Hi, this is my second Rate My Team post, and my first OU post. I wanted to build a team around Mega Sableye, and since he's the face of stall, I decided to build a stall team around him. You can rework the team as much as you want, but my two requirements are:
1. Keep Sableye
2. Keep it a stall team

Sableye @ Sablenite
Ability: Prankster
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 SpA
Bold Nature
- Will-O-Wisp
- Recover
- Dark Pulse
- Calm Mind
The man of the hour, Sableye is the only member of my team that works how I want it too. I took the set from the Strategy Pokedex, but it works just fine. Recover keeps him healthy, will-o-wisp is used to annoy physical attackers, dark pulse is his only offensive move, and calm mind patches up sableye's weaker special defense and boosts the power of dark pulse. Sableye was the only reason I've even been able to win once or twice, and I always lose whenever he gets knocked out.

Tentacruel @ Black Sludge
Ability: Liquid Ooze
EVs: 224 HP / 252 Def / 32 Spe
Bold Nature
- Rapid Spin
- Acid Spray
- Scald
- Knock Off
Again, got this set from the Strategy Pokedex, but this set just doesn't work as well. Rapid Spin is used for clearing hazzards, acid spray is for other mega sableye's, scald is for STAB and the burn chance, and knock off is just there to be annoying to opponents. Black sludge gives some form of recovery, and the spread allows tentacruel to take hits and outspeed some Poke's that try to keep him from spinning.

Chansey (F) @ Eviolite
Ability: Natural Cure
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Def / 252 SpD
Bold Nature
- Aromatherapy
- Soft-Boiled
- Seismic Toss
- Toxic
Now this set I just like a lot. I like my status healing, and chansey acts as a great wall to allow my team to recover from status with aromatherapy, seismic toss is for the damage, toxic is for the status, and soft-boiled is for the recovery. Eviolite is the only good item on Chansey, so it was my first choice for the item. Chansey eats up hits from the special side, and has some decent synergy with Sableye. However, Chansey sometimes drags down my team, and gets KO'ed at the worst possible time a lot. I just don't know how to optimize her to help my team in the best way she can.

Jirachi @ Expert Belt
Ability: Serene Grace
EVs: 132 Atk / 160 SpA / 216 Spe
Mild Nature
- Iron Head
- Icy Wind
- Hidden Power [Ground]
- Thunderbolt
Now this set is interesting, it sometimes works on a Pokemon, and sometimes it fails against that same mon. The wish granter acts as my fairy killer, Sableye's Achilles heel, with STAB iron head with the additional power of the Expert belt. Thunderbolt is for Azumaril, Icy Wind is for dragons, HP Ground is just there for coverage against Heatran, whose scarfed set tears through my team in a matter of minutes. The Ev's allow Jirachi to give off powerful attacks from both stats, and still gives it some decent speed.

Slowbro @ Leftovers
Ability: Regenerator
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 SpA
Bold Nature
- Slack Off
- Ice Beam
- Scald
- Flamethrower
My best fire type switch in, Slowbro has access to reliable recovery and a wide movepool to boot. Slack off is almost neccesary only Slowbro, and along with regenerator and leftovers Slowbro is normally the last one standing on my team. The EV's give him max defensive capabilities, and some sting to his attacks. Scald is there for STAB and its burn chance, ice beam kills bulky grass types, and flamethrower hits Scizor hard.

Clefable @ Leftovers
Ability: Unaware
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 SpD
Bold Nature
- Moonblast
- Wish
- Protect
- Thunder Wave
My Mega Sableye counter, wish passer, and set-up wall, Clefable does several jobs for my team while only taking up one of my six Pokemon. Moonblast is her most powerful STAB, and its Special attack lowering function comes in handy. Wish is for recovery for Clefable and the rest of my team, protect is to make sure Clefable can get the healing effect of wish, and thunder wave slows down many fast threats (like Mega Aerodactyl, Mega Lopunny, Starmie, and Terrakion for example.)

So what do you guys think? What should I change I am open to all constructive criticism and all suggestions!

Hey dude for
080.png
run Thunder Wave over Ice Beam, Thunder Wave is a great support move for Slowbro because all pokemons who may annoy Slowbro are faster like Gengar, Latios, Tornadus-Therian, Charizard-Mega-Y, except pokemons who can't be paralysed, this can be very disturbing for your opponent

Nice team, lets push more towards stall. *added descriptions are edits

Jirachi @ Leftovers
Ability: Serene Grace
EVs: 160 HP / 132 Atk / 216 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Iron Head
- Body Slam
- Stealth Rock
- Zen Headbutt / Filler

Para-flinch is as annoying as ever, and you have hazards

Chansey (F) @ Eviolite
Ability: Natural Cure
EVs: 248 HP / 252 Def / 8 SpD
Bold Nature
- Aromatherapy
- Soft-Boiled
- Seismic Toss
- Toxic

The HP and Defense investments let it take hits better

Tentacruel @ Black Sludge
Ability: Liquid Ooze
EVs: 224 HP / 252 Def / 32 Spe
Bold Nature
- Rapid Spin
- Sludge Wave
- Scald
- Haze

Haze is better because it deletes stat changes. Stall teams should have 2+ answers to set-up sweepers.

