Hi! This is my first RMT, and I wanted to give this Tailwind Hyper Offense team a go. I built it myself somehow and it works pretty well, but I can see a few gaping flaws with it that I'm not sure how to fix. It tends to fall apart at the sight of BD Azu and SD Talonflame.

Here's my team at a glance:

Gardevoir-Mega @ Gardevoirite
Ability: Trace
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Modest Nature
- Hyper Voice
- Psyshock
- Focus Blast
- Thunder Wave

I decided to built around Mega Gardevoir for this team. It tears holes through unprepared teams with Pixilate boosted Hyper Voices. I went with T-wave as the fourth move to permanently slow down an opponent's Pokemon. Modest Nature is for more power, and since it's normally under Tailwind, the extra speed isn't needed that much.

Fidgit @ Black Sludge
Ability: Persistent
EVs: 252 HP / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Tailwind
- Encore
- Stealth Rock
- Rapid Spin

Fidgit sets up and spins rocks away. It can also Encore opponents into set up moves, especially since it will almost always be faster after it has set up Tailwind. The EV spread is pretty standard, and it can usually get two rounds of Tailwind up before fainting.

Hoopa-Unbound @ Life Orb
Ability: Magician
EVs: 196 Atk / 60 SpA / 252 Spe
Hasty Nature
- Hyperspace Fury
- Psychic
- Drain Punch
- Gunk Shot

Even though Hoopa has overlapping coverage with Gardevoir, it can break through Chansey and other bulky mons and can outspeed a lot of threats under Tailwind as well. It usually only gets one chance to tear through teams, but when it does, it breaks past at least one mon.

Volkraken @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Analytic
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
- Fire Blast
- Surf
- U-turn
- Memento

Volkraken is my cleaner after Tailwind has run out of turns. It's my only switch in for Fire-type moves, and it can pivot out with U-turn. Memento helps teammates switch in like Gardevoir and Hoopa-U and get a free hit in.

Scizor @ Choice Band
Ability: Technician
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spe
Adamant Nature
- U-turn
- Bullet Punch
- Superpower
- Pursuit

Scizor helps break past Colossoil; I was a little unorthodox and gave it Speed EVs, which allows it to outspeed 0 speed Colossoil outside of Tailwind. Bullet Punch gives it super powerful priority, letting it break past weakened threats. Pursuit hits really fast opponents like Mega Alakazam, Stratagem, and Syclant who try to switch out of Bullet Punch.

Tornadus-Therian @ Assault Vest
Ability: Regenerator
EVs: 96 HP / 160 SpA / 252 Spe
Hasty Nature
- Hurricane
- Heat Wave
- U-turn
- Knock Off

I originally had Life Orb Tomohawk here, but it just didn't work out as well as I had hoped for some reason. I wanted powerful Flying-type coverage, so I picked Tornadus-T. Its special bulk helps me switch into some more powerful special attackers, it can pivot easily into Fidgit, and Knock Off helps remove items. It also acts as an emergency Cawmodore check, which has helped me win games.

Thanks in advance for the feedback! If I need to add more detail, please let me know.

Nice looking team! So BD Azumarill and Tflame (smogburd) cause issues?

BD Azumarill Advice:
Looking at your team, you have 3 fairly physically weak 'mons that provide a lot of the offensive pressure, in addition to a water weakness with no resist. Additionally, Volkraken appears to be your main answer to Fairy Types, but it cannot hit back on Azumarill at all besides hoping for a lucky Scald burn. So you need a Fairy and/or a Water Resist.
SD Talonflame Advice:
Talonflame is another major threat for similar reasons to above. Priority weakness, and your only 'mon that responds well to priority and has the physical defense capabilities is Scizor. Obviously Scizor most definitely does not respond well to Talonflame, and the physical priority move in Brave Bird/Acrobatics can easily clean the team, even if Volkraken is up. Once again, similar to Azumarill, Volkraken is your only effective answer to strong Fire types.

One option that might work is placing Mollux in rather than Hoopa-U, because it can handle Azumarill and uses Lava Plume to better handle physical attackers. This does give you a fairly heavy ground weakness, however, in addition to the electric weakness your team carries. It might work well though.

Overall, a fairly solid looking team :)

TBH, he'd probably be better aided by Raikou than he would Mollux. Not only is Raikou generally good against the Azu and the TFlame, but it also beats things that beat this team once one of two mons get weakened, such as SpDef Skarm, LO Tornadus-T, and Banded variants of Azu.

Been thinking about this (I'd like some feedback):

1. I could switch T-wave on Gardevoir for Will-O-Wisp. This could help with the weakness to physical hits by burning threats. Also hits Cawm.
2. After NumberCruncher mentioned Raikou, I remembered that Zapdos could also kind of check these threats, Roost off damage, and act as a secondary Tailwind setter. Feeling like Torn-T needs to get the boot.

Not sure how the EV spread should go, but how about something like this?

Zapdos @ Leftovers
Ability: Pressure
EVs: Not really sure, something physically bulky
Probably Bold Nature?
- Thunderbolt
- Heat Wave
- Roost
- Tailwind
