XY OU Megagross Team? (HELP)

Hello,
I am fairly new to competitive battling, and I have been revising this team and working with a couple other people on these forums to figure out how to optimize this team. If you would take the time to look through, I would really appreciate it!

So without further ado, my first Pokémon is

Dragonite @ Lum Berry (Dragon Dance Sweeper)
Ability: Multiscale
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Dragon Claw (For Dragon Coverage, also STAB)
- Extreme Speed (For Priority)
- Fire Punch (For those pesky Ice Types)
- Dragon Dance (To raise stats/avoid Sucker Punch)
This Pokémon was actually added after the original creation of my team, because I lacked a Dragon Type. Also, I have always had a soft spot for Dragonite and it's ability Multiscale is AMAZING. I was thinking about replacing ExtremeSpeed with a move to cover Fairy-types, but I wasn't sure what I could use for that. Any ideas, or should I even be using Dragonite?
Possible Alternatives: Feraligatr?

Next up:
Conkeldurr @ Assault Vest (Iron Fist/ Assault Vest Sweeper)
Ability: Iron Fist
EVs: 248 HP / 252 Atk / 8 SpD
Adamant Nature
- Mach Punch (STAB + priority)
- Drain Punch (STAB + restore health)
- Ice Punch (Mostly for Latias/os)
- Knock Off (coverage for Psychics)
Again, this Pokémon was a replacement (for Machamp, actually) . The ability Iron Fist is really useful, especially with all of the "Punch" moves that Conk can learn. Knock Off is great move to keep Gardevoir away. The only move I think needs replacing is Drain Punch, but I don't know what I would do to replace it.
Possible Alternatives: Gallade? Gardevoir?

Togekiss @ Leftovers
Ability: Serene Grace
Shiny: Yes
EVs: 252 HP / 252 SpA / 4 SpD
Modest Nature
- Dazzling Gleam (Dragon coverage + STAB)
- Air Slash (STAB/Grass Types)
- Fire Blast (For Ferrothorn/Grass and Steel-Types, but probably needs replacing)
- Roost (for Healing)
This Togekiss has been a token member of almost every team that I have tried out, but I'm not sure im using the best strategy with it. Would replacing Fire Blast with an Ice-Type move help me out ?
(Sorry, not much to say about Togekiss xD)

Garchomp @ Haban Berry (Physical Speed Sweeper)
Ability: Rough Skin
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Dragon Claw (STAB/Dragon Coverage)
- Iron Head (To hit Grass Types)
- Stone Edge (Fire/Ice/Bug/Flying Coverage)
- Earthquake (STAB/Ground Coverage)
Garchomp is powerful, but I could probably do without a second Dragon type. Should I keep it and toss Dragonite, vice versa, or keep both? If I did have to get rid of one, what should I replace it with?
Possible Alternatives: Tyranitar?

Alakazam @ Life Orb (Special Sweeper)
Ability: Magic Guard
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
- Dazzling Gleam (Dragon/Dark Coverage)
- Shadow Ball (Psychic Coverage)
- Psyshock (STAB)
- Focus Blast (Ice/Rock/Dark/Steel Coverage)
Because of Magic Guard, Alakazam takes no recoil damage from Life Orb, making it a top choice when using a Life Orb setup. It's Special Attack and Speed (which can match Arceus) are a deadly combination. If you have any move suggestions, please feel free to let me know.
Possible Alternatives: Gardevoir?

Metagross-Mega @ Metagrossite (Mega Meteor-Mash Sweeper)
Ability: Tough Claws
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Meteor Mash (STAB)
- Zen Headbutt (Fighting coverage)
- Hammer Arm (Steel/Rock Coverage)
- Ice Punch (Dragon Coverage)
While this Pokémon is central to my team, I feel it's moveset is a bit weak. I really don't know what to say about it, other than that I think it needs some work and I would like your suggestions. I'll add some replays once I have some better ones.

Just so you know, Iron Head on Garchomp is not super effective on Grass types. But its good against Fairy and Ice. EDIT: I also want to point out the immense weakness your team has to ice. While Conk is able to take out those pesky Ice types, when he's down, what are ya gonna do?

Actually.. Use guts Conkeldurr becoz it can take burn, toxic etc and raise its attack, knock off can't do anything much to gardevoir but it checks latias and latios drain punch is important...
Lopunny can rekt your team.. So use scarfed keldeo for alakazam... Every team needs a stealth rock setter and defogger/spinner so u need to edit your Garchomp, to sashed rock setter garchomp...
U can put something to set up rocks for Togekiss, if u will add keldeo u don't need ice punch on mega gross put grass knot(for slowbro) or bullet punch for priority or rock polish so u can give it a bit in bulk, you also need flying-spam counter,BTW this team needs a lot of editing...

I don't think that I need to have a scarfed stealth rock setter. I'll look into setting up a different item with Garchomp, but thank you.
I replaced Alakazam with Keldeo.
If I gave Metagross Grass Knot that would be useless because I am using EV's to boost it's physical moves. I may switch it out for Rock Polish, though. Thank you.

Thank you, I'll try to figure something out.