Also,
Clefable @ Leftovers
Ability: Unaware
EVs: 248 HP / 164? Def / 96 SpD can't do the 508 math, but 96 SpD can take on Manaphy, Serperior, & CM Gardevoir.
Bold Nature
- Moonblast
- Wish
- Protect
- Thunder Wave

Your team is extremely similar to mine and, while I don't want to just turns yours into mine, I feel that your team could use some work here and there.

4 Speed >>>> 4 SAtk on Sableye, little thing but it's there.

I had tested out Tenta on my team but wasn't huge on it personally, the lack of recovery options and its somewhat disappointing bulk leave something to be desired. I would suggest with Houndoom running Haze on it, maybe Spin/Scald/Haze/Knock Off, Toxic, or Tspikes? You already have a bulky water, so maybe consider using a different hazard clearer here, a Defogger perhaps. Zapdos, Skarmory, Gliscor, and Latias are all usable options, and I've personally always been partial to Defog Gliscor.

Heal Bell>Aromatherapy, as Aroma + Wish is illegal and you don't want your opponent to know Chansey doesn't have Wish. Also, I like your spread as is and defensive Chansey just isn't really worth it thesedays imo since you're switching into so many spare Volt Switches and such.I'd try and fit rocks in here or on Rachi; additionally, I think you could benefit from changing Rachi to a more defensive set, possibly fitting hazards on. I like having one of Calm Mind, Heal Bell, or Flamethrower on Clefable; Thunder Wave has merit but when Moonblast 2-3HKOs most things that are crippled by Twave then I'm not really seeing its merit on this team. I'm not a huge fan of relying on para with stall in general though since it's relying on hax which is a no-no if you want consistency.

Now looking on it this team is weak to some of the common things to cover:

Bisharp, Nothing for it
Talonflame, Handled by Slowbro.
Mega-Gyrados, Since it breaks both Unaware, and Magic Bounce you want to keep reg. sable.
Mega-Gardevoir, If it carries Shadowball, good game 6-0'd (I still haven't found a solution.)
Mega-Metagross, Grass Knot & EQ variant

Small adjustment, but I would run more Specially Defensive Jirachi. It's your only answer to Mega Gardevoir, and as such needs as much special bulk as possible. I'd also run 24 SDef EVs and Psyshock over Fire Blast to check SubCM Keldeo. I'm not a huge stall player so I can't contribute much, but other than that it looks good.

Slowbro @ Leftovers
Ability: Regenerator
EVs: 252 HP / 232 Def / 24 SpD
Bold Nature
- Scald
- Psyshock
- Thunder Wave
- Slack Off

Jirachi @ Leftovers
EVs: 252 HP / 176 SpD / 80 Spe
Careful Nature
- Fire Punch
- Iron Head
- U-turn
- Body Slam

Does anyone have a good counter for bisharp that I can fit on my team? I keep getting into the low 1200s on the ladder and then I go up against a team with bisharp and I get knocked right back down into the 1100s. Also, can someone give me tips on how to use this team better? I can defeat newer players easily but I have a very hard time against better, more experienced players.

Chesnaught is probably the best Bisharp counter for Stall teams. It works pretty nicely with Mega Sableye because it can lay Spikes down and you can really exert some hazard control against the opponent. You can either run the standard defensive Chesnaught, or you can run Fast Chesnaught if you need an answer to BD Azu.

I don't really see why you need Chansey AND Clefable on the same team. I'd change the Chansey set to Wish>Toxic and you can cut Clefable out and put Chesnaught in. If you put Acid Spray> Sludge Wave on Tentacruel, you can KO M-Sableye.

But how do I handle set-up sweepers without Clefable? Chesnaught is a great idea, don't get me wrong, but having both wish AND softboiled on the same set? And if you want me to run both protect and wish instead, what moves do I get rid of? Sorry if I offended you or anything.

No, run Softboiled and Wish both on the same set. It might sound weird, but it's worth it if you intend on having Chansey be your blanket special wall. As for the sweepers, I hate saying this, but don't let sweepers set up. Sweepers have always been a huge pain for stall teams. If you can somehow fit Haze on the team, that could work.

Okay, thanks for the help!

I would really like to thank Sun King, Celticpride, Sablenite, Porii Sames, and davidTheMaster for rating my team. If anyone has any last suggestions I will still be open to them, but currently I'm happy with this team.

My last nitpick would be to play with Jirachi. You can swap Zen Headbutt for either Thunder Wave or Body Slam, and I would consider changing Wish to U-Turn. Being able to grab momentum is extremely useful, even for a stall team.
