4 IV males are missing either HP or Speed.
4 IV females are missing either HP, Speed or Sp.Defence.

For a Gliscor the female with perfect HP, Atk, Def and Speed is probably the best.

Hopefully you can accept this offer, a Zubat would be a great help.

4 IV, Impish Immunity, either gender. I'll check which specific IV's are 31 on which Gligar soon, none of them have 31 Sp.A though.
