A disgrace, Matteo going. He will always go down as a legend. I mean, he won the Champion's League and FA Cup last season, and now gets the sack so soon. Abramovich needs to realise that his idea of all-out-attack football is rubbish and shouldn't be forced upon the managers. We conceded goals due to Abramovich's idea, not Di Matteo. And I feel that Matteo was right to leave out Torres, as his lack of form serves no purpose, and Hazard's inclusion at least gives us a little more defence. For the next unlucky manager (Rafa Benitez looks ever more likely), I hope we buy not only Falcao, but some solid strikers who aren't from massive clubs. I hear that
Drogba has requested a loan to Chelsea, which is crazy but could benefit Chelsea in the short term. We certainly need his firepower and physical presence.
As for Torres' hate, sure he's been poor, but selling him would further damage our attacking prowess. Lukaku is a player which I can see being called back from loan sometime soon, he's playing pretty well at the moment.
In other news, Shakhtar Donesk's win against was Norsdjaelland wasn't a disgrace. Adriano's goal was unsporting and poor, but the team was going to win it anyway. This relates back to Germany 4-1 England. Lampard's goal wouldn't change much, but still people complain about it.
I've said this before, but I really hope Celtic get through their group. They've actually been unlucky, what with not winning that Barcelona game, but getting through would be great for their team spirit, and a huge achievement.
I'm just hoping Chelsea get out of Europa League as soon as possible, it's a waste of time. If they decide to actually try, a win against Liverpool would always be nice...
Also, I'm thinking of a new team similar to FC United of Manchester, to protest against Abramovich's stereotypical Russian ways. Haha, that would be great.
Don't worry guys, I'm finished.
