I can sometimes handle it with just Choice Band Terrakion, so I think you should be fine.

I suck at rating but I don't think that Jellicent really fits on an offensive team. Not sure what he is specifically being used for either but you should replace him with a Pokemon that does something similar and provides momentum.

I made a similar decision earlier in the match to switch out when I could've easily stayed in and saved my Terrakion check for later. We all do make mistakes at times.
