the match usually. I usually attempt i huge sweep with my Gyarados, and usually end up beating people i know 6-0 with him because they couldn't stop his Speed and Power. In Short, D-Dance is meant for a Set Up to take control and an attempted sweep.
-Waterfall steps in for attacking, most pkmon don't escape a flinch or live due to 120 Base Power Waterfall as stab in total plus the +1 Atk stage from D-Dance. It also is Gyarados' Main STAB Move as it is the only Reliable move to use withi it for a STAB.
-Earthquake is meant to be used for Brute Force should i encounter a pkmon that resists both Waterfall and Thrash at the same time, and it can also be used to surprise Elec pkmon such as Jolteon that doesn't run Air Balloon, (as after 1 D-Dance, i become faster than MAX Speed Jolteon).
-Thrash is used as a Main Last Resort move, if i know i'm going to get KO'd without Priority, i can use this move and give myself an extra turn in damaging another pkmon. (Former Move in place was Giga Impact but it didn't help out as much as I wanted it to at times).

Zoroark @ Life Orb
Trait: Illusion

Timid Nature 252 Speed/252 Sp.Atk/6 HP
-Night Daze/Dark Pulse(?)
-Sucker Punch
-Extrasensory
-Flamethrower

Team Synergy:
Fighting: Gengar, Gyarados
Bug: Gengar, Gyarados

My Zoroark is actually unusual, i don't happen to run a Nasty Plot NOR a Swords Dance set. This is due to relying on Raw Power for my Zoroark, the Life Orb gives the +1 stage boost to its Sp.Atk and Atk stats, im actually trying to get my hands on a Hasty Nature or Naive Zoroark so the Atk Stat will not be hindered which therefore will increase my physical sucker punch make a ko when i need it the most.
-Night Daze/Dark Pulse are my Zoroark's Primary STAB move's. Night Daze allows me to actually put more power into an Atk and also a chance to lower Accuracy never hurts. I could always Breed myself a Dark Pulse Zoroark to lose a little bit of power, but gain the chance of flinch and pretty much a free turn to do some more damage. Any Suggestions to it?
-Sucker Punch is used when i know i will be ko'd in one shot AND if the Opposing pkmon is Faster than my Zoroark, like i mentioned earlier i want to get my hands on a Naive or Hasty Zoroark to take away the hindering of the Atk stat and boost Sukcer Punch by a ittle bit.
-Extrasensory is meant to take down Fighting types that are Fragile and also to have a chance of flinching my opponent.
-Flamethrower is meant to take down Bug types that i'm pretty sure would attempt to ko Zoroark and actually give a chance to burn some Steel Types at the same time.

Raikou @ Life Orb
Trait: Pressure
Rash Nature 252 Sp.Atk/252 Speed/6 HP

-Calm Mind
-Hidden Power Ice
-Aura Sphere
-Thunderbolt

Team Synergy:
Ground: Jolteon (If balloon is still Intact), Gengar, Gyarados

Raikou is my main Revenge Killer sometimes, even though any of my pkmon can Revenge Kill pretty quick. The Life Orb attachment is used to boost Raikou's power even Further to allow an Efficient OHKO to most pkmon after 1 Calm Mind or 2 if necessary.
-Calm Mind is used to boost my Sp.Atk and Sp.Def bulkyness, but i rarely use Calm Mind as i use it for Dire Situations usually.
-HP Ice is used in the same Manner that i placed for Jolteon except that Raikou could possibly OHKO about every Dragon except Multiscale-Dragonite after 1 or 2 Calm Minds.
-Aura Sphere being the Event Raikou, it allows me to face Steel, Rock, Ice, Dark and anything that doesn't resist HP ice or T-Bolt in a nice manner. Also if the Opponent does manage to Lower my Accuracy by 1 or 2 stages, Aura Sphere is reliable since it'll never miss.
-Thunderbolt is Raikou's Main STAB move unlike Thunder from Jolteon, Jolteon is my High Risk and High Reward pkmon, while Raikou is the precision striker in the team, with STAB T-Bolt and 1 or 2 Calm Minds, this Raikou can really be devastating to any pkmon that DOESN'T resist Elec Moves.

