UberSkitty: Outside of Smogon I'm just a simple little high school student. I do a lot of drama and drawing, and I'm pretty much the math nerd in my class. I also watch a lot of cartoons that aren't anime.
TJ: Where did you get your name from?
UberSkitty: I just used the simple pattern that lots of users use of Word+Pokemon. The Skitty part is pretty obvious, but I have no idea where Uber came from.
TJ: What drew you to the PU community?
UberSkitty: In eighth grade my friend said he had an amazing PU team of Drought Vulpix+Fire Fang Steelix. I already knew about Smogon because of Youtubers, and had been laddering on VGC for a while. So I decided to try PU out, and started to ladder it. I eventually found the PU Room, and got Warned the first day for making too many Life Orb Shedinja jokes. And here I am today. I'm also yet to see that friend again to tell him everything wrong with that core.
TJ: Now that you are on the QC team, will you QC check all my stuff now?
UberSkitty: Depends how lazy I am.
TJ: Thoughts on the current Magmortar suspect test?
UberSkitty: I'm all for banning it. People have repeated the obvious reasons so many times. It makes teambuilding a pain, and I expect similar results with Archeops and Aurorus. I could also see suspects for things like Kingler and Lilligant in the future.
TJ: Are there any underrated Pokemon you enjoy using right now? If so, which ones, and why do you think they’re good?
UberSkitty: There's Duosion, who may not be in the best spot in the current meta, especially with things like CroTomb running around. But I've still managed to get a couple sweeps (I don't know what else to call them) with him, since he can be pretty hard to stop once he gets a boost up if the opponent doesn't have any Dark-types or hax left. He can also 1v1 Calm Mind Clefairy. Things like Gorebyss and Alolan Dugtrio can also put in work, despite their average rankings on the Viability Rankings.
TJ: Best PU oldgen?
UberSkitty: Well I'd say ORAS through complete bias, since it is the tier I started with, although it isn't in its best state right now. Otherwise I'm a fan of DPP, though Articuno needs to be banned. The other two I don't have too much interest in, but maybe I'll get into GSC PU when its released, right Akir?

UberSkitty: People like Specs Jigglypuff , Aaronboyer, and allstarapology are all fun to talk to. Same with people like yogibears and Dibs The Dreamer. Also ShuckleDeath, HJAD, Taskr, LordST, and GeneralAnnoyance. Also also shout out to the people that didn't get a shout out, since TJ forced me to pick and judge. Also also also if there's any positive mention of TJ he added it after. TJ is my best friend.
TJ: How often do you eat pasta?
UberSkitty: I'm pretty inconsistent. Sometimes once a week, sometimes not. But I do eat a lot of cereal.
TJ: How many languages do you speak?
UberSkitty: English, American, Pig Latin, and a little bit of Swedish
TJ: How do you come up with those cringey puns?
UberSkitty: I don't know, they just come to me. As if God is looking down at me. Amen.

This is a team I built a while back, before I started stealing everyone else's teams in the suspect. Its centered around the Duosion+Stoutland core, which is cool because Stoutland helps against things like Spiritomb, which give Duosion trouble. Next there's Hitmonchan, who gives another way to deal with Dark-types, as well as supplies hazard removal, priority, and a switchin for special attackers. Regirock gives Stealth Rock and and switchin for all that stuff. Finally there's Swanna and Alolan Exeggutor for speed control and some nice typing synergy.
