    That doesn't mean anything, it wasn't registered until today so any one could have laddered to reqs and then you could have registered afterwards. Or you could have laddered to reqs and registered afterwards, there is no way to tell the difference.

    After speaking to Molk and tennisace we are not going to be allowing that alt to count for reqs. If you weren't cheating, I'm sorry but please register your alt before you play more than a couple games, and you will have to achieve reqs again on a different alt if you wish to vote in this suspect test. If you were trying to cheat the system, then that's pretty pathetic.