Scrafty @ Leftovers
Trait: Moxie
Jolly Nature 252 Speed/252 Atk/6 HP

-Dragon Dance
-Drain Punch
-Crunch
-Ice Punch

Team Synergy:
Flying: Raikou, Jolteon (if balloon is popped or not)
Fighting: Gengar

Scrafty is one of my main sweepers within the team (even if my team is meant to be a Straight Foward Offensive Team).
-Dragon Dance run's as the same Manner as Gyarados, except that Scrafty is much more Bulkier than Gyarados, after 2 D-Dances, it can take control of the match just about as fast as Gyarados can.
-Drain Punch is Scrafty's Primary STAB Move allowing it to Recover from earlier damage while setting up D-Dance and possibly a OHKO to the pkmon suffering the consequences of letting Scrafty Set Up.
-Crunch is Scrafty's Secondary STAB Move being 120 Base Power after STAB Bonus, Crunch can really put a world of Hurt to Ghost Types that try and Cripple or Wall it otherwise. And it's also Helpful in putting a nice Touch to anything that resist's Drain Punch and you want that STAB without being Resisted.
-Ice Punch is there to cripple Landorus, Gliscor, Dragons and Flying Types, and some Grass Types that would try to put Scrafty to sleep also. It's very reliable to use whenever a pkmon can Resist BOTH Crunch and Drain Punch, which is a rare occasion to me.

Gengar @ Focus Sash/Choice Scarf/Life Orb/Expert Belt
Trait: Levitate
Rash Nature 252 Sp.Atk/252 Speed/6HP

-Energy Ball
-Psychic/Sludge Bomb/Focus Blast
-Shadow Ball
-Thunderbolt

Team Synergy:
Psychic: Scrafty
Ground (If gravity was in Play): Jolteon (Holding the Air Balloon), Mold Breaker in Play: Gyarados, Jolteon (Holding Air Balloon)
Dark: Scrafty
Ghost: Scrafty

The Main star of destructive Mixed Offensives has Arrived to this team with a bang, and always serves this team well.
-Energy Ball is used to take down Ground Types that would Attempt to Finsh gengar off while Gravity is in Effect (rare Occasions). OR use against Water, Rock and Water/Ground types that are unsuspecting of a Mixed Gengar.
-Psychic is what i use Currently and has Served me well so far, dealing with Other Poison types that would other wise predict a switch and set up Toxic OR Toxic Spikes on my team and cripple them, Psychic deals a Devastating Blow to those, and Unsuspecting Fighting types that AREN'T Scrafty, and potentially be OHKO'd by this Move. Sludge Bomb was used only as Secondary STAB but it hasn't proved to be very useful except against Grass Types, which i don't happen to face so often anymore. And Focus Blast was used to repel Dark Types that don't use Sucker Punch or that have Ran Out of that, BUT due to it's Medicore 70% Accuracy i use it only really tough battles that i know, Psychic won't help as much as it Normally would.
-Shadow Ball is Gengar's Main STAB Move, as with 120 Base Power after STAB Bonus, it helps me be rid of other Ghost types that are Potentially trying to sweep my team, and if i see a Scarfed Ghost coming, just switch into Scrafty and all is well (Usually!!!)
-Thunderbolt is used to Fry most Flying types and Water types, and if something switches in to repel it such as a Swampert, Hippowdon, anything that would resist Electric moves in general, they should weary of the fact that I could be running a Mixed Set and think harder in situations like that.

That's all for now, i guess give me Feedback and advice to make this team better, i am using this team currently with other pkmon in my back-up reserve to challenge a league online. Any tip is appreciated.

You definitely need something to set up entry hazards since your team is made up of 6 sweepers. Try ferrothorn who can be a wall and set spikes/stealth rocks because you don't really have anything that can switch in and take a hit and the residual damage from hazards can make pulling off a sweep easier

I actually have a ferrothorn in my box in my pkmon game. Yes it can take hits and all, I'll try out ferrothorn in my team but who do I replace with him? Cuz even then, most of Pokemon manage to sweep right off the bat.

nice sweeper team but i have i see one problem a landorus looks like he will cause this team hell

Landorus @ Leftovers
Trait:Prankster (i think)
adamant nature (+Atk, -Spatk)
-Earthquake
-HammerArm
-Swords Dance
-StoneEdge

yea this right here will give you a problem my suggestion is get a Starmie over gyrados for it can learn ice beam thunderbolt rapid spin and hydro pump which give you great coverage and a spinner ^^

Very true Tdogz, but you may have quickly forgotten that once D-Dance is set up, it can Outspeed even MAX Speed Jolteon. also the Extra power really helps out, I'll keep that Starmie in mind should i ever need to replace Gyarados.
Also Landorus' Ability is Sand Force, not Prankster. And a Scarf Landorus that I've seen can actually deal Damage to my team as it can just Lure my moves out, but also potentially allow me to Set Up if it is the Beggining of the battle.
I look forward to our battle later today :P by the way I'm goin to inbox a question to you regarding Communications.
