It's a male, and it's +SpAtk. I'm not 100% sure what it's - is though.

do you have any charmander and swinub spitbacks, if so do you want gale wings fletching and ha evee with wish spitbacks with 4 ivs?
Edit: jsut saw you have fletchlings, so how about brave honedge spitback or noibat spitback?
